Staff are polite and helpful. The hotel is in a VERY sketchy neighborhood and appears to be a long term rental for people on public assistance. Lots people of coming and going, people wandering around outside our room at all hours, cats in the window, etc. My husband was nervous about leaving his truck there while he slept. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and I wouldn't stay here again.

First it is an old motel. Didn't think it was going to be too bad for a night. The bed was very tall. We are short had to jump up to get in bed. The pillows were thick and hard, the fawcet to tub was very hard to get on, no washcloths, the room was ice cold, windows open. Heater took a very long time to heat up. So with that being said. Spend $20 more and get a better hotel. Way over priced.

AVOID at all costs …Filthy , light switches didn’t work , stank of stale cigarette smoke , unsafe parking , windows wide open , zero breakfast - wouldn’t eat here anyways , very sketchy people roaming around , immediately checked out , refused to refund despite immediately leaving, balconies with dangerous looking people like a project .. one of the worst experiences anywhere in the world … literally disgusting awful .. Expeadia should be ashamed for listing …DANGEROUS and FILTHY….AVOID

Pictures on Website do not reflect what the room was. The carpet had large stains all over it; and was sticky. I had to lay towels down from my bed to the bathroom. When i checked in at 10:30pm the weather was below freezing; my room window was wide open and smelled aweful. I stunk everytime i left the room it was so bad. The TV did not work. The heat control knobs were completly broken and difficult to control. Holes and scuffs in walls, missing trim pieces, several large cracks across entire length of ceiling, stains on the walls, missing drain plugs, non working outlets, etc. Bed was uncomfortable. My room obviously has not been updated or maintained in a long time. The room didnt seem very clean prior to my stay.

Not sure where the representative picture came from or the recent 10/10 reviews, this was not our experience. We didn't need a Hilton, just looking for a comfortable bed for a quick overnight but walked into a tired, dated room with worn out furniture, dozens of cigarette burns in the carpet, broken sink and shower faucet handles and poorly done wall repair. The room appeared surface clean but still smelled of old smoke and chemicals. Not a comfortable sleep. The only positives - lots of security cameras ( if they work); shower came out like a firehose and the towels were newer.
This place feels more like short term transient housing; definitely not a redone Mom&Pop motel. Not staying here again.

It is very apparent that No updates have been made in decades. All fixtures, furniture and linens are in very poor shape. En the sink that was cracked in two places was not replaced. The room had a terrible, old smell that they tried to cover up with something even worse. When we got there the window was open to try to air it out. We waited quite a while to get the frint desk to come check us in. I would never stay here ever again and I would never recommend this room to anyone. I would almost rather even sleep in my car at the rest stop!

The staff was great and really helped out when needed! My room this time was FAR better than the last time I stayed there, and I stay there whenever I am up in the Arlington, WA area for work, which is fairly often. The only little 'snafu' was that the wall heater could only be sent on high and high fan speed, so I had to keep turning it on and off as needed. A very minor issue overall.

I was wondering about safety as well as there were dirty mattresses' just stacked in lobby. The smell in some outdoor areas was very unpleasant. There was a broken down car in the parking lot that had been there a very long time. The room was clean, but very worn looking.

The room smelled like wet dog and Lysol. No matter what I did I could not get the smell out of the room, so I just lived with it. When I got there the window was open. It was apparent that they were trying to air out the room. The heater/air conditioner wouldn't turn off with the on/off switch, so it kept turning on no matter what temperature I set it to, and when starting up it was extremely loud which kept waking me up during the night. The Wi-Fi was mediocre at best which was frustrating since I had a lot of work on my computer to do. I've stayed here before and it has never been this bad. I 'might' give it another try. But I would rather stay somewhere a half-hour away rather than deal with this again. We'll see...

This hotel was so unsafe, so very intimidating from the smokers hanging over the railing, to the proprietor who spoke no English, with bars on the locked lobby doors, to the abandoned cars in the parking lot. We abandoned our reservation and paid to sleep somewhere else! We would never have our children be in that area!!!

The gentleman at the front desk was nice but the hotel it self was absolutely disgusting. The toilet was constantly running and I had to fix it to be able to flush the toilet. The mattress was extremely dirty with dirt and stains all over. Then tried to put us on the second floor even though they knew there was a blind occupant for this room who could not use the stairs. The entrance ways frame was very unstable and would move as you walked through it.

Kindnes and respect goes a long way.

This was the first time i stayed there in a few years. When i checked in i was greeted by name by the Motel Manager. He remembered my name and face from before. I was treated with the upmost respect. Got into my room and it wasn't as clean as i would like but it wasn't disgusting either.

The inside of the room was mostly clean. The force were sticky, but not gross sticky. They were sticky like they were washed with something maybe not meant for floor and there’s a pretty big gap between the door and the door frame to the outside. Also, we stairs leading up to the second floor are rickety.

I just needed a room to sleep in, I don't expect anything fancy. I've stayed here and will continue to stay here. I wasn't happy with the floor. It needed to be swept and mopped. I had to wear my shoes just to walk to the bathroom or the sink. I didn't appreciate that. So I hope they will have their maids do a more thorough job with the rooms. thank you.

I have been staying here for years and it has slowly gone downhill.
Sink has hot on cold side and cold on hot side... when it's hot.
Shower, you're lucky to figure out where hot is.
Long hair on the carpet, cleaner not rinsed well from the hard floor so it feels slippery/slimey.
To top it all off, the toilet was disgusting. Seat, bowl and rim were filthy, like blow out filthy... obviously not even touched when room was last cleaned.

My stay was perfect as always. Its cheap its quiet, its got everything i need and want in my room and the staff are very friendly. And thiis stay i had to rent a uhaul so i had both a uhaul and my personal vehicle and i havento say parking is fabulous here its safe and i was avle to park right outside my door . I will stay here again!!!!! And tell my friends and anyone who asks this is the place to stay !!

There was a problem checking in, so the front desk gave me an 'upgrade' to a king bed which I didn't need since I was traveling alone, but OK. I asked if there was a fridge and microwave in the room and was told 'yes.' He was right: There was a fridge and microwave, but there was no plug for the microwave. In order to use it, I had to set it next to the sink. The fridge also does not have a small freezer section. When I went to take a shower my first night, the water was almost cold. It was cold enough that I could barely stay in it. The water temperature fluctuated a lot during my 2-night stay. So much so that I didn't bother taking another shower. One of the outlets didn't work, and I tested it and found that it has an 'open ground' condition which is a safety hazard. The place has definitely seen better days. I will say that the bed was comfortable, and it appeared that they were in the middle of replacing a lot of the mattresses throughout the motel.

The place is fairly big and nice room. Bed was comfortable. The manager was super nice and friendly and helped me feel comfortable! The only issue is that there is probably crackheads outside my door haha. But everything else was smooth and good. Easy check in and out. Definitely will be coming back for a fast stay.

not only were, we greeted by four police officers every unit we walked by out the air conditioner was the smell of urine there are people living there full-time. The carpet probably hadn’t been cleaned for over 50 years. The smell of mould cannot believe that the government and that Expedia lets that happen that was terrible. Worst experience my 51 years of life. The nice thing was the men at the front desk. They were actually very kind and nice people, but the place was disgusting. I don’t even think a cold dog would want to sleep in there, but unfortunately, we had nowhere else to go because everywhere else was booked, but it was terrible and how they charge people to stay there beyond, it literally should be condemned. I’m from Canada if anybody ever thinks of going to that hotel motel don’t

Good stay, but will not return.

It was clean and the staff was friendly. Hotel is VERY dated, but it was spotless. Beds were comfortable. We were counting on the pullout couch since it said it slept 3, but there was no pullout couch. It was close to town and easily accessible. Outside the room did not seem like a safe environment. There were a lot of what seemed link long term occupants and cars filled with people's belongings. I would not stay here again as I felt unsafe. We did arrive after dark.

As a senior female traveling along I was very worried about staying there after reading some horrible reviews. I stopped in to see the manager early in the day and he assured me it was a safe place to stay. He indicated he came into the motel the previous year to clean it up and make it safe. He also said some guys he had evicted put those terrible reviews online. The hotel is old and its not the Hilton but I had a very nice room and it was spotless. Some things were missing like an ice bucket and only 1 pack of coffee for 2 night stay but the towels were very nice and the bed was amazing. It was quiet and peaceful. Good value for the money.
