I was only
Ready for unlimited stars for how friendly, kind and helpful the night gentleman is. He is a guest services rock star. Calling to get a shuttle with never stop smiling and helping everyone. This amazing human is what all employees would hope to be as good as. The morning girl offered to have my sheets cleaned once I told her I checked into a room the night before with hair in my shower and on the bed. I appreciated her suggestion but it never happened. Talking to her makes you feel like you are bothering her. Not a warming interaction at all. The morning shift it felt like pulling teeth to ask her to call the shuttle. The night gentleman just blew my mind with kindness.

The shuttle driver wouldn't let me out in a place where I could safely get out( i use a walker) we had to beg him to move to a place wide enough. Then when we entered the hotel the elevater was not working.We had an 88yr old and a pregnant woman and only rooms on the 2nd or 4th floor.The staff seemed to be learning.Not experienced.And slow. Also they ran out of food for breakfast.No breakfast.

We chose this hotel because our room had a refrigerator and because we needed a shuttle to the airport. It provided what we needed at a reasonable price. However, the smell of cleaning chemicals in our room was a bit overpowering and the included breakfast offered very little. Also, the style/decor offered absolutely nothing - I think that they should invest in improving the aesthetics as well as the breakfast. No complaints about the staff - they were extremely friendly and helpful.

Hotel is close to the airport, makes it a great location esp the 24hr (every 30mins) shuttle service to the airport. Elevator was down when we checked in so had to drag our luggages all the way to the 4th floor so that sucks but it’s no one’s fault. You can hear the street noise in the room but not too loud. One table bulb was missing. Wish the room has more lights though, kind of “dark”. Overall positive stay.

Dated but CLEAN and everything very good. Matthew at front desk is the best motel worker that I have ever met. Bed very good. Room and bathroom very good. Daily room service very good. Breakfast minimal but good. Coffee good. We were very happy with our stay here. Shuttle service excellent. All workers friendly and helpful.

The hotel was fine for an economical stay near the airport. Some features were worn and dated, but everything was clean. The only problem was the elevator was out of order and our room was on the fourth floor. There was another guest climbing the stairs ahead of us, an older woman with impaired mobility and vision. I was genuinely concerned that she was given a room on the fourth floor!

We arrived in Seattle very late and needed a place to stay for one night, the property was dated but was clean and the desk clerk was very helpful and nice. When we were ready to take the free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel it took multiple calls to get someone to answer the phone and more than 30 minutes for the shuttle bus to arrive.

The staff did not make you confident especially when they said the elevator was out, had been out for over a week. They did offer to cancel the reservation but where else would we stay??? The staff was very slow, at first one woman, then another oblivous staff member came out. We waited a very long time, used the bathroom off their lobby, there was no toilet paper. They could not find a room on the first, second or third floors. We had booked room in advance and had driven 2 plus hours to get to hotel, so there was not any other hotel we could go to. We took the room and they did offer to help bring our bags up the four flights of stairs. The experience was not cost effective but at least we were able to find a place for dinner in the area had a shuttle to the airport the next day.

We had to wait 35min for the shuttle to pick us up at the airport. Hotel is 8-10min drive. Checked in, found out elevator didn't work, because they had no permit. Our room type 2 double beds are only on the 4th floor(top floor). Front desk said they can bring our luggage, but he was the only worker and he was checking in people. We carried our own luggage, as we needed to be somewhere. Did not like their breakfast, no hot items....bread, oranges, muffins, cereal, yogurt....Please add some hot items...eggs, sausage....

Airport shuttle very convenient and runs 24 hours , but you have to call the front desk to advise exact location where you are.

Avoid at all cost. I checked in and the elevator is broken. (The staff did instantly offer to carry bags). I got my room key and went to the room (215) and it was foul. Absolutely disgusting. There were dirty clothes in the drawers, the furniture was covered in stains, smelled weird, the shower door doesn’t open because the vanity blocks it. And the best part…. Drug paraphernalia in the drawers as well. So happy I took videos walking into the room.

The front desk attendant was the only positive interaction I had as she took the matter seriously and put me in a new room. Though I still didn’t sleep because you can hear everything from the hallways and the room above. Multiple crashing sounds from other guests. Would have rather slept in my tiny rental car.

On the plus side, the staff was very helpful. The room was basic but clean. The ac worked great. On the negative side, the elevator was out of order. The staff carried my luggage up 3 flights of stairs and when I was leaving, they carried it down. I'm older but walking up 3 flights was doable. The soap for the bath was very tiny but the shower itself was great.

The quality of rooms was horrible for the pricey charge during World Cup. The hotel is old and tired. The amenities like soap and shampoo were almost nonexistent. The elevator didn’t work. The coffee was as bad as horrible as coffee could be. Our room was $300. I was thoroughly disappointed.

We arrived at 3 PM for a 2 PM check-in there were 101 people loaded down with baggage waiting I asked why the rooms are not ready. One couple pointed out. They’ve been waiting since 1 o’clock a little bit before one their room still not ready. The staff was terrible unhelpful uncooperative. It would be a sin to recommend anyone to stay at this facility.. we we left after an hour at 4 PM and found a room by ourselves at red roof Inn no refunds no nothing no room I refuse to sleep in the lobby of a dilapidated motel. Sorry probably not your last experience with Expedia.

Adequate for an airport hotel. Front desk was frequently not staffed. Hotel used flimsy paper plates and bowls for breakfast; bowls were too small, so when you cooked the instant oatmeal, it overflowed all over the microwave. Very thin toilet paper.

Airport shuttle runs every half hour; you need to call for pickup. Shuttle drops you off/picks you up in the garage, which requires more walking than I was comfortable with (about 2 blocks).

The only pro is that the location is near an airport. The bathrooms are very small and do not have good ventilation, so black mold is present but painted over. The elevator was broken so lugging luggage was a task. My concern was the elderly patrons really had the most issues. There was issues with our cards for door entry for every day of the 5 days we stayed. So every time we get to our door we had to climb back down to get them fixed. Noise is loud. You hear every movement in the floor above.

The elevator was broken. The lines to check in were long. It was me and my small son and the shuttle driver just sat there and let me struggle getting on (African sounding accent).

They allowed me to store my bags to sight see today. When I returned the lobby was just full with people. Your hotel is in desperate need of a new elevator and a remodel, and today an employee had to cover into second shift after working all night...she was still there when I left the luggage. These shuttle drivers are not adequate help for the front desk. A customer in front of me checking in was angry because she request 2 beds and got one, asked for a rollaway. Front desk asked this same shuttle driver to bring the roll away bag, and he banged it going down all the stairs. These people need to be set up for success, and based on all of these issues, you are lucky to have any employees working at this ran down mediocre hotel.

Other than that. We appreciated holding out luggage.

1st front desk person was eager to finish day so she seemed very unwilling to help but everyone else was nice. There was a cracked window which not a big deal for me since it was obvious it'd been there awhile but doesn't give the best first impression. Everything else was fine. Had to leave too early to take advantage of breakfast but a 3am shuttle was definitely helpful.

We were waiting more than an hour for the shuttle from the airport; I called the guest desk and talked to Brogan 3 times; he said driver was caught on traffic, a traffic that’s 5 minutes away from the airport and there was no traffic when the driver finally picked us up.
When we arrived at the hotel, Brogan seemed very off, like he was high; he forgot to give the driver’s license to the guest ahead of us and we needed to keep reminding him him to give us our credit card and the paperwork we needed to sign.
Other than that, the hotel was ok for a night, it was clean and the bed was comfortable.

The front desk staff were very kind and informative with information about shuttles, nearby restaurants, etc. Pro: there is a free shuttle from the airport and back.
Unfortunately, although somewhat clean, it was outdated, and our room had a huge gap around the door frame so big you could actually see the hallway outside. I did not mention it to staff since it was a 1 night stay for a cruise, but I felt extremely uncomfortable. The "continental breakfast" was the worst I've seen. Cereal, oatmeal packages to prepare, oranges, small mini muffins, and coffee. We walked to the nearby Denny's. We will not be staying here again, although the staff were very kind.

Staff are very nice and professional. They were pleasant to deal with. The free shuttle was free convenient and readily available. The room seemed clean and the bedding was fresh. The downsides, the heater/ac was not working. The I was checking in, the police were there on a call. As I approached my room I was checking into, the police were there in front of my door. Apparently, the room across from me had the door open and more cops inside the room. I could hear a woman crying and the cops asking questions. I just quickly bolted into my room. Overall, for the price I was good with it. The WiFi was only free if you registered for there rewards program and the “free breakfast” was just bread/toast, yogurt, 2 types of cereal, coffee or juice, and oranges. It was enough to keep the morning hunger pangs away but hardly what I call breakfast.
