Stayed in the jacuzzi suite. A very nice room with a comfortable bed. The hotel was very clean and staff was friendly every time coming and going. I only rated a 4 star because a softer toilet paper would be better.

Over all my stay was good. The room was clean the hotel was clean short of the construction that was going on but I wont hold that against you. Its a necessary evil to keep the place in good condition. My biggest complaint would be the channel availability on the tv. It was a bit disappointing because the room had a nice and large tv for a basic hotel room. But the channels available were lack luster. Also having to factory remote available so you can access the settings so you can stream from your phone, or having some sort of option to connect the tv to streaming services and youtube would be much appreciated. Last thing I would say is the breakfast wasnt the best. The quality of the eggs was a little sus and both of your protiens were sausage not a fan of sausage maybe have different types of protiens in the future would be excellent. Overall I had a good stay and would stay here again. Ps thank you to Carlos for being very helpful at the check in process.

Everything was fine! They are undergoing some renovations so some hallways needed to be painted or wallpapered but nothing was messy. Breakfast could have been better - the last half hour or so bread and biscuits were getting stale and food not “hot” just warm.

Our room wasn't ready at 4:20 PM, but they found us another room and helped move our baggage to it. Very nice front desk staff. Room has a wall thermostat set to 70 degrees. It want it warmer, there is a switch for HEAT or COLD. We used HEAT for the nite at 71 degrees. The heater came came on but it was so loud. It woke us up a couple times in the nite. It went off for a couple hours and then ran for about 10 min.

We have stayed at this hotel many times and have always been very happy. This stay was not as good, not because of the hotel, but because of the room location. We were on the 1st floor and the noise from the parking lot was really bad. Around midnight and again around 3 a.m. someone was just outside of our window and they were as loud as anyone I've ever heard in a hotel at that time of the morning. No more 1st floor stays for us.

The rooms were well furnished, and spacious. Breakfast was great, with lots of protein options instead of just sugary carbs, love that! Location felt very safe and was pretty quiet for the city. I would stay here again in the future, staff was very accommodating even when I needed to add an extra night.

This was a nice hotel overall! We had a good stay. The room was clean which is great the pool was also super nice just note that while the last hour it is open says adults only it isn’t enforced and there were lots of kids. The hallway also smelled like cigarette smoke and we found a pack hidden in the elevator but it wasn’t too bad and the room itself didn’t smell and it was quiet. I’d stay here again!

I’ve been here many times and always had a good stay. This time wasn’t my favorite. They didn’t have a corkscrew for the bottle of wine that I brought, and I had kids banging on my door during the night not really anything to do with the hotel but a bit annoying. The room was great clean would be great if they carried real wine glasses, and a more than one cork screw that doesn’t get taken by the guests.

I stay only here for work because of how nice the amenities are.

The only thing poor was the furnishings in entrance, room and bar area. Everything was designed for little people, not your typically sized American or a senior citizen who can’t sit down near to the floor. Very hard to get in and out of. Too low and no side arms to push up on. Toilets also need to be the high rise

We stayed for two nights and the rooms and beds were fine. However, the front desk staff was not good. They did not accurately tell us hours changed for breakfast on Mondays (they ended earlier) even though we arrived on Saturday and left on Monday.

Also, the breakfast staff was not good at stocking breakfast and let things run out. Once we arrived ten minutes before the scheduled closing time and the staff had already removed the bread, bagels and English muffins. I asked the front desk staff to report this problem to the manager but she refused and argued with me. She said the breakfast staff was just re-stocking the breads. However, this was totally untrue since they never brought the breads back in to the eating areas after they removed them. Overall. This hotel has decent rooms and facilities but unfriendly, mediocre staff.

We went to this place assuming it will not meet our standard due to its price. However, we arrived with more than what we expect.
We arrived with a courteous staff which accommodate quickly for the reservation I made beforehand.
The room is also very beyond to what we expected, a well spaced restroom, tv cable access, fast internet WiFi and comfortable pillows (our big pet peeves in hotel standards)
We have no opportunity to try their breakfast and other accommodations due to short stay but I highly recommend this place if they want to find a place to stay closer to Tulalip and greater Seattle areas.

The check-in woman I believe her name was Marlene was so kind and considerate and welcoming and warm got us into our room early.
