We were in the area for a high school graduation, and this was conveniently located for that event. While the staff was friendly and helpful during our stay, we found the room to be quite cramped for our small family of three. These are primarily outside access rooms (more like an apartment or motel-style), which means there is no elevator access. We were not told we would need to access the room through stairs, which would have prompted us to ask for a different room as we were traveling with a guest with limited mobility. The pillows and sheets are in desperate need of replacement--some were lumpy and others flat, and they sheets/covers were scratchy. On the weekdays, breakfast is over by 9am, which means we missed out as we slept in the next day. For the price, it is not worth it, and I would keep looking for a better hotel in the area.

The staff did well under the circumstances. The Breakfast was so so. The property has significant deferred maintenance. As an example, the gutters had plants growing out of them. The property and the rooms are overdue for a remodel. The room was clean enough, given the worn carpet and furnishings.

This place is like being in an apartment. You get the privacy the quietness. I guess the only cons would be some some of the units. You don't see the parking lot at all which is no big deal to me. Also you have to hike to the main building for the breakfast which wasn't a big deal to me but if the weather is bad might be. I would totally stay here again.

Friendly staff, but there were issues. The fridge was loud and the television channels did not work. Thankfully I was able to sign into my personal Netflix account.

Somebody used a keycard to access my room while I was in it. I had the door stopper engaged which prevented them from actually entering though.

Other than those issues, the room was clean (there was an over powering scent of cleaner though). There was also a $10/day fee for parking which was not apparent while reserving.

Overall, not sure I'd recommend this location.

The hotel is old and kinda gross. We walked into our room and all the cupboard doors, microwave door, etc were open. Even the windows to outside were open.. made us wonder if there was mildew to air out or what. When I called the front desk I was put on hold so long that I eventually hung up. Our TV wouldn’t work and front desk was no help. I wouldn’t stay here again.

I was very disappointed with my stay. When we walked in, the room had a strong, unpleasant odor that never went away — I could smell it all night and into the morning. The carpets were wet, the bedding had stains, and the shower was unclean, with no tub, just a floor shower. After just a few minutes of being in the hotel my son’s hands were covered in noticeable dirt and grime. After reading other reviews it seems the uncleanliness in the rooms has been ongoing for several months to years, I don’t know how they are still in business. The wifi was the worst hotel wifi i’ve ever had to experience out of every hotel i’ve been too in my life. Overall, the room felt dirty and possibly moldy, which made the entire stay very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel.

This was an apartment-style property where every room had an outside door, many with a shared stairway and landing. The property was very clean and well kept. The room, especially the bathroom sink, smelled mildewy. I think the sink overflow needed cleaned out. It was overwhelming. Good bed and pillows. Out telephone had a horrible loud alarm sound at midnight, scaring us to death. I called the front desk and they didn't know why.

Hair on the floor and on carpet, and gorss!
Only one large shower towel
No body soap in the shower
Sofa bed and mattress was too thin and springs stuck out, horrible to sleep on, for the back
Room smelled bad!
Unsafe neighborhood
Air conditioner did not cool
Called room service for pillows, blanket, and sheets, she said there is only her at front desk and that i had to walk up there in the middle of night in an unsafe neighborhood to get them myself!
After a horrible first night, I called them to cancel the second night, and again they could not process it because there was only one person at front desk and she did not have the authority!
When I asked to cancel the next morning and confirm by 8 am, she said management doesn't start until 10 am!
They charged for $50 extra, designated as room incidentals and even though I used no room incidentals and they confirmed it, they have not refunded me after two weeks. When I call them, they say it shouldn't be charged to you, but it is right there on my credit card!

It’s hard to give a good rating when you arrive at 11:45pm after a long trip and you’re met with- “I have to do a computer backup that’s going to take 15minutes” Then you finally get to the room and there’s not enough linen or towels and front desk clerk says we are simply out of linen. So you sleep on a bare mattress because you are just too exhausted.
Room was ok, breakfast was average but overall a negative experience.
