Great breakfast! And great staff
Zachary
Great hotel, was quite and the room was clean and comfortable and helped me get a good nights rest before an important licensure examination
Ahamad
It was actually quite pleasant, but there were ant-like bugs in our room. The housekeeping didn’t clean our room during the entire stay; they only changed the towels and soap after we requested it. Additionally, they charged a hefty $12 for parking and an extra $4 for tax per night. We stayed for three nights, and the total bill came to $67 and some change, which was quite exorbitant. The room itself wasn’t that bad; the air conditioning worked well, but that’s about it. If you’re considering staying here, please think carefully before making a decision.
Phyllis
The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful!
Neil
Why a hotel would charge a fee to park is beyond me. I will not use this hotel again.

Margie
We should not have paid for parking it wasn’t a garage
Lori
Parking was actually the easiest thing! Breakfast was a horrible disappointment! When I booked the room I also paid extra for the breakfast, assuming it was the same as the Courtyard by Marriott a couple miles down the road. It was NOT! So much money for breakfast, but such a very small selection of items!
Staff - desk clerk seemed quite bothered when I checked in. Did not bother to explain where the very few amenities were located.

We have stayed here 3 times now and this last time was horrible. There was a drunk guy who locked himself out of the building and at 2am he was banging and using rocks on the glass door to get in. We called the front desk and they did nothing. Then there was a group of people screaming non stop starting feom 1 am to 4 am. we called the front desk twice and they daid they were sending someone to talk to rhem but never did.
John

Marlo
Really good place.
Ronald
It was snowing when we arrived but no one seemed to be clearing the walkways. The longterm parking rate was 50 % higher than quoted by phone.
Gabriela
No breakfast included, 15 dollar a day for pay for parking, inconvenient bar hours and restrooms are not so kid friendly. Overall good hotel
Chevonna
We had to change rooms due to a party being held in the room next to us. At 4am someone pulled the fire alarm. Courtyard did comp our room for all the issues.
Lawanda
Only problem is someone set off the fire alarm at 5:00 am. They refunded us our parking pay for our troubles. The motel was great

Great stay and location to restaurants
Leeann
The room was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed for an overnight, and a free shuttle to airport was a plus. What stood out at this hotel was the excellent staff! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Sarah who was behind the front desk when we arrived was all about customer service. She helped fix a problem with my reservation which was my mistake not hers. She solved the problem quickly and in a professional manner. Her customers service will have me coming back to the Marriot when I'm in Seattle
Peter
We had a room that there was no heat coming from HVAC unit, and they promptly gave us a new room. Took us to the airport early.
James
Staff was very friendly but the bathroom sink was clogged to the point it was overflowing. After inspecting the plumbing it was clear they were aware of the issue and tried to use zip ties to correct it. Room should not have been rented and they were completely booked so we were unable to move rooms. With two little kids this was a major inconvenience.
Tiffany
Clean rooms- even lined up the kids stuffies in a cute way (they loved it). They have a great business room that can be used. The entire place is clean and awesome
Robert
had car parked at hotel. Called from airport at 10:45 PM and was told no drivers were available until the next shift at 11:00 PM. Driver finally showed up at 11:40 PM. We stayed at the hotel for the for the shuttle and parking. Unacceptable customer service. Next time will choose airport parking or other hotel with reliable shuttle service.
Michael
We stayed there nov 4th and 19th front desk wa awesome room was good however when we. Got into the truck to go home someone had tryed cutting out the catalytic converter. I would suggest that the parking permit not displaying day coming in and out .thank you

Sarah was excellent. Great customer service skills and a great front desk person. As the person who is the first person that sets the tone for the customers stay, she does a great job!
Victoria
Everything was clean, comfortable and perfect location to get to Seattle.
Jennifer
Great place to stay
Svetlana
Customer service was very poor and the ladies on front was not helpful, we order hotel for 5 people and unfortunately got only 3 sets of towels, called front desk to get 2 more sets and never got any. Also in early morning when we very checking out the lady was very rude and was harassing us because of our accent.
Michael
Very helpfull very cordial
Michelle
Great location and very friendly
Andrew
Clean, comfortable, and welcoming—would recommend this hotel.
Rachel
The staff was very helpful and courteous. I gave them a 5 star for helping us. We took the wrong shuttle from the airport and they came and rescued us. Who knew there are 3 Courtyard Marriotts in SeaTac?
Sangvath
Clean room, very quiet, comfortable beds and pillows.
Kell
Close to SeaTac.
Cheri
Staff did not clear my room if feathers and down, as requested multiple times, causing a severe allergic reaction.
Shereena
Great stay at the courtyard! Convenient and walkable to shopping and restaurants. I would recommend..
Alvin
Hotel was very nice and quiet. Staf was friendly and very helpful
Fabiola
The room and property were clean and well maintained. It felt very comfortable. Close to everything. Only downside is this property used to have a pool but it no longer does but still has it listed that it does, wish they’d be able to clear that up as it felt misleading. Other than that, great stay.
Denise
Loved the large room and shuttle service!
Donald
The staff was friendly and welcoming, the facility was clean and updated, and the location was within walking distance of shopping and restaurants, with an onsite shuttle for local transportation and airport pick ups and drop offs. The only complaint was the limited complimentary breakfast selection but, what they did offer, was delicious!
Maureen
Staff was friendly And helpful. Rooms nice and clean. Great location.
Not all rooms equipped with microwave. Need to request for one.
Parking is extra. Expedia listed it as $8 per day but it is $10 × tx = $12.52

The hotel charged my American Express card for the same dates stating that you are charging me for, and few words am being charged double, I will put this concerns with Marriott hotels head Quarters
Elizabeth
Everything looked and smelled clean. Everything worked (faucets, drains, lights, coffee maker). The beds and pillows were comfortable enough. I had inadvertently reserved an accessible room and this was changed for us at check in.

Nice stay!
A brief stopover on our way to cruise. Better than adequate accommodations. Bed was very comfortable. Wish there’d been free breakfast. Can’t have everything.
Sara Jean
Order grilled chicken sandwich and it was the first rubber chicken I have ever attempted to eat. Food at the bar was not worth ordering. Tried a sandwich later or was in par with the tough microwaved chicken
Nicholas
Good property!
Frances
I booked there because it had a restaurant. I was going to arrive tired and not wanting to go to a restaurant. When I arrived, restaurant was closed. No microwave in room to cook.
Laura
There is no free breakfast at this hotel

5 Day Stay
Our stay was very nice and the front desk, check-in, and employees were very friendly and helpful. This Marriott is an older hotel, and could use a little updating. A few more places for charging stations in the room, and maybe a little TLC with the decor. Very clean, bathroom and a great shower, and shampoo’s, conditioner and body soap. I’m not sure what the room cleaning days are, but after day 2 and asking for extra cleans towels, our room was cleaned every day.
Gabriela
We arrived at 1 am , had no issues for the shuttle to pick us from airport.
Franklin
The staff is knowledgeable & friendly. The rooms are clean, modern and spacious.
Randall
Friendly staff. Clean and near airport, very busy with the airline personnel using the facility.
Patricia
This was the quietest hotel I have ever stayed.
Carole
The shower was horrible. No hot water. Water dribbled. Shower was very slippery. Dangerous. No night light.
Amanda
What you need to know
Not much water pressure, cleaners talking for over 30 min every early morning, pillows turned flat after laying on them, no microwave, might as well be no fridge because it only cools for 2 hrs at a time when you pressed the button so my food spoiled.
