April
We.arrived aboutb5 hours before check in after coming back from a cruise. They were super accommodating and let us check in early! They also arranged their shuttle to take us to dinner and bring us back! Great unexpected service! Beds were super comfy! Airport shuttle was quick and right on time! Would definitely stay here again
Melinda
Shuttle driver very helpful and nice. Breakfast was delicious! Friendly front desk staff. Room was clean and updated.
Jennifer
I really appreciated the shuttle to the airport and the breakfast.
The bed is VERY uncomfortable.

Location location location! Great restaurants they can shuttle you to and the airport is like 10 mins away!!
Arif
Very nice and friendly staff
Yenting
worst of the worst
Larry
Staff allowed us to store our luggage until the room was ready. Shuttle service was Convenient as it would drop off/pick up at local restaurants.
Jerome
They were going to call us when our room was ready, but never did so our day got delayed
Frances
Had a shuttle to any restaurant within a mile from the hotel - superb !
very friendly staff !

Ken
Great shuttle service - with stops at a few local eateries.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the walls were not fully soundproof. I could hear footsteps from the neighboring room, and on several occasions they woke me up.
Other than that, everything was excellent. The room was impeccably clean, the airport shuttle service was punctual (I requested a pickup at 3:15 a.m.), and the hotel is very close to the airport.

Close to light rail and the airport.

I had not stayed at a Fairfield previously, and this one did not give me a great impression. It was very useful for going to the airport. They had the buffet breakfast starting early, and 24-hour van service to the airport. The people working there were nice. But it was very blah beyond that. The room's air conditioning did not work well. The mattress was lower on one side. The bathtub was good, but the room was very plain and did not have one picture on the wall. The breakfast area was very low rent looking, although the breakfast itself was okay. Just not impressive at all.
kisha
The location of the property was close to the airport. One thing unique about the hotel is they would shuttle you to restaurants because they are not as close as on other properties. The hotel was very nice and the staff was friendly.
Herbert
Breakdast was fresh, good and several choices for food.
Bruce
Convenient to airport. Hotel provided shuttle. Hotel was modern, up-to-date with friendly and helpful staff. A well run and managed Marriott operation.
Carmen
The Fairfield by Marriott was a fine place to stay. We would go back without hesitation.
Diana
Friendly and helpful staff
Salvacion Jennifer
Excellent service, special mention Luke of front desk. Airport shuttle was also great.
Paul
Check-in time is 3pm. I arrived at 3pm. Told my room wasn't ready and they would call me when it is. I waited for about 90 minutes. No call. I went back to front desk and got checked in as a room was available. It's bad that the room wasn't available on-time. It's worse that they told me they would call me when a room is available but then did not. Breakfast was meh.

The breakfast was OK and equivalent to others. The shuttle had some mechanical difficulties, but they had a substitute. Staff was very helpful in setting up a shuttle service to the docks for our cruise. I understand not being able to check in early, but when alternatives are available, they should be offered. After waiting several hours and missing the projected time I asked again and another clerk said we do not have any kings available, but we do have queens. That was fine. I just wish that was offered many hours earlier.
Roland

Room was clean, the exercise center was clean and good, the breakfast was great!
Johanna-Marie
Very dinged up hotel but the value for money is there with the breakfast and the shuttle. The room was clean enough but definitely not as comfy as others reviews suggested.
Laurie
Arrived late around 1:30 am and staff was great beginning with airport shuttle and front desk.
Rena
The staff was extremely helpful. No one had stocked Diet Coke and one the receptionists made not one but two trips across the street- I had an attack of food poisoning and the housekeeping staff was wonderful and understanding- yes I would come back agaib
Stacy
Airport shuttle was very convenient. Decent choices for breakfast.
Richard
The front desk staff was super helpful when we checked in at midnight
Deborah
Good breakfast; easy airport access; friendly staff
Krislyn
Mixed reviews: PROS close to airport, large quiet rooms. CONS: (1)the bathroom toilet is very low to the floor almost like stooping to a hole in the ground; (2) the beds are extremely soft like the mattresses are worn out; pillows arent much better (3) the room has minimal furnishings. The only placees to ait was the office chair or the very soft bed, (4) the breakfast each morning was minimal with only a few offerings. We ended up going out. (5) we booked the shuttle to the cruise port, disorganized and uncomfortable. (6) parking is advertised as $15/day, but $20/day after tax. If we cruise from Seattle again we would look for a different hotel. We paid a premium price and didnt have a premium experience

The front desk staff excellent.
Debra
The shuttle, desk and cleaning staff were excellent. Since I can't eat eggs or wheat breakfast was limited, but looked fine. The room however had a very musty smell, and a very industrial loud bathroom fine. The bed was decent, though.
Cara
The room was clean and the staff that checked me in was very friendly. The breakfast was tasty and filling.
Wayne
Clean, comfortable room, helpful staff, lots of breakfast items on the buffet, okay gym 👍
Madelyn
Easy to find and super convenient to the train station, super convenient to downtown area. Check in was simple and fast. The stay was great and the room was nice. It was quiet. Breakfast was really good! Check out was super quick too. If ever in Sea Tac, staying here again!
Steve
Breakfast is wonderful. Shuttle is 8 minutes quick and drivers are friendly. This has become our go-to Hotel. We have stayed in \"all of 'em\" passing through Sea-Tac for 23 years to go visit friends. Nice linens, beds, staff, and its really clean. Steve and Patsy K. Northern Michigan.
Clifford
Best continental breakfast, very clean, rooms are great. Budget friendly, you get more than what you pay for. Best deal around.
Evangeline
Very clean hotel, and very friendly staff. Will definitely recommend this to my friends who visit Seattle.
Lynne
Breakfast early and plentiful, property clean and well kept, staff excellent. Only negative is that the rooms are very small. For four, it was very crowded. We did not use the airport shuttle but would be grateful to have that service.
Ryan
The shuttle was right on time. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The free breakfast had several choices.
Helen
TV channels limited; unable to access motel from door at other end (can exit.) My room furnished with refrigerator, microwave, small coffee maker - coffee always available in lobby area. Bed was comfortable; clean room.
Brianne
Only stayed one night but it was great. Good hot breakfast, room wasn’t cramped feeling with 3 of us, and the staff was very friendly.
Ciara
This place was great, the beds were so comfortable and breakfast was a real quality food. They had sausage, eggs, waffles, oatmeal with good drinks. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. It was a great stay, plan to stay here again
Diana
Excellent clean and easy
Neil
Late night arrival and an early morning connecting flight meant not much time in the hotel itself. Check in was friendly and efficient, which was appreciated at 3am in the morning. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We appreciated the hooks on the wall for hanging coats. The bathroom/toilet layout was awkward with how the door was placed. We’d return for another airport layover.
Christine
Exactly what we needed, really friendly and accommodating staff. Breakfast was great!!
Diana
Excellent staff and clean room

Clifford
One of the better hotels I've stayed at. Very nice overall, no problems and the breakfast was great. And Go Hawks.
Donna
Staff was accommodating, bed was comfortable, enough space un the room, and breakfast was more than adequate with selections.

Hotel is dated but clean. Breakfast wasn’t great no fruit not many options. The light in the bathroom was on the wrong side of the door. So when you open go in you have to close the door to turn on the light. Was suppose to be handicapped accessible. Not sure how one with limited mobility can climb into a bathtub to take a shower. The real issue was with the shuttle driver. I was told that the shuttle driver can drop us off at American Airlines terminal. My travel companion has limited mobility and uses a walker. Well at first he refused. Then he did bring us to the terminal. But made us get out at the terminal furthest away from American. Thankfully some nice traveller found someone to get us a wheelchair to the AA counter. I couldn’t leave my companion alone to get help and she couldn’t walk that far. It was unacceptable.
Patty
Room was spacious and clean. Shuttle service to airport was very convenient.
Karen

Viviana Jacquelyne
Friendly staff, easy check in
Rob
Only here for the night to catch a flight but very comfortable
Beverly
As usual, nice, but they charged me a fee for? Incidentals that has never been refunded. Or was it parking. I have never been charged before and if they are charging for parking, I will find another spot considering I only paid $30 for the car. !!!
Leslie
This hotel experience was average. It was an inexpensive option with no frills. The room and gym were very clean and the staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. No frills, but perfectly good for an airport hotel. Also, shuttle staff were very nice.
Leslie
Bfast was good. Nice to have a variety of waffle flavors and different egg based products

Pamela
Want to give a shout out to Kelsea at the front desk. Very friendly, professional, helpful. She communicates a perfect first & lasting impression. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Driver for the ride to the airport- very cordial & helpful. This was our second stay and will be our constant choice each time we are at Sea-TAC which will be increasingly more often due to our son moving to Seattle.
Taylor James
Everyone was polite and courteous. Check in and check out a breeze. And the shuttle service prompt.

The staff is very courteous, Luke. The room is very clean.

Clean room, good staff. Breakfast was average. Could have been better.

We had an amazing stay here. We had a hiccup with the wrong airport shuttle taking us to a different Marriott, but hotel staff were understanding and made it right. The room was clean, stocked, and the free breakfast was delicious. We looked forward to it every morning. The airport shuttle service was super convenient, and everything worked out smoothly. I have nothing but positive things to say about this place and about the staff. Definitely reccommend to anyone!

Beds were very comfy. Clean linen/towels daily. Good continental breakfast that changed menus during our stay. Very helpful and courteous staff. It’s next door to a SeaTac runway but the walls were so good, I never heard a plane from inside. Plenty of parking for $15/day. Bathroom was cleaned spotless daily. Hot water was plentiful. Lots of restaurants close by. I’d go back, for sure.
Tony
Standard hotel good service nice room and excellent breakfast
karen
Despite arriving & leaving by their airport shuttle, I was charged over $20 for parking for 1 night's stay. When I received a receipt by email after I had left, I called to request a refund. They said it would be refunded. I haven't seen the refund on my account yet. I think they charge customers for parking automatically but I wasn't told when I checked in or when I returned my key.
Lana
The bed was terrible with a butt pit at the head. Needed more than 1.5 pillows per person. Did not sleep well. Room on whole was to cramped and dark.
