There were 2 toilets sitting out side rooms. Smelled like urine mold.

Very good stay. Good ambience. Good setup for the FIFA world cup. Very convenient to walk to the Tukwila station and go to Seattle downtown.
Leonardo
Clean room, staff, & breakfast
Nancy
The shuttle service was a plus as well as breakfast and 12 pm check out. Nice outdoor space.
Megan
Great airport shuttle service
Linda
Very disappointed. My flight from Juneau AK got cancelled at 11 PM (after being delayed several times), and this hotel would not give a refund for my unused stay.
Frank
Close to airport proving shuttle.
Jesse
The pictures of the property on line are deceiving. Anything past the main lobby and breakfast area looks old, weathered, and run down. All the hallways and carpeting look very aged and worn out. And smell of cheap deodorant chemicals. Disappointing
Tanya
The TV didn't work. The hot tub was broken. The pool was dirty (you could feel the algae on the sides with your feet). Elevator 2 was down for maintenance....yes I was charged $184 for one night. Not worth the price.
Sara
Location was great. Quiet, clean, and a good place to stay
Ann
Generally, a nice property and clean with good service. Lobby and common areas are very nice, but the rooms need an upgrade.
Amelia
The pool wasn’t open during our stay. Everything else was great.
Mary
The hotel staff were friendly. The breakfast was tasteful despite it being continental. The shuttle driver was very friendly and safe.
Patrick
The room was clean and looked recently remodeled. Staff was polite and friendly. Breakfast had low carb diet options (eggs, bacon, and sausage). I would stay here again.
Margaret
Clean and well run. Hallways are run down.

We are both seniors with some physical limitations and we found the \"very tall\" beds difficult to access. Please provide us with something lower and provide a step stool.

Room was cold. Asked for a blanket and given a sheet. Had to call desk on second day because NO toilet paper. Asked housekeeper and she had no idea what I was saying. Had asked for accessibility room because husband is 93 with a cane but they couldn’t even find regular room. Put us halfway to back. Back door was closer than front door. Breakfast was good and plentiful. No garbage or towels picked up during entire stay. If we have to go to Seattle again, will not choose this hotel.

We did not get housekeeping service for single time in our 3 night stay even after requesting for it.
Breakfast was same for all 3 days, but had enough veriety to choose from. Good dining space.
Swimming pool, gym was not usable at all.
Good vending machine for coffee and tea and water in reception area.
Free shuttle bus to SEA was nice.
Overall good stay.

The parking lot and exterior looked shabby, and at first I wasn't sure that this was the property I had booked. Upon entering, the lobby looked nice and so my spirits lifted. Check in was great, and the front desk clerk was very friendly.
There was one elevator by the lobby which took us up to our floor. The hallway was shabby. The carpet is well past needing to be replaced. While walking to our room I noticed a room number plaque was missing on a door, and they had replaced it with hardware store mailbox numbers. So classy. We found our room, and I looked down the hall past it to another elevator that was clearly broken and had blue painters tape masked across the doors in an \"X\" to indicate that it was broken.
The room appeared to have been renovated in the last few years, and it was clean and decent. Except that we needed to go to bed early, as we had to leave around 3am to catch an early flight. When we crawled into bed at 8pm, we found out that there are NO blackout curtains in our room. So, we did the best we could to sleep with light coming through the windows.

Would of been nice to update that the pool, hot tub and sauna aren't in use. Bed was super comfy and next door casino has great bartender and food..
Gary

I had a fantastic stay at the Ramada by Wyndham Tukwila Southcenter! From the moment I arrived, I could tell that a lot of care had gone into the property. The recent remodeling looks amazing and gives the hotel a fresh, modern feel while still being comfortable and welcoming.
The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which immediately made me feel at ease. Everything was in great condition, and the attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive. The ambiance was another highlight of my stay—it had a warm, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day.
Overall, this was a wonderful experience, and I would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Washington. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean, updated, and comfortable place to stay!

This property is undergoing some upgrades, so we are excited to see what the future of the place looks and feels like.

I didn't like that the shuttle wasn't available. I called and couldn't leave a message. I emailed weeks in advance making staff aware shuttle would be needed
Yonghui
the service of working staff perfect, breakfast good, my family loves this hotel.
lee
Don’t expect much. The hotel is very dated. The hallway stank. They try to cover up the smell with some type of scent that made it worse. The door didn’t even have bottom trims to cover up the gap, I could literally see out into the hall. The pool wasn’t even clean and it was literally summer already. There was no room cleaning service whatsoever. Had to call them for towels. The bathroom was dirty found ants and spiders just chillin in there. Overall I would never stay again. Spend a little more money and get yourself a better hotel. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. It was close to lots of restaurants and the mall.
Marc
happy all around.

This hotel is perfect if you have a flight and need to be close to the airport. The staff is super nice, the hotel is currently under renovation but the rooms are great.
I want to point out Beza in front desk during the morning, she is the most helpfull hotel staff Ive met in years. She helped us out time an time again, she needs to be the Manager of the place.
Also, they have complementary shuttle to and from the airport. 10/10

Location was great for my travel needs.
David
Quick access with courtesy shuttle to the mall where you have a. Lot of food options. It’s also 15 min from the airport and and about two miles from the tukwila train station and from there you can ride the train to the airport, downtown Seattle area, space needle. They have a courtesy shuttle to the airport also. The newly renovated rooms was great. They haven’t finish the renovations and the price is very reasonable. They have hot breakfast( eggs/ sausages/waffles). They have a self service washer/dryer. Overall it is. Great place to stay at. They also have a casino right next to the hotel and the have a restaurant there.
Mylene
We always stay here for location as well as comfort & service.

Says its under remodel, however saw no proof. Room smelled really bad when you walked in, like wet tea leaves, was wierd.
Did not get room I had reserved, given a smaller room for same price, bathroom was extremely small. Pool and hot tub were disgusting, and closed. Vending machine worked every other cc swipe. So paid $ for a pop. Is on my personal list of avoid this one.

We've used the Ramada Tukwila for many years for tour groups. We arrived last night with three buses, with the drivers pre nighting before tour pickup today. The property refused to let any buses park there (despite us doing so for years), saying that our contract was finished (we never had a contract, we're the bus company not the tour company). We had to scramble to find close by hotels with parking, so our drivers could get the required off duty time. We have cancelled all current and future bookings made with the Ramada Tukwila.
I've tried and failed to reach out to someone today, the Wyndham website does not allow feedback outside of preselected topics, and the hotel does not publish contact info...

The lobby is updated but the rooms and hallways could be wiped down or painted.
Loretta
Love the hot breakfast and couple free bottles of water in the fridge. I like the vending machine choices and filtered water machine to fill your bottle up with filtered water.
We loved the view from the 3rd floor. Love the free internet and two business desktop computers in the lobby for customer usage.

Amazing job!

The room was so cold, I tried to get a hold of housekeeping, but no one answered. Would have been nice if the room had an extra blanket, the TV did not work either.
Elizabeth
rooms did not smell clean, they smelled like if they had been vacant for a long time. there was a lot of spider webs in the sink and spiders aswell.
Andrea

Room needed upkeep and fixing. Mirror was held up by a screw. Shower rod was loose and slanting down. Curtains has rips and holes. Stains on the rugs. Fridge and extra sink was nice.
Gary
When we went into the room we went to turn on the tv it would not turn on. I checked the plug and it was very loose and would not stay in. I fixed it the tv turned on but we were unable to get any stations because there internet was not connected. I called the front desk and they said it would be back up by 6AM. That was a lie. It was not up and I called the front desk. I was told they were sending a tv person to check it. In talking to him he said there was a section of the hotel that was out and they knew about it. We were never told anything about that.
Also when entering the room that night there was a large spider on the wall greeting us. We will never return to this hotel.

The staff was very helpful and the room was good. I spotted several ants and the room had a weird smell.

I didn’t use it

Room was what we expected ( clean, plenty of towels). But the only complaint is there is not enough electrical outlets to plug up your devices especially if there are two persons with multiple devices ( iPhone, Apple Watch, iPad etc). Desk personnel was very helpful with all the information that needed to be relayed.
Jorge
Just OK
Al
The room was great. Very clean. Staff was very helpful in providing me with charging cord for my electronics. Location is perfect for catching the train to Seattle as was my case. Train stop is 3 minutes away. Will definitely come back.

Everything needs updating. Old furniture, torn drapes, no USB outlets. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. I wouldn't call this 3 star hotel.

The lobby was beautiful but the rooms were old and run down. Outside windows filthy and need a good cleaning. Everything is really old and needs an update. The front desk did not give any instructions on WiFi and actually called our room at 11:30 the next morning asking if we were aware of the check out time at noon. Completely inappropriate.
Warren
Room was clean, and had all basic needs. Courteous staff
