Reserved a king suite for my wife’s birthday night out. While the view from the room was the best feature, it was disappointing considering that this is supposed to be the best room in the house. The floors in the room could use some cleaning, you can tell they were spot cleaned. There were sticky areas on the bathroom floor. The night stands could also use a wipe down!
The salmon chowder in the restaurant was AMAZING!!
We would be back to stay again!

The water view and balcony we paid to upgrade, were an awkward angle to see the waterfrint and facing aassice expanse of concrete rooftop. To see the water you had to crane your head to the side and it wasn't what we'd expected for the additional cost. We had an extended trip for business meetings and there was no dresser in the room. There was a single drawer. This was maddening as there was plenty of space, but the aesthetic and design of the room was contrived, ugly and inefficient. The space for hanging clothes was a structurally open armoire, so you could lay in bed and stare at your clothes and piles of them too since there was no dedicated storage. There were awkward mini canvases boasting close up images of rusty nails and maritime items. And in the empty nook where a functioning dresser could easily was an oversized canvas of cartoonish anchors on a side wall that you could only see when walking through the room at a certain angle. The front desk reception was disjointed and there was zero explanation of the facilities available. We stumbled into the hotel's restaurant by happenstance and the host wasn't very friendly there either so we made dinner plans elsewhere. Everett is a beautiful coastal town, but when we return next year we'll be seeking better accomodations.

My niece and I were very impressed with our room on the 4th floor with a FANTASTIC view!! We ate breakfast every morning and Lori was our excellent server. We didn’t realize until the last day, that the complimentary cards could also be used for lunch or dinner. NEXT TIME!! THANK YOU.

(We only have one complaint. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony because the roof fans below us were soooooo loud).

We will DEFINITELY be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was spotless - our room was fresh, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The nautical theme carried throughout the property gives it a refined yet relaxing coastal feel. Everything felt peaceful, quiet, and just right for a romantic getaway.

The view of the marina was stunning, and the staff were kind and attentive - truly making us feel at home. Breakfast was the highlight of our morning! My husband enjoyed his favorite Eggs Benedict made fresh to order with prosciutto, and I had hearty pancakes topped with fresh berries. The fresh-squeezed juice was a perfect touch- you can tell the kitchen takes pride in quality.

From the cozy fireplace lounge to the friendly service, this hotel has an elegance that feels effortless. We’ll definitely be returning next time we’re in Everett.

I love staying at this location. Being right by the water is such a beautiful location and this is the perfect place to relax. However, I'm not sure what happened to the beds, but the mattress was horrendous. I woke up probably 10 times throughout the night and woke up with a backache. I don't recall this being an issue before so I'm not sure if this was the particular room or if the mattresses in general were updated. The linens were also on the thin side and not very warm. On the positive, the staff was helpful, and the place is very clean.

Great front desk and restaurant staff - bed was not comfortable and housekeeping was not reliable. We found a bug in our bed (window may have been left open - no screen as it is on the water) and it did not provide the comfort of being cleaned. Fridge had remnants of something sticky and gave us feeling of not being \"surface or visual clean\" vs actual clean.

We had a chip to use for bar - but did not get to use it for meal - and ended up buying more - not sure they provided fresh for when we ordered to go time and apple crisp used corn flakes! Yuck! Apples were good though! Their brunch choices were very good and impressive.

Overall.. I'd give them another chance to impress

It was beautiful, staff was helpful and kind. My only complaint is the sticky floors in the room. I think it was just a matter of diluting the cleaner they used a little more rinsing that cleaner off more thoroughly. It felt very clean and we had a great overall experience, it was the floors.

This was our first time staying here and it was beautiful! Lovely front desk staff and I loved the nautical theme of it all! Our room was lovely and had a beautiful view of the boardwalk. The bar staff was lovely and service was wonderful.
Only one elevator was working at the time so it was a bit of a wait but we’re thankful we didn’t have to take the stairs. The only bad thing about the visit was there was an odd stain on one of the lounging chairs in our room. Overall it was a lovely stay

This hotel was a big win! The front desk staff were so personable and helpful, and the cleaning staff were cheerful and did a great job-the entire hotel was spotless! Location was perfect with gorgeous water views as well as many options for coffee, food and cocktails within walking distance. I was traveling soli and didnt have any concerns for safety since all areas outside were well lit and typically had filks out and about. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

It was quite noisy from other guests celebrating around midnight on our floor. We contacted the front desk to inform them of the situation, but it took some time to address the issue. Additionally, our sink is clogged every time we use it, and the housekeeper should be aware of this, especially when cleaning the sink.

The hotel location is great in an up and coming redevelopment, very walkable and nice sights. The hotel itself is fairly standard but trying for up upscale feel, which isn’t quite hitting the mark. We happened to be in on a night that had a high school Prom and were woken up at least 6 times during the night between 11 and 4am with screaming down the hallway. I mentioned this to the front desk on check out but they didn’t show much empathy at all. The lobby has no hot water, tea or coffee with real cream which is pretty standard at all but the most basic hotel chains.

We had a nice dinner and beers at Scuttlebutt and it’s a very short walk across the street.

We will be back to the harbour but likely will stay at another hotel.
