The rooms were well furnished, and spacious. Breakfast was great, with lots of protein options instead of just sugary carbs, love that! Location felt very safe and was pretty quiet for the city. I would stay here again in the future, staff was very accommodating even when I needed to add an extra night.

This was a nice hotel overall! We had a good stay. The room was clean which is great the pool was also super nice just note that while the last hour it is open says adults only it isn’t enforced and there were lots of kids. The hallway also smelled like cigarette smoke and we found a pack hidden in the elevator but it wasn’t too bad and the room itself didn’t smell and it was quiet. I’d stay here again!

I’ve been here many times and always had a good stay. This time wasn’t my favorite. They didn’t have a corkscrew for the bottle of wine that I brought, and I had kids banging on my door during the night not really anything to do with the hotel but a bit annoying. The room was great clean would be great if they carried real wine glasses, and a more than one cork screw that doesn’t get taken by the guests.

I stay only here for work because of how nice the amenities are.
I leave for work early and i appreciate the lighted parking lot, I feel safe at 4 am going to my car.

The only thing poor was the furnishings in entrance, room and bar area. Everything was designed for little people, not your typically sized American or a senior citizen who can’t sit down near to the floor. Very hard to get in and out of. Too low and no side arms to push up on. Toilets also need to be the high rise

We stayed for two nights and the rooms and beds were fine. However, the front desk staff was not good. They did not accurately tell us hours changed for breakfast on Mondays (they ended earlier) even though we arrived on Saturday and left on Monday.

Also, the breakfast staff was not good at stocking breakfast and let things run out. Once we arrived ten minutes before the scheduled closing time and the staff had already removed the bread, bagels and English muffins. I asked the front desk staff to report this problem to the manager but she refused and argued with me. She said the breakfast staff was just re-stocking the breads. However, this was totally untrue since they never brought the breads back in to the eating areas after they removed them. Overall. This hotel has decent rooms and facilities but unfriendly, mediocre staff.

We went to this place assuming it will not meet our standard due to its price. However, we arrived with more than what we expect.
We arrived with a courteous staff which accommodate quickly for the reservation I made beforehand.
The room is also very beyond to what we expected, a well spaced restroom, tv cable access, fast internet WiFi and comfortable pillows (our big pet peeves in hotel standards)
We have no opportunity to try their breakfast and other accommodations due to short stay but I highly recommend this place if they want to find a place to stay closer to Tulalip and greater Seattle areas.

This is a nice property. You will have a nice comfortable stay overall. It's sad because the surrounding area used to be a lot nicer, but they can't do anything about that. There are some inconsistencies in their offerings. The the rooms with fireplaces, I suggest you put in the work to make them working - if someone reserves one of these just to find out it's just decorative now they're going to be mad. The property has been under construction FOREVER under multiple owners. I've stayed here about 5 times now, get it done, it's not a good look.

Stayed for one night. Enterance difficult to find. Parking and check in adequate. Staff was pleasant. Renovations are happening but it did not disrupt our stay. Rooms were clean. Breakfast available was adequate. The reason for 3 stars was the sketchy location and people hovering outside the property. Sketchy people inside the hotel as well. Felt unsafe when we arrived late at night. People hanging out around the parking lot were loud. Appears to have people that tend to be outside hanging out at 2am walking around the hotel and adjacent properties. Worried about our car, but they do have a security guard walking around. Not sure if all the activity outside was people staying there or homeless. Hotel gave me vibes of a place people from the streets use to get off the streets for a few nights. We saw some sketchy residents in the halls and residents opening windows to talk to people in the parking lot at 2:00am. In the future I will pay more to stay at a better hotel that feels safer.

The overall stay was fine. The room was large. The shower was massive. The kind bed was very cozy. But the overall cleanliness was incredibly disappointing & uncomfortable. The bed aheets were dirty. There was sticky pink stuff aprayed on the door, the wall, the light switches. The ice bucket was sticky and had dirt on the lid. And there was mold all over the shower/tub/sink. I paid the upgrade for the jetted tub and couldnt use it. There was pink water rust and black mold in the jets. The tub liner was all ripped on the edges. Very disappointing for the price of the room.
