My husband told the manager to take whatever he needed to nail back his wallet. He took $100 and was never on site afterwards to take a phone call.

Nice quiet clean hotel, with super comfy beds!!!
Breakfast in the morning, coffee bar all day and into the evening. Casino across the street, a few fast food restaurants with in walking distance.
I would definitely stay there again. Staff very friendly, grounds tidy.

It had good breakfast reviews, but we found it skippy - waffles were all that was offered, good spacious & clean rooms, great bed.
Brenda
I stayed there for a week. The rooms are a little worn down and outdated. Has a lot of parking, cleanliness is so so only because the lamp did not seem to look clean. It was an okay experience for the price.
Gary
Great staff and non-smoking rooms which truly were non-smoking..
Maggie
NO PROBLEMS WITH ANYTHING
Lisa
Nice clean place, quite friendly staff
Michael
The room was absolutely disgusting nothing and there was clean. I got multiple pictures of darkness. The parking lot wasn’t even safe. The staff just walked around like they did not care.I’m and the breakfast was not worth it afterwards we got sick
Randy
Renovation in the hall on the second floor.
Destiny
Parking was easy and safe, check in and staff were great. Room was clean, bed was soft and comfy had basic shower soaps etc.
Breakfast was unfortunately not very good. Waffle was only good thing as it was fresh made, cold butter and no sugar free syrup for my diabetic husband. Orange juice which other than coffee and water was all there was tasted like bitter medicine, coffee was terrible.
Yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, toasted breads were probably ok but that's all that was available. For the area and room price was pretty good and other than Breakfast we would stay again.

Staff were very helpful.
Maricel
Breakfast was really good, we especially enjoyed the waffle bar with two options (cinnamon & original). Staff was all very kind and friendly.
RONALD
Breakfast and coffee is the weak point. it's not a breakfast just light snacks.
Tracy
Yes breakfast was fresh and a lot of options
Michelle
I have never stayed at a hotel with a second floor that had no elevator! Not easy when you have bags, suitcases and a physical issues with stairs! Not impressed. The ceiling was not pleasant, it could be easily cleaned! Probably the lowest grade of hotel that I would even consider staying at. Next time I come to the area, I will be staying at a different hotel.
Brian
Filthy place.
Morningstar

Faith
Unfortunately this was rundown and it appears vouchers are given to people to stay here. Room was clean though.
Lynnette
Clean the toilet place run down
RONALD
The room was clean and orderly. I enjoyed the fact that I was looking at the trees and not the street or parking lot.
Elizabeth
The room was fine and the staff, breakfast, etc. were all great. I am a little annoyed they placed a $150 hold on my credit card on top of the $150 I paid hotels.com for the room. A small fee for incidentals just in case is reasonable. $150 is not.
Jesse
The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful. All around everything was good ha ha
Robert
The room was fine (a bit old and dingy). The breakfast was crap. The staff were courteous and friendly.
Rodney
The room and staff were fine, but the price was way too high for the quality of the room
Andy

It appears the people i talked to were not actually from expedia, perhaps sub-sourced or something. They kept saying I'm so sorry everytime i told them that the hotel had the wrong dates for my booking. They tried to send me to a different hotel. Finally I asked for a refund and she said... I'm so sorry once again. I ended up paying for my stay out of my own pocket after an hour of back and forth with these web beds people. The hotel stay was great. Excellent breakfast and assistance from staff. The fact that expedia could not get my booking date straight with the hotel and i had to pay again to stay is not cool. The room was already paid for through expedia. Why did i have to pay again because they couldn't fix the dates that were incorrect.
Joseph
We went through 2 different rooms that had bugs in either the bed itself, or all around the room. Finally room 3 was clean and clear of any insects.
Heather
Best staff!! Love the suites, the huge jetted tub is awesome. Always love the 2
Richard
Room was clean sheets fresh, and changed daily.
sara
I would never recommend this place . It’s smelly, dirty and staff was not kind. I accidentally booked for the wrong day and showed up Saturday. So I paid for another night my reservation was for November 8 which I canceled right after checking in. The front desk kept saying you won’t be refunded for my mistake. Which I purchased travel guard and now after multiple phone calls and filing a claim hotel still doesn’t want to issue me a refund. Also I haven’t received my deposit back either
G
Reading some of the past reviews we didnt know what to expect. The front desk staff let us checkin a bit early so we could carry on with our day. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Surroundings around hotel we felt safe and had no concerns.Would stay here again for sure!
Caleb
Our room wasn’t ready when we check in which was late at night and we were tired. The breakfast was ok, mostly just nice that it was available
Jennifer
I was not made aware through their website that there was no elevator. I have an arthritic hip and carrying my luggage up and down the stairs was very difficult.
Kevin
Room was good size. AC worked great. Breakfast was basic. But not bad. Overall. Good stay.
Modesto
Poor hotel
The check in was awful the lady took practically an hour at midnight when people just want to go to bed.
Keys don’t work
Awful check in service and how is the deposit $150 for junk.

felix
Really nice staff !! I had an issue with our first room, and they switched us very friendly. We will go back there soon
Ken
I liked the breakfast. Didn’t care for the deposit held for so long.
Sherry
Room doors were old and didn’t shut without force.
Carol
Very clean. Friendly staff. Easy walk to casino and restaurants. Reasonable price that includes breakfast.
ERIC
The staff was amazing in helping me out with a snag I ran into and they had it resolved in 5min. So grateful to them.
Michelle
The property is convenient and close to I 5.
Joan
The property was fine and the rooms were clean and kept up.
Nina
Don’t do it. When we arrived, there were some questionable characters looking in vehicles. The room itself was VERY dated, it smelled (of urine and tobacco) and it was loud. The highway runs right behind the room we had. We were booked for two nights, but when going for breakfast, there was a young man doing drugs and convulsing on the floor outside of our room. We definitely did not feel safe here and we left to find a cleaner, safer environment.
The evening staff were helpful, but the morning staff were not. They did not seem concerned at all about the young man doing drugs outside our room.
The Quality Inn used to be a reliable chain. This was so disappointing and definitely not “Quality”

We enjoyed our stay
matthew
My only real issue is the breakfast! Basically cereal and toast.
Debra
The room showed its age....holes in curtains, slow draining sink. Bathroom molding, door, and walls were water damaged. Grab bar on bath wall completely loose from wall. Chain hook on door was broken and unusable.
Ed
Old run down, not a quality stay. I will never stay again.
James
Very poor stay will not stay there again
Bed was very rough towel rack was had holes in the wall. There was a used washcloth on the ground under the sink area. Blood on the sheets dried blood the first room that we had. The TV was nothing but fuzz so they traded sent to another room, the chair seat cover was torn no light on the desk area. The food was a waffle, toast, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs and cereal. they only serve meat on the weekends for example, bacon sausage the eggs were hard boiled. My wife couldn’t eat the eggs so she did not have any breakfast. I had to go to McDonald’s to get her breakfast All in all the very poor stay.!!!!
Denise
We payed $200 per night and this place was disgusting. No microwave only one very small garbage in the room. Old food and garbage under the beds and behind the night table. Holes in the bathroom wall, large chunks out of countertop by sink. Would have left if I could have gotten a refund. I would have rather slept in my car..
SILVIA
Love the food and rooms
German
Excellent
Liezl
It's ok. Room is not as clean.
Miriam
It was noisy and the countertop and floor was dirty
Glocko
Meh…
Over priced 165$ for a night is crazy for this place needs to be 75$ - 80$ staff in friendly little old lady in nice.
Ronald
Close to restaurants
Jennifer
Hotel service A+ they helped me in my hour of need and I greatly appreciated all the kindness and excellent service! Room was clean and comfy. I will stay here every time. I am in town.
Frank
It's a pretty typical hotel, the only problem I had was that the Internet wasn't working. The person who tried to help told me he was on the system, although my computer didn't even see the presence of their system. It saw others in the area, although of course I couldn't log into them without their password."
The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was what one would expect for a free breakfast at a hotel... not bad at all, but nothing to write home about.

I would avoid this property.

Little outdated, first place I have had a breakfast voucher to eat breakfast area was not bad parking was good probable will not stay at this place again just because of the cost and being so outdated!!
Carey
Overall it was a good stay , wasn't a fan of their continental breakfast options but it was a good stay , lots of walkable areas to get to
Brent
A little disappointing
Not the experience I was expecting. The room was pretty run down. It felt old, it smelled old (kind of musty and Smokey), lights in the bed area were dim, furniture seemed worn down. The bear was comfortable that’s for sure. I won’t deny that. Pillows were small and square rather than being rectangular so not super easy to sleep on being a big guy. I’ll be honest in saying there are better hotels in the area to stay at.
Brooke
Had just a really great time!!!
Andrew
It was a good stay
Rosalba
Check-in was great everyone is friendly
Nancy
Very dated. Patched bathroom door from prior damages. Old and depressing. Minimal soundproofing. Listened to someone next door coughing all night. Shady people staying there. I did not feel safe leaving my car parked in their parking lot. No elevator. No wifi.
Anita
Liked it
Jim
Nice quiet rooms.
Kevin
Tweakers everywhere
Michael
Everything was clean. The place was quiet. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking.
Austin
Quite but old
Tyler
I’ll book this hotel in the future.
Antroy
The property is more a motel 6 than anything else. Outdated and overpriced. I would not recommend this property! Beds were awful!
Barb
I made this reservation on expedia ( first time using!) and choose the wrong dates. I did not catch my mistake until going to hotel. Called Joeseph at Quality Inn and he directed me to contact expidia and his manager would be in at 3 pm. It was straighten out at no extra charge. Thank you.
