We had a wonderful stay at the Inn at Port Gardner! The property is clean, comfortable, and in a great location, but what truly made our visit exceptional was the staff.

A special thank you to Paul at the front desk. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us fantastic recommendations on things to do and the best places to eat. His local knowledge and genuine friendliness made a huge difference in our trip.

Everyone we encountered was warm, professional, and eager to help. The Inn and its staff are truly top-notch, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

When we stayed-my daughter and I arrived to a hotel that was without running water. The front desk was of very little help in finding a suitable remedy, The issue was out of their control but we had been on the road for hours and picked this hotel to settle into before heading back home. We felt offering a complimentary stay in the future or water from their cooler would have been appropriate, They gave my daughter and I 2 warm Aquafinas and said sorry but that is what it is and all we have. We used one bottle to wash our face and brush our teeth and shared the other before bed.

We loved our stay at the Port. We were in town for a wedding and this was a very convenient and pleasant stay. Walkable to a bunch of cute spots along the waterfront.
The one thing I didn't appreciate was the slight attitude we got from one of the housekeepers. We were staying with our service animal, and this particular staff member made several comments that implied she didn't believe our dog was a service animal. For example, as I was going down the stairs in the morning to let our dog out, she was coming up the stairs. \"Room 214 right? The seeervice animal\". \"Her tone was dismissive, as though she was questioning whether the dog was actually a service animal. Really made me feel uncomfortable. Everything else was great, but the staff should be more accommodating to those who need service animals. This kind of skepticism can be both hurtful and legally problematic.

I have stayed here in the past usually it is pretty good. This time however when I checked in they told me that their water was not working I had no toilet I had no water absolutely none. That means no bathroom amenities. They would not even give me any kind of comp. Plus they were not very nice either. I doubt I will stay there again

Had a horrible time at check in- our one bedroom suite had been given to another guest. The man at the desk never acknowledged it initially and tried to move us into a small room with 2 queens which wouldn’t work as my daughter with disabilities needs more space to move around. I could go on and on about other things that were horrible with check-in -finally after an hour I said we have got to go eat. I’ll come back later and we’ll get things settled up.. he kept leaving us at the desk and going into the back room to talk on the phone. Strangest check in I have ever had.. I hope others have better luck, but I honestly can’t say that I would recommend this hotel. Lovely otherwise but boy did he add to stress and anger after a long day of travel!!

We had a very enjoyable stay. This hotel is very clean with nice staff. The breakfast delivered to your room simply super nice and convenient. We definitely will stay again if travel around the area again. The area around the hotel is safe and walkable. With short walk, you can enjoy the sunset with magnificent views.

The staff member who checked us in would not even attempt to answer our questions-she told us to use google. The property was clean, but very noisy, inside and outside - people in the parking lot were loud, inside noise (maybe a toilet from upstairs was loud, trains running all night. Breakfast was a joke.

The rooms are clean and look nice. The windows are single pane and offer no sound insulation. The restaurant next door begins receiving deliveries early in the AM and roll their dumpsters between the properties. Road noise is also very prevalent. VERY difficult to sleep.

A few improvements would make this a nice property. The TV did not work, and staff could not get it working. There were no options in the room for a non coffee drinker. The bed mattress was lumpy and soft like it had seen better days. Sheets had a lot of pilling. Front Desk Paul was a gem, and very pleasant. Wanted to like this property and give the management an opportunity to make it up to us. We paid to have the room upgraded and got a room where not all amenities were working. The refund was $22.00 and hardly covers the upgrade cost. Next time will go to the Marriott by the courthouse.

We had a comfortable 2-night stay at Room 104 which has french doors opening out to the view of the marina. It was mostly quiet except for pretty floors/walls so in the morning we can hear the stomping of the people above us and when someone turns on the shower at the neighboring rooms it initially sounds very loud. Other than that, the breakfast baskets were a nice touch and most of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Convenient parking and nice location that is walking distant to cute businesses like Woods Coffee and a brewery. Short drive to Snohomish Downtown where we went shopping/antiquing and Downtown Everett businesses. I would stay here again!

Unfortunately, the night before our planned stay I had to go to the emergency room. I ended up being admitted and had to spend the entirety of our planned trip in the hospital. The hotel continues to refuse to issue a refund, as does Hotels.com/Expedia. I even offered proof. Now I have to bills to pay for that weekend. If a hospital stay doesn’t constitute a refund, I’d like to know what does. Worst customer service ever.

Location is next to the marina and it was absolutely beautiful, especially lit up for winter. Restaurants extremely close with many different options. Parking wasnt a hassle. The room was good. Clean. Spacious enough for us. We did utilize a pet friendly room (see below for the not so good) that had a back door leading directly into a pet friendly area for their relief which was pretty great. Breakfast was delicious!

The not so good:
The bed was not comfortable for us. It was on the too soft side of the meter.

The reservation listing for rooms didnt allow us to reserve a pet specific room. Which was beyond frustrating at check in. The worst part was their pet policy (note the full policy was NOT outlined on expedia) and their pet policy had a weight limit for pets..... if we would have known this, we would have reserved somewhere else.

I will say that i did sign the pet policy form and continued our stay with our big, deaf dog. She seemed to think the second bed was a perfect spot to sleep and enjoy her stay.

The first night when I showed up I showed up later in the evening and when I did the door into my room was held cracked open with the door lock thing from the inside when I got in there the room was freezing and smelled like cigerette smoke. I didn’t notify anybody because I’m not one to complain and it was late and I was exhausted. It was just a little bit discouraging.

The room was cold when we got in there and we couldn't get the heat on. We called the front desk and they came right up and was able to get it turned on. The problem was it didn't put out very much heat. We had it turned up to 79 but we were still cold all night. I could sweat in a snow storm and like it cool but even I was chilled. Other than that it was a great hotel.

We like this lnn, stayed twice. Stayed on the non-water side, loved it. Thought it would be even better with a water view, it was not. The room had the sink and mirror in the bedroom. Not a fan of that. Also had sliding door for the bathroom. Definitely not a fan of that. Now drawers for clothes. Not sure why hotels are getting rid of drawers. Won't stay anywhere now without asking about these things first.

Room was SPOTLESS! Updated but still warm and cozy and inviting property. The view was exactly what I needed. Some complain about the breakfast, and while it isn't homemade or gourmet, the fact they even offer it and make the effort is special. Coffee always stocked fresh in the lobby. Beautiful little patio. A small but absolutely LOVELY staff is the highlight. Colleen, Sammie and Paul all deserve kudos. I had to fly over for a family emergency and they were not only kind but really made me feel at home, away from home, on christmas. Definitely going to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay here. First off the checkin gal was a ray of sunshine! Our room was really clean and had a bath tub! Super friendly and attentive staff who politely answered any questions I had. My room (suite) was nice, extra roomy, clean, with a clean comfy bed and crisp beddings, had a quiet ac/heater, and a lovely view of the port which is lit up in the evenings with fun lights.

The complimentary breakfast was mostly instant grab and go but it wasn't bad at all; It was convenient for me as I didn't have time to get breakfast elsewhere and it was very filling since I ordered a bunch of stuff. Food was delivered to my room on time.

Lombardi's is just a few steps away-excellent Italian food if you want something super close by for lunch or dinner.

Located in a very quiet area (other than some sounds from the boats here and there, but nothing annoying) with a walking path if you want to take a stroll along the water and/or to walk down to the restaurants at the end.
I was told by Paul, who was at the front desk in the evening, that other restaurants and spots are being built nearby (which is prob on the other side of the port from the looks of it). Very exciting for them and that area coming in the near future!

I would definitely recommend this hotel to others and would book a room here again if ever I need to stay in Everett!

The room was nice, bed was comfy. The front desk staff was very helpful. Breakfast was OK but we didn’t get the extra coffee pods ordered or some of our breakfast items.
This would have been OK but the complimentary coffee, tea and cocoa wasn’t stocked. Not a deal breaker, we’ve stayed before and will stay again but coming in from a chilly walk on the pier is nice knowing you can grab a quick cup to warm you up.
