Excellent and friendly staff! Enjoyed my stay and I appreciate the complimentary breakfast.
Carmen
Shuttle from airport was helpful and appreciated. Front desk staff were very friendly. Hotel overall though was basic. Room was not overly clean (used q-tip on the floor). Chose this hotel for a layover at SEATAC only because it could accommodate 6 adults. Bedding for the sofa bed was inadequate. Okay for a layover but would not spend multiple nights for this price.
ramona
The room was clean and the breakfast was the typical breakfast. They did have sausage links & scrambled eggs.
Richard
Great value for price and location. Shuttle you have to call for to pick you up but only waited about 15 minutes which I'm good with, and maybe 5-7 minute ride. They also do shuttle to cruise port for $30 each which I didn't use as had already set another service up and pd for, but I would definitely of used Hotels had I known as basically same price.
Staff very helpful and stored our cruise bags (5) in closet as we checked in early and wanted to go to Air Museum which I highly recommend, easy to take public bus which we caught across street and dropped us right at museum, and then dropped us maybe a block from hotel. Think was 1 or 2 dollars each way, nephew pd so can't remember.
Location very safe and next to ALASKA airline HQ so more of a corporate area, although dining is walkable depending on what you want, both sit down and fast food. Rooms clean but somewhat dated, but really no issue. Breakfast was standard hotel breakfast but was slightly above average as good selection of hot foods and cold foods.
Very nice park wth lake across street to sit in and or fish if you wish. I would stay again for sure if in SEATAC.

I came to attend the game and the hotel with close to LRT station, very convenient
Thomas
Only downside was, there wasn't a lot of parking. Otherwise this is now my new favorite hotel in SeaTac - very convenient, clean, good facilities.
Dawn
Convenient to the airport, helpful staff
Joan
Great price, free shuttle, breakfast buffet
Nice , friendly staff.

It was an overnight stay but we were comfortable and felt safe and the staff was friendly, nice and informative.
Serena
Great economical room near the airport. I wish they had a shuttle service!
Maria Joanna
Clean room, friendly staff
Dennis
This is a very clean and basic hotel for a stay over prior to a flight out of SeaTac. The Price was right and close to SeaTac.
Marco
Our original arrival one night stay had problems.
We left our car for a number of days
Upon return we followed instructions for shuttle pick up. We waited 45 minutes then rang again only to be told that we had missed the shuttle because we were at the wrong location. We were told to proceed to the Avis lot.Not believing this, we separated having one person at the avis lot and one at federal circle .As expected the shuttle arrived at federal circle.By this time a group of people had gathered and we had to be aggressive to actually get on that shuttle which is not our style and made us very uncomfortable. When we arrived at the hotel to collect our car, we were the first in line, only to be told they could not locate our keys . Amidst the confusion, our attendants began serving other people as the line was growing and people were getting testy. We asked what was happening with our car and got attitude as if we were being unreasonable. Finally, after having to become that ugly traveller and demanding attention, they continued to look for the keys and finally discovered they had been labelled incorrectly. It was very aggravating for all parties concerned. We realize they are 2 separate issues..One, hotel incompetence the other, parking.
We have reached out to both to make them aware of the situation. The parking manager (L)went out of his way to apologize and offered us compensation which we will not collect. This was not our intention. We only want fellow travelers to be alert to this.

We had an early morning flight, so decided to get a place close to the airport. The room was clean, everything in good condition, and staff was very friendly. We booked the shuttle for the morning and it was right on time and quick to the airport.
Angel
Muy buen hotel, al lado del aeropuerto y tenían servicio gratis de transporte al aeropuerto

Everything is perfect 👌

The room was clean, but well used. Front desk staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. Had her air pods in and was curt when answering questions like we were a huge inconvenience.

Room was amazing, clean and comfortable. International vibe with wide variety of people. Front desk people were helpful, warm and friendly. The parking lot is small, spaces are very narrow.
Joan
Having free pickup via shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful.
They also offer a shuttle for a fee to the piers for cruises.
The breakfast buffet was very good.
The staff were friendly and accommodating.

The room was comfortable and the staff actually walked with me in the dark to my car in the freezing cold and 8 inches of snow to make sure I was safe. They also had cameras to watch the parking lot . I was quite happy ! Tilney Sutherland
Karen
Quiet, clean room with helpful staff. Quick overnight stay after missing our flight. Could not figure out how to call shuttle van so we walked the short 20 min. Quick shuttle back in the early morning so we didn't use any amenities including breakfast.
Bishoy
It’s nice for an over night or short stay. Shuttle is very convenient.
Allen
Elevator issues and room was in need of paint and wallpaper repair. Breakfast area was uncomfortably hot. Price was way beyond the value.
saeed
Poorly maintained. Barely two stars
Patricia
Other than the front desk staff not explaining where to catch the shuttle everything else was great!
Karina
Very clean and comfortable
Selenia
The hotel was all perez except for the carpeting makes it look dated. Watching else was perfect.
Shawna
Room was fine. Decently clean. Front desk staff was kind of curt. Not very pleasant. Breakfast was edible. And WiFi was absolutely awful. Clean place to stay for a night close to the airport, it works. 3/5
Mary Patrice
Pros: close to airport, large rooms, good price including parking for the 1 night we were there. Clean enough for one night before a flight but I wouldn't have wanted to linger. Cons: vending machines were not as pictured. The beverage machine had a handful of sodas but many empty slots and no water. The snack machine was not working. The water fountain next to the vending machines seemed like it was working but there was a bucket sitting on it and a panel was missing from the front showing plumbing and wiring. The faucet in our room was a little wonky. Breakfast quality was typical of 2-star hotel eggs and waffle maker fare.
Olivia
The AC was broken in the room. Beds were okay. The shuttle driver was incredibly rude after making us wait over an hour for him to come get us. At the airport, the shuttle driver left us on the bus while he chatted with people outside and then he was running behind and asked us to lock the gate at the offsite car parking.
The hotel itself was fine but everything else wasn’t great. I probably wouldn’t recommend it to other people.

Katherine
Very convenient to airport and easy to take the train into the city, kids enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
Daniel
Worth for the value.
Jeffrey
The lady at the front desk was very helpful.
Barbara
The bed was not that comfortable. They didn't have change for the washer and dryer. They left a new person to man the desk after only 3 days of training. Very unprofessional.
Josh
Parking is awful at this hotel. Don't check in late because you won't find a parking space. The hotel was not very clean. The staff were the only bright spot. They were very nice.
Janice
Solo female traveler and it’s a great spot for a no-nonsense, easy nearby Seatac Airport stay. It offers the basics. If you’re looking for a simple place that feels safe and is clean and where you can catch some rest, this place is it. Shuttle airport service is available. The front desk receptionist was so nice!
Nissa
Did not like the outdated and worn out hotel

Room wasn’t exciting, but it was clean. Staff were very nice, even when overwhelmed by an influx of customers. Airport drop off was quick and efficient.
Elizabeth
Clean rooms. Staff was friendly upon checking in. There are signs about where to park as the Comfort in parks there too. Breakfast had choices except for us Celiacs. We had eggs and sausage only. There was a laundry and gym onsite.
Mark
Very clean and new feeling property...just feels a bit small and cramped (almost like New York City)...no fitness room either.

A nice and safe place to stay especially for a 1st timer to visit seattle. The only reason I rated it 4 star because I think couch needed to replaced or updated but overall, it was a good experienced.
Cassandra
Great place for families to stay that need to get to the airport. They have a shuttle and the suite is another room with a pullout bed. We only stayed for one night for an early flight but was definitely a good experience and would stay again.
Sue
Very old but was clean. Staff were nice. Breakfast was okay.
Rani
Everything was clean. Older establishment. Couldn’t get shuttle to or from hotel on time. Had to uber.
Keyurvan
Clean and Comfy beds, spacious room, designated parking space.
Linda
Nice staff. Easy to check in. Suite room was very comfortable size.
Brad
About 3 mi from the airport, good breakfast, scrambled eggs and sausages and a hot coffee, and waffles in a few cereals so a good way to get started...
Viviana
Shuttle service was great and the train was a 10 minutes walk to get to down town . The hotel pull out was not in the best shape my 12 year old as complaining. Overall a good stay

Would recommend

Great for bear by the airport. Sofa couch was terrible though

I stayed here the night before a 5:00 am flight. The staff was helpful in getting information about the shuttle, both after I dropped off the rental car in the evening and for the morning flight. It has limited parking (just fyi). It is within walking distance of the airport (about 1 mile), but I would not want to do it with luggage.
nancy
Clean room, great staff, and close to the airport. All this at a decent price. Thank you for a restful two days.
Erin
It was clean and fine for the price. Breakfast was bare bones but well maintained by staff (waffle maker!). Staff were friendly.
Akinyi
Staff was amazing, very supportive. Room was okay, could improve on Mattress quality. Breakfast was very Basic, same thing for the 3days I stayed there, scrambled eggs, sausages and waffles.

Front desk service is awesome!!
Sofia
Great!! Staff are super friendly- let us check in another hour. Also provided free airport shuttle service and breakfast. Would reccomend
Erin
Loved being able to wash my clothes there. The room was perfect. It did have a mildewy smell.
My real complaint is the toilets are extremely to low to the ground. Upgrade to taller toilets will help.

Airport shuttle service was poor. We booked the shuttle bus for 9:00am and when we went downstairs we were told the bus had left early than expected. The receptionist did not even call our room to let us know about that.
Olivia
Breakfast was amazing, staff were wonderful and the shuttle and drivers were amazing!! Will be booking them again!
Stephen
Average hotel, good for the price and close to airport with shuttle

Room is very large and comfortable. However, one issue was the severe noise from the unit/room above. The floor/ceiling insulation seemed very poor, and between approximately 4:00 AM and 6:00 AM, someone upstairs was walking back and forth repeatedly with very heavy footsteps. The noise was loud enough to wake me up and significantly affected my sleep.
Jessica
Stayed 2 nights. The room was clean and quiet. Front desk staff was kind. Was kind of irritated that I put the do not disturb sign on the door when I went out for the day and housekeeping still entered the room. Shouldn't be a big issue but they threw away the only set of disposable silverware that I had packed for the trip so when I got back to eat my lunch that was in the fridge, I had nothing to eat it with.
James
Reasonable and convenient to SeaTac airport.
Mariya
Great stay, clean rooms. Convenient breakfast options. Friendly staff. Great for a short airport stay.
Check-in process could be shorter.

Melissa
old, hard to find the entrance. Desk people were very nice. Charged $25 for early check in
Jennifer
We had a one night stay, but were very pleased. The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Special shoutout to the front desk attendant for helping us navigate the area of a lost phone when I showed her the location on the tracking app. Great budget hotel.
Dong
Staff is very kind . Not new building but try hard to keep good.

The property is outdated. The hallway and room smelled like paint. The bathroom tub had hair in it and the nozzle broke off mid shower. Airport transport was lovely.
Chris
Overall the room was fine. The bed was ok, although the mattress would squeak quite loudly upon the slightest movement. Breakfast area was clean and coffee was fresh and hot. Parking was straight forward and there seemed to be enough spaces. Check in was smooth as well as check out. It’s a very easy flat ground 9 min walk to the light rail which is nice. Overall for the price I would stay here again.
Denisse
Room was super clean and comfortable. Very convenient to airport.

This place is great! My second time staying here. My family and I enjoyed our stay. We had a couple of issues with our TV and hair dryer but was fixed right away. Free breakfast was awesome! Just wish they can switch it around a bit, have a bit more different selections. The shuttle was great as well, super convenient for us!
Kelly
The room was pretty standard, though there were a few stains on the carpet. But the staff was very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated that
Paula
Considerate employees, good breakfast
josephine
It is more convenient, but one think I missed the entrance, there are no a big sign to show how to get in
Ivan
Socket was not working so i left hotel with no charged phone, breakfast was not bad at all but overall i expected more
Orlando
Room and bathroom near and clean
Miranda
We stayed during an overnight layover. The room had a strange smell. The TV remote did not work and they gave us another one and that doesn’t work either. Staff was not very helpful. The only think that was good was the airport shuttle.
Jazmin
It was very easy and convenient. Only thing that was a little struggle was the parking lot. I wish it was bigger but other than that. It was a great hotel if you are staying for a weekend. Staffs were nice. Shuttle was very convenient and easy. I would stay here again
Dana
Great hotel!
Lisa
Pleasantly surprised as to how incredibly clean the room was and it was very spacious. It felt nice and cozy. I would definitely stay there again.
Shayne
This is a perfectly fine place to stay - location is good, either a quick drive to the airport or a 10 minute walk to the train if you're going to the airport or town. My room was okay without being anything amazing, breakfast is pretty standard for this level of hotel. Overall it was just fine.
Ambre
Staff was very friendly, rooms were clean. Pillows are flat and hard as a rock.
Alejandra
Parking lot is very small and tight so be aware for your cars, overall hotel was clean and staff was great. Bed and pillows were very uncomfortable
Yeiri
Solamente dure dos día hospedada en el hotel y en ese poco tiempo recibí buen servicios, es muy limpio el lugar, está cerca del aeropuerto y hay muchos lugares cerca para visitar. lo recomiendo 100!!!
Victor
Breakfast really well. Staff nice, room very clean, plenty space for parking, sofa-bed really bad. Th y need to change the mattress.
Noemi
Clean & friendly staff

I picked this hotel specifically because it had two queen beds and a sofa bed. When we got to the room the sofa bed was quite old and worn out. There were white stains on the couch. When I pulled out the bed it was quite old and worn. You could see the springs. I touched the bed and it felt like just springs with a thin layer of fabric over them. I went to turn it over to see if the other side was any better but there was a dark stain on the other side. We ended up not using the sofa bed because of its condition.
When you pull into the parking lot on the right side the parking spots are labeled with an S. On the left side it said customer parking but then there are signs that say tow zone and employee and valet parking only. When I first arrived I got the last spot that had an S. When I checked in they told me I could only park in a parking spot with an S. My family and I left the hotel to go out. We came back around 9:15 to the hotel. There was no parking spots left that were labeled with an S. I parked on the other side and went in and told the lady at the front desk that there was no more parking spots. I was expecting her to say that I could park on the other side since there were no spots left. Instead, she told me to get settled upstairs and then come back down and she would give me instructions to get into their other lot.
The other lot was locked and due to miscommunication I took me about 20 minutes to get into the locked parking lot. Then I had to walk back.

The hotel seems like it was just renovated. Clean rooms, hopefully they change the carpets though. Breakfast was good. Parking spaces ia limited but they said they have parking spaces in the back when the front parking fills up quick.
Bobbi
Bed was uncomfortable, pillows worst. Breakfast horrible. Tried to change our reservation and shorten by 2 days and they refused so we left and had to pay for 2 nights not used
Fauese
Clean rooms. Spacious bedroom and comfortable bed
