I was in a room that faced the water and the noise on the street was horrible. I'm not sure what you can do about that...other than don't rent those rooms out unless you have no other choice.

Wonderful stay, but the parking was atrocious... paid for the covered parking and there were no spots to park... the ones available were against a pole and unable to get in or out of and some cars were parked in two spots. Didn't get my money back and ended up eating the cost. Ended up parking on the street, but it felt safe and I could see my car from my room. Breakfast was good, definetly would come back. Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean.

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times when visiting family. The facility is tired but it is clean and the staff are nice. The Hampton was a decent walking distance from the Angels of the Winds Arena. But they were in the middle of a renovation and supposedly our room was finished. We had a bed, tv on a small dresser/stand with the microwave and refer in it, a desk with a chair and that's it. We had this wide open space without any chairs or furniture for sitting to watch tv, no pictures or plants to make the room inviting and warm. It was very utilitarian and minimalistic if that's what you're looking for. When we asked the front desk about our room, they told us it was part of the new renovation!

Parking garage was $10 a night and the stalls were extremely small and tight and I have a tiny car so I probably would’ve been worried about finding a spot I could fit in how full the garage was if I had a bigger car. Outside of that the facility was decent in a good location for our visit to Seattle children’s. Food was OK small selection of stuff but we ate the fresh waffles we made and grabbed a muffin to go.

Did not receive the requested adjoining rooms despite booking a couple days in advance and both rooms on the same reservation. Initially given two rooms on different floors for our family with several small children. Eventually given two rooms on the same floor with different types of rooms than we had originally booked. The staff were completely apologetic, even though they could see the request in the system. They initially issued us one key to each room, then gave us a second key to each room, but when they gave the second set of keys, the first set stopped working. The toilet in one of the rooms didn’t initially work. Breakfast was served on the sixth floor, but due to remodeling, we had to take the food down to the fifth floor to eat, which was a struggle with small children, especially since they ran out of trays. Overall one of our worst hotel stays in recent memory.

Very disappointed. This use to be our favorite hotel to stay in, but not anymore. We were shocked to see that they now charge $10 for parking. The parking garage is so small that finding some place to park while trying to have enough room to exit your car is near impossible. I’m a member and wasn’t even offered water. They are under construction and the banging started at 8 in the morning. Sad to say that we will stay at La Quinta in the future

This is the second time I've stayed at this hotel due to the location and being able to walk to Angel of the Winds Arena, which I love. The area feels safe after dark after an event which is important to me. I like everything about this hotel, however on this particular stay I was not satisfied. I booked a room with two queen beds, and upon arrival I was told they had me down for a king and sofa bed (I double checked to make sure I didn't book the wrong room, I did not and had the email reflecting the option of two queen beds). I was there with my two teenage daughters for a concert so we wanted two beds. I was told they had no double queen beds left and after driving all day I didn't want to deal with it. We were an hour early for check in and they told me I could pay $25 if we wanted to get into the room ONE hour early. So I paid the fee but then after I paid, the front desk attendant told me they wouldn't let me into the room until the sofa bed was made. I told them I would make the bed up myself so we could just get into the room but they would not allow that. I wish they had told me that before I paid the fee for the early check in. This wouldn't have been so bad, but the sofa bed was literally so uncomfortable to sleep on my daughter had to fold the bed back up and just sleep on the couch. I guess this would be fine for a child, but not an 18 year old. It wasn't what I booked and paid for so it was very frustrating.

We tend to come and stay at this property 2-3 times a year (over the past 4 years), and we have come to expect a bit of a standard. But this stay was a bit below the standard we have had in the past.

First parking in the underground garage was free, this has now changed to $10 per night.

Second, the wifi, while free is very hit and miss (very slow), there is an option for a paid higher speed.

Third, upon arrival a little after 3pm I went to take a shower, even after 10 minutes of running the shower, the water barley got warm.

The free breakfast is good, but items we not replenished when the ran out (with a limited offering it did not leave many options), but for a free breakfast it is good.

We will stay here again, and hope this was a one off less than ideal experience.

Staff were very enthusiastic however they just was not enough of them. I was in town for a conference and stayed for four nights and just found a lot of little things that were time consuming because they didn’t operate quite correctly or there was not a staff person available.

Started with registration. No one is at the desk and I had to wait several minutes until a staff person returned. She was very apologetic and apparently was the only one working at that time parentheses around 5:00 PM.

Examples of some of the minor inconveniencesincluded, remote control on the television that did not work very well, heating controls that were a little iffy, water that seemed to take forever to get warm, shampoo and body gel conditioners were extremely high and difficult to reach, and computers that were not hooked to the Internet. Not huge things just annoying and time-consuming. Anytime I complained staff were quick to respond, but frequently they would be helping other guests and I had to wait until they were available to explain my problem.

Breakfast was very good and the staff again were very congenial. Rooms were clean daily and towels replaced which I appreciated. I did not use the pool however it looked very clean.

I would I would stay there again for a one night trip, but not for an extended stay.

Advertised free access to parking garage. The hotel is in a bad area with lots of break-ins so this was very important to me. Checked in at 5 pm, only two hours after check-in began and was told tyere was no more parking left (which they are charging additional for, claiming their website and Expedia sites are out of date). “The parking garage is already full ll” and I and everyone else checking in was told to park on the street. I said I booked the hotel because it had a secure garage and parking was included. No “sorry”, no concessions. Response was a smug tough sh$t. Hope my car doesn’t get broken into. Bottom line is this property LIES. Shame on Hilton.

We were really happy with our brief stay at the Hampton. The staff member at check-in was friendly, and allowed us to change our room without any issues. The room itself was just right - comfortable bed, beautiful view of the Everett sunset from the 5th floor, a large shower and clean bathroom. The free breakfast had lots of options and one of the nicest eating areas I’ve seen in a hotel like this. Other reviews have mentioned the street noise; this is probably worse at lower levels but on the 5th floor there was no issue. Underground parking was safe, easy and clean as well. The hotel was only a 2 minute drive from the marina and pier, where there are many nice restaurants looking out across the water.
