Breakfast was great. Lots of choices. Loved that they had a machine to make lattes.
Nichole
The property is pretty run down. In the room the shower head was falling off, there was hair in the bathtub, the room and bathroom walls and trim were in desperate need of being redone. The lobby floor was extremely sticky and it stayed that way for 2 days. Elevator was missing a few rails on the walls and the carpet was bubbled up everywhere including our room.
We love staying in Best Westerns, but this one is a no go for us to stay in again.

Greap place to stay in with family. We enjoyed our stay.
Neita
We were on floors with dogs and my wife is allergic to animals. Also, a dog was walking down the hall when I was going out of the room and he almost attacked me.. I don’t know why dogs and people are on the same floor
Adriana

Edward
Generally a good place to stay. Exercise equipment is poorly maintained. Staff was helpful.
Kristi
Very clean. Wonderful stafff. Overall excellent place to stay
AYAN
I had a generally good stay at this hotel. The property is nice, the staff was accommodating, and the overall experience was positive. However, the cleanliness of the bedding needs to improve. When I arrived, the sheets and pillowcases did not feel completely fresh and clean, which was disappointing. A comfortable bed is the most important part of a hotel stay, so housekeeping needs to pay closer attention to the linens. It is still a good hotel, but ensuring spotless bedding would make it much better.

Thank you!
Michelle
I made this four out of five stars, and it wasn’t really fair. I hated the location. It was difficult for me to get to and it was in the armpit of Renton, which is not to say it’s a bad area. It is to say it’s really hard to maneuver through the traffic and the roads and exits and entrances and it’s just a lot. I would just say that for me it was a difficult location to enjoy going anywhere was a trial.
The staff was amazing. The cleanliness was great. The food was usually pretty good and I don’t have anything to complain about with the actual Hotel.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. It was just a few minutes from SeaTac Airport which made our traveling smooth going home.
Erika
I didn’t like that they didn’t pay attention to main elevator, inside was dirty with fingerprints carpet on floor dirty coffe spill, and also parking lot and main entrance has a filthy smell like garbage
Janis
Breakfast was fine although the seating area was crowded and layout of food was disorganized.
Hotel room was very small and no place to comfortably open our suitcases. Hotel staff found us a shower chair to use as a luggage rack. That helped. We stayed for 6 nights and you’d think they would have accommodated us with a better location that wasn’t right against the noisy ice machine.

There's only one restaurant within walking distance The rest you have to drive to not a big drawback.
Maryjo
We were really impressed at how clean and nice this hotel was for the price. It was by far the most cost effective option and it did not disappoint. The rooms were updated and the staff did a great job cleaning. The breakfast was the best breakfast I've been at. It was very clean and everything was full. The drive was not bad to downtown Seattle and it was centrally located. Would definitely stay here again.
Mandeep
Everything overall is good .
Staff is excellent but limited options for vegetarian or vegan breakfast.

The important stuff: very comfortable bed. Clean, tidy room. Very clean Bathroom. Room darkening shades.
Ray at the front desk was very helpful, so check-in was smooth and easy!
Hotel was quiet at night. But as early as 6 AM door slamming and loud talking by folks leaving very early meant we were awake. After 14 hours of travel to get the motel by 11 and into bed by midnight, the last thing we wanted was to be jarred out of bed by any hotel noise!!!

The hotel is by the freeway, so it’s very convenient. The facility is clean and the staff is very helpful. If you have a car, this place is great.
Daisy
Great location, great amenities. I'd be back again.
Lamar
The staff was amazing and super helpful. Room was decent nothing too crazy but got the job done. Came with refrigerator and microwave, which is definitely a plus for a lot of places.
David
One day house keeping missed cleaning my room. I met Anna the Hotel GM at the front desk and told her. We left for about three hours and when we came back the room had been cleaned. That was good service!
Kyla
Room was clean as was the lobby. A little dated but comfortable. The beds were super comfy. The parking is free but terrible. There are few disabled parking spots, it was full every evening when we returned and thankfully someone was with me who could drop me off and park the car on the back of the building. Breakfast was typical of free breakfasts but it was hot and good. The staff in the breakfast area were very nice and helpful. Although it’s close to the freeway, it was very quiet.
Shannon
Was very nice room happy with my stay.

The breakfast was delicious (and can be made vegan-friendly. Ask for milk alternatives). Breakfast manager Zdenka made a big difference with her excellent service.

Rob
Clean nice
Zoe
Room was very comfortable for some tired travelers. Only problem we ran into was needing a second key card and was told it would be 20 minutes. I don’t think it was the employees fault, I think the system decided to do an update. Breakfast was super good. Especially their waffle!
Claudia

The morning front desk staff was unprofessional and unwilling to assist with my room key issue. I had to reset the key three separate times, and even then it still would not open the door. Despite the ongoing problem, she did not offer to check the key herself or issue a new one. Instead, she appeared more focused on having a personal conversation with the cleaning crew or personal friend at the hotel!
Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned. The bed sheets and pillowcases were dirty, with noticeable red stains, and they were not replaced during my stay. Housekeeping also failed to remove the trash or replenish bath towels.
As a result, I had to go down to the front desk at 11:10 PM to request clean towels myself, which was highly inconvenient.
Overall, the lack of cleanliness and poor customer service made for a very disappointing experience.

Breakfast was ok. Room was ok. The main issue was the guy in the room next to us yelling and shouting at his wife at 2am in the morning. This went on forever. Took the hotel a long time to do anything about it. We had to call the front desk multiple times. The police showed up banging on the door and shouting…pulled the guy out into the hallway next to our door to question him and go through their whole ordeal whether the would book the guy or not. Middle of the night, so loud, all this going on while guests are trying to sleep. They separate the husband and wife leaving the husband there who continues to make noise, shout, throw furniture around which results in the police coming back and arresting him. Mean while, the hotel said nothing to us or tried to accommodate us in anyway. Asked to be moved to another room possibly, but nothing. The whole ordeal went on for 3+ hours. The next day checking out the girl at the counter knew we were in the room next to all the commotion and didn’t even care or apologize on behalf of the hotel to paying guests. Very uncaring and no sympathy. Shady area and unsafe. Don’t stay here. Not worth it!!

The stay was going great…I reserved 4 nights. Breakfast was good. Room was big. The bathroom was smaller for a room that size….on my last night, I was getting something by the fridge and I saw something from the corner of my eye so I shined a light on it. It was a roach. I took my shoe and killed it. I didn’t sleep well that night. Granted, I probably lured the pest to my room because I had some food, but the fact is there were roaches to be lured. This was room 310.
Staff was okay, not good, not bad. Lobby was nice and clean. I did like there was a 24hr hot cocoa and coffee machine that you could pick whatever you wanted, whatever size and strength.

The smell of pot smokers right outside the lobby doors is enough to ruin any meal no matter how good it possibly may have been.
JACOB
front deck was very unprofessional! she gave a key for room, first, she was not very happy to conversation with us, then when we walk in to the room, big dog came to us and start barking, them some people show up from bathroom!!!! we been so scary, we came back to front desk, she was laughing, and smiles said : she dont know that some one occupied room!!! very unprofessional!!! No sorry, no apologies just gave to us new key room...
Angela
After checking in, I requested a late check out at noon. At 9 am the next day there was a quick knock at my door followed by someone entered my room. I was in bed and they had a key to my room! Called the front desk and they told me “oh it says here you’ve checked out “. I said, “No, don’t you have to sign something to check out?” No. They just have to think they see you leave. That’s bizarre and completely unacceptable!
Larry
Room was clean bed was comfortable
Only drawback of bathroom was bathtub shower instead of walk in shower.
Not the best for seniors

Checking in front desk gentleman professional and friendly. Also the lady keeping the breakfast bar topped off and tables clean.
Juan
Location was fine, and the room was also fine. The reason of why not 5 stars was the fact that the carpet joint between the bathroom/closet to the room was in a pretty bad shape.
Gilbert
Really, it was just ok
