We had a very good dinner and enjoyed the nicely decorated and maintained room.
Samantha
Friendly and welcoming staff, clean room and even better stay!
Kelsey
We stayed at Angel of the Winds Casino Resort for one night as a stopover on our drive south, and it was a great place to break up the trip.
The hotel was very clean, quiet, and conveniently located just off the highway. Our room was modern, spacious, and comfortable, with a large walk-in shower and plenty of room to relax. We had a great night’s sleep before continuing our travels.
The fitness centre was on the smaller side but had the essentials, and we appreciated the complimentary bottled water that was available.
We also filled up at the gas station after hearing about the competitive fuel prices. One note for any Canadian military members or veterans: we asked about the military discount, and unfortunately it doesn’t apply to Canadians. Hopefully that’s something they’ll consider changing in the future!
We didn’t dine at the resort during our stay, so we can’t comment on the food. Overall, we had a very positive experience and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again the next time we’re passing through.

Very new nice clean room. The lady who checked us in was very friendly. Food was reasonable at the casino. Bed was comfortable. Only problem was the shower for was very slick. They need a different finish on the floor of the shower.
Kent
Everything was good except the Air conditioning in the room was so loud that neither my wife or I slept at all and I can usually sleep through anything.
Something was really wrong with the fan !!!
We should have changed rooms but we had been traveling all day and it was late, thought we could make it.. Well zero sleep later ..

Staff were amazing. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel special. Essentially Jeannine. Room was beautiful, spotless and comfortable. Food was good with lots of choices. Would definitely stay again.
Mark
Excellent place!
Tracy
Angel of the Winds has always had very nice and spacious rooms. We hadn’t stayed here since before COVID and it looks like the rooms have been remodeled in that time. Nice choice of food options and the casino is at least double in size since we were here. We didn’t have time to take in the bowling alley or pool but both looked very nice. The staff are also very helpful and friendly.
Pam
Whether you are a gambler or not, it is a beautiful property. Our room was quiet and comfortable. Very clean, and the shower was amazing! Front desk staff was fabulous, taking the time to explain everything. It’s also closer to Stanwood than other hotels which is extra convenient for my purposes.
Jeffrey
It was okay. Parking was a little confusing. There was not a clear, pull up and unload you luggage here area. I had search filters on for a complimentary breakfast. However there was none. They were quick to point out that “they were not responsible for what was on the internet”. Thus felt a bit like a cop out for sure. I did hit the Caxino for a bit. When I checking I. To get a players card the woman commented that I should have been taken care of at check in. There was no mention of this. The room was fine however the coffee maker brewed more coffee per cup than their cups could hold so we had some over flow mess. Overall it is average.
nicole
My kids love the pool, bowling, food everything about the stay!! Had a great time.

Hotel was nice, and staff was very polite. I wish they had a late checkout option and didn't like how the maid was waiting by my door. But all in all it was a great stay and would stay there again.
James
We stayed here for two nights, but did not gamble. It was a convenient location because we have family in the area. The beds were comfortable really we have no complaints about the stay. The only thing I think they could improve is how people check into the hotel. The valet area is mainly for the casino patrons and there’s nobody at the hotel entrance to help you with your bags or a convenient place to park to unload since the parking lot is on a slope. If we parked in the parking structure, we would’ve had to carry our bags even further.
Matthew

Yes. Good personal, and a clean, quiet room. But... the shower in our room (#429) had a couple of problems, so my wife could not shower. Shower has normal nozzle and rain overhead. Valve is plumbed backwards, so the rain overhead can not be turned off, only the regular nozzle can be turned off. Since room also did not provide shower cap (???), she could not shower w/o drenching her hair. Also shower door stop was adjusted so closed shower door was still open 1.5 inches, and with the rain nozzle, water sprayed out onto the floor. That was disappointing, and created a problem for my wife the I had to hassle with.
Yvette

Michael
The staff was amazing! The Thanksgiving dinner wax not good!
SallyJo
Great room. Super clean. Staff really friendly
Joseph
Sink was clogged and water filled up and stayed for hours. Limited in room dining options was a disappointment....no pancakes for breakfast?! My husband and I wanted pancakes and he does not eat meat now and does not like french toast. Part of the reason we stayed at hotel was for room service. Other than those things, staff was friendly and room was clean.
Dennis
