Poorly kept rooms, still trash in the cans in our rooms, hair on the ceiling in the shower. Several noise complaints from other guests and us. I would only stay here if it was my last option.

Clean room and friendly staff
Shawn
Smudges on walls, burn holes in the curtains, very musty smell, grout missing from shower tile with mold growing, very low water pressure, water never got hotter than just a little more than lukewarm and last, but not least what appeared to be blood splatter on the bathroom ceiling.
Brett
I booked five rooms for our team and these are some of the issues, black mold in windows, multiple stains, clumps of hair in bed, dirty showers, sketchy individuals and unsafe location. We will not stay here again. Be sure to check ratings on multiple sites before reserving.
Partha
Good food, great staff!
Maurice
Staff. Clean room. Convenience of location
Peter
Clean room and beds were comfortable. Good enough to rest my head at night.
Although shower and toilet were made for someone 3ft. tall.

Deborah
Needed to be mindful of your surroundings as homeless people would sometimes walk through the parking lot but once inside the hotel, you felt safe. Good breakfast options but not much room to sit at times so took the food back to the room. It was quiet at night so very much appreciated that! The room could use another accessible extension cord.
Jonathan
The property is worn and needs upgrades. The exterior is in poor condition. The room was clean but worn.
Gil
Absolutely no issues whatever with the checking in, property, safety or even price. Except..... one thing. The toilet (lol), too low and very small. Great if you're a child or petite person but, not for a 6'0 240 lbs male. Other than that great place to stay.
Michael
Decent hotel about 30 minutes from Seattle. Well priced. Pretty much what I expected. The room was clean and large. Parking was free. The hotel looks a bit banged up, but the room was fine.
BOB
This location is quiet and easily accessible. Staff was helpful & rooms adequate.
Denise
The bathroom and bedding and curtains could be cleaner
Doug
The property is old and needs updating. There were no smoke detectors or sprinklers in our room. The bathroom doesn’t have a fan and other guests can be heard clearly through a vent in the bathroom. The ceilings are low and drop down type.
The room was clean and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel for a good price. Clean well maintained with friendly staff. Typical breakfast offering nothing fancy
Julia
Breakfast was good. Nice that each day there was some difference in the hot items offered. Always waffles, cereal, toast, fruit, yogurts, mini muffins, coffee, tea, orange juice, milk, water.
Rooms need updating, not falling apart but lots of little fixes done and you can tell. Just needs updated and overhauled.
Staff was always friendly and helpful.
Nice that the rooms were cleaned daily.
Lots of parking and seemed safe. We had lots of stuff in the car for 2 nights and felt fine leaving it there.

Friendly front desk staff.
Walking into the unit you’ll be pleasantly greeted with the smell of a clean room. Do not judge the experience from the elevator smells, nor the dimmed windowless hallway leading to the rooms.
Bathroom was spotlessly the highlight. It appeared updated with soft white towels, very well cleaned. Good lighting from the mirror as well. Felt comfortable using the bathroom. Minimal amenities but to be expected.
The bed was also clean and comfortable. Lovely plump pillows. Charging station at the bedside is an excellent touch.
The rest of the unit was dated. My particular room layout had the bed in an inner room with no windows while outside was a couch/seating area. Dated and clearly used couches, this space I did not utilize. It did have one small window overlooking the parking lot. Coffee machine and mini fridge available as well.
All in all, great place to stay for one night, if you don’t mind not having much window/natural light, it will be fine.
Arrived and left in daytime so felt safe. Felt like a transient motel stop for me but with hotel prices.
Did not try breakfast, slept in instead.

I’ve stayed at the Quality Inn at this location a couple of times now, and each time has been pretty good! The room we were in was spacious, clean, and checking in was smooth. I needed something printed while we were there, and the staff was kind enough to print what I needed for me! The breakfast was not my favorite (I’m a picky person so that’s not their fault), but hey at least it’s actually hot food (eggs, biscuits and gravy, waffles). The blackout curtains are truly blackout. The toilet seat is really low, which isn’t really a bad thing I just wanted to throw that in there in case you’re a taller person! Overall, I’d happily stay here again! It’s great for the price!
Julia
The staff was extremely nice and helpful, the room was clean comfortable.
Michael
Didn’t eat there
Prableen
Friendly staff
Robert
I enjoyed my stay here. They had front loading washers for guests. I was able to park my vehicle right outside my window.
Ashlynn
Stains on the sheets, and we didn’t have garbage liners. We ended up having our own bag of trash we used, and flipped the sheets around so we didn’t touch the stains. Breakfast was not the best, but the bed was comfy!
Pedro
Nice stay
Timothy
a great place to stay, all good!
Arlea
Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Friendly and helpful staff
Michael
I would like to recognize this property and their management for their exceptional customer service. I had a surgery scheduled early in the morning prior to their normal check-in time. They were able to accommodate an early check-in for me and even upgraded my room the room I had reserved wasn't available. A true example of customer appreciation and great service.
Ana
La habitación es muy grande con dos camas matrimoniales y una cama King-size!
El lugar es limpio, el desayuno muy bueno y mucho estacionamiento.

Comfortable room, very kind and helpful staff, convenient location for our needs. The continental breakfast was truly terrible.. I hope they address that, but otherwise it was a great stay.
Lee J
Room was sprayed with a super sweet smell that didn’t go away. AC was extremely loud and smelled (burning). Lastly the toilet didn’t stop running.
Breakfast was good.

The property is great for the cheap price. It's clean, the staff is friendly, and you don't have to pay to park in their lot. Not a lot of amenities like a pool, but good for an overnight stay.
Matthew
Or refrigerator didn't work, so our food ended up going bad, but they did get us into a better room the following night...
Shannon
No complaints
Valarie
It’s always a bonus if there is a nondairy milk for many of us who are lactose intolerant. Also a GF bread. Not much choice for breakfast for me.
Room was clean, bed very comfortable and soundproof rooms. Good parking for trucks with trailers. Staff were very nice.

I didn't get to eat breakfast but it looked good and it smelled delicious

Breakfast was pretty unappetizing. Room is definitely overrated on this app. Slightly better than a motel 6

Good hotel. Nothing really to complain. Breakfast was decent. I wish they could have given soap/sheer gel in the bath tub. Felt safe and it was clean. Right by the busy road but room was overall quiet as it faced the back parking.
Taylor
The person who checked me in today was very sweet! Apologies, I forgot her name.
teresa
Staff was very polite and helpful.
Amber
Super clean room and bed was very comfortable!

Nice clean room and spacious. Quiet and soft bedding. Very helpful workers. Will be back again.
Steven
All I needed was quiet to sleep and that’s what o got! Room was clean. Only issue, low water pressure in the shower. Had to put the shower head on massage to feel like I was rinsing the soap off.
Sandra
Room was outdated, everything else was fine
Michael
Decent for the price. Walls are very thin though.
kevin
The woman at the front desk was great, but the hotel itself was horrible. Stains on furniture, burn stains on the bed spread, and the room smelled horrible. Kept the fan running all night but the smell just wouldn't go away. Worst hotel I have stayed at in 10 years.
Donnie
Have to slam front door to close. Trash bins have no liners. Bath tub slow drain. Toilet only flushes sometimes. Nice friendly staff.
Vicki
Morning and evening staff was wonderful at the front desk. The TV didn’t work in the room and it was on the street side, which was too noisy so couple weeks later I stayed again and got on the other side and also the TV worked great but the heater was near the ceiling lol reach the controls without taking a picture of them first and feeling
Vicki
I’ve been there two times in the last three weeks and both times the staff members went above and beyond at the front desk morning and evening.
Kendra
Good breakfast spacious suites
Jordan
I went to the front desk this morning and notified the attendant that the both beds and their sheets smell like cigarette smoke and that I wasnt satisfied with that accommodation. The attendant replied with, \"ok\". That's unacceptable and that I should have been provided with fresh bed sheets to accommodate my stay.
jennifer
Just okay. Good for a quick night's sleep but that is all. Pretty rough otherwise. Staff was very nice.
Holly
They don't clean the rooms. You have to bring them your towels and garbage to get changed.
Dean
The room upon arrival had the heat turned off and was dead cold. After turning the heater to 75 degrees for twelve hours the room temperature still had not reached 70 degrees F (I had to bring in a blanket from our car). One towel had makeup on it. The floor was wet from a leaky toilet and some liquid had dripped onto the desk chair and had not been cleaned up and dried in place. The breakfast was not tasty. The chain over the last eighteen months dropped the variety of breakfast offerings - no pastry, English muffins, reduced fruit selections and changed to paper thin bacon with tasteless eggs.
We have stayed at this hotel six times over the last year and we are going to find another place to stay due to this experience.

A dog was barking all night in another room. I couldn't sleep, and I left the hotel at 3:30 in the morning. I couldn't deal with it anymore.

Breakfast was the usual powdered mixed eggs. And soggy sausage links. Standard waffle mix. My service dog did not mind the two sausage links I was going to throw away.
The room was clean and well provisioned. The staff was helpful and welcoming. We are going to stay again. My husband is a cancer patient and receiving tests and treatment close by. We are over 100 miles from home.

Clean. Efficient room. Nice flooring
Alice
The check in was simple & the attendants were so nice. The room was big and clean. Comfy bed & pillows! I needed blackout curtains though.
Breauna
We changed hotels to this one after our first one felt incredibly unsafe for us. The staff was amazing, kind and welcoming. The room was clean with no weird smells and we did were not worried about the safety of our car in the parking lot. Would absolutely stay here again.
Shirley
Yes, breakfast was good. Did not need the air cincitioning
Dorothy
Older hotel but clean and comfortable.
Fatima
Needs to be renovated
Gessica
The staff was great. The room was ok. The pillows were horrible but I slept well dispite this. The couch was a little wore out but it was a comfy stay.
Chris
We got there a little bit early, the front desk attendant was outside smoking, seemed bothered by my presence. She told me even though the room was ready it would be $100 to check in before 3:00. Heater in the room did not work, had to go get extra blankets. We have stayed here a few times, we won’t be back.
Chris
Scrambled eggs, bacon, toast, or waffle it was OK at best
JOYCE
Beds were comfortable.
Drupad
Sticky floors and stains all over the beds and floors. first they give us used unclean room and then we complained and they changed the room
Marianne
Breakfast was really boring since I was there 4 days. I had problem with traffic noise 1 st night and I asked to be moved to quieter room. The staff accommodated my request without hesitation and asked later if things were better. So grateful.
Connie
Staff was very helpful as I had 4 reservations there and they accommodated us do our kids were on the same floor as we were
Dean
Staff was very helpful and informative.

Front desk staff was helpful. Housekeeping was supposed to be every 3 days, I was there for 4, but they didn’t clean the room during my stay.
April
Room smelled of cigarette smoke, even though it was non smoking. Could see the light from the room next door through the bottom of the joining doors. Could hear everything that was going on in the hall. Breakfast was okay.

The hallways smell pretty bad. Room smells a bit better. No ice machine on 2nd floor. We have stayed at nicer, cleaner, hotels for cheaper. We will see in the morning how breakfast is.
Brandon
Great staff and will stay again

Right on a busy Highway, you hear the traffic all night. Post more, actually get to sleep elsewhere.
Rachel
Room was fine but overall the hotel seems a bit rundown. Breakfast of waffles, scrambled eggs, very thin bacon and cereal. Excellent taco truck in the gas station lot next door.
Robin
Ok-but….
Hotel was fine but the area surrounding the hotel is full on homeless/tweakers living in bushes and at hotel.
