Travelled with our 2 grandkids age 6 and 3. Hotel was clean. Room was nice except USB plugs all 3 didn’t work. Front desk was nice but not helpful and a bit rude to another person looking for guidance on an event at THEIR facility. Pool is small and a little cold. Hot tub was nice. Breakfast was included in our room but we had to ask how it worked since we were not instructed what to do or where to go. It was a slow turn around time as they seemed short staffed but was good. Overall it was a decent stay. Great location to Children's museum and downtown area.

We stayed three nights and had hoped to get breakfast there however it appeared that they were understaffed. We waited at the counter on the first morning as a couple ahead of us ordered their food. The staff person then left and did not come back. After ten minutes we left and got our breakfasts elsewhere for those three mornings.

I have been staying at the Courtyard in Everett for nearly 2 years at least 1-2x a month. The security is awesome here. The parking is fairly reasonable and not a bad thing, being connected to the local police dept, lol. Marlene, at the front desk is absolutely hands down, the most pleasant lady ever. Other courtyards don't come close to the level of customer care as this location

Disappointed i was not able to use my military discount. There was not an option on the reservation and when i arrived they said i could not use it, because i used a third party to reserve the room. Disappointed because we stay there at least twice a year.

The bedding was so wrinkled it look unwashed. The bed was so poorly made it looked like whoever stayed in the room last had made the bed themselves and housekeeping just left it alone. Worst made and most unclean hotel bed I have ever seen. The only reason I didn’t give a lower rating is because overall the property was really nice otherwise.

Room was clean and spacious, beautiful view... Highly recommend choosing harbor view room. Hot tub was out of order but the pool was great and we enjoyed the snack bar and breakfast. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking garage was worth the extra $20 and there are several nice restaurants within walking distance so we didn't leave after checking in, just walked to dinner.

Room was perfect size. Gal at the front desk checking us in and gentleman working the cafe inside the hotel provided excellent customer service. Liked that onsite parking was in a garage. Location was perfect; only a 5 minute walk to the venue we were going to. Only complaint was the hot tub was out of order; was really looking forward to it.

I am not happy about my experience just due to Marlene and her improper treatment of myself and my brothers. We came to Courtyard Marriott to be close and grieve my late sister. Marlene was abrasive and overly rude, even though we had a ton of issues in the two rooms.
Cleanliness- a dirty sock found in room, alerted staff and they didn't seem to care.

Staff- Ennis was wonderful, along with another female staff member, but Marlene was absolutely not equipped to be in customer arrive. This is NOT the Marriott Bonvoy standard I'm used to.
Amenities- hot tub never worked for the 4 days we were there!!! This is not appropriate for the price being as high as it is.
Keycard issue- entire system was down on Saturday causing a ton of hassle and running around (Ennis was kind during this, but the system should maybe have backup plans in place)
Bathrooms need working ceiling fans to not have mold

Was marketed as 4 person room with a king and pull out. The pull out was a twin and the size of one adult .

Also phone didn’t work had to call front desk from cell phone

Pull out didn’t have sheets had to call down for that

Wouldn’t have booked if I knew pull out was a twin for one.

Really a three person room

Great place except for parking

Loved having someone at front desk for assistance
The only complaints I have is for what is charged for the room a free easy breakfast would have been great!
The other complaint is that I had to pay $18.00 per night to park in the garage. The second night there was an event and I had to park 2 streets over and walk out in the middle of the street through construction. I had to keep checking the garage to see if a spot opened up. I did not get a spot until midnight. That really was a huge inconvenience.
