We felt safe ! This is important when traveling to the city with a child /teen ! Location was great . The parking lot was at first disappointing but finding out they had a gated parking lot behind . One issue was I get a clicker and have to walk on side walk around to the front entrance . It’s not an issue but if you’re traveling late and a female be aware of this it’s not super far but can be nervous walking all the way around in the dark . It’s like walking a block . But even that was the only thing that I’d say wasn’t perfect . Shuttle driver was very nice and very on time ! The customer service was nice! Room was comfortable and bathroom was decent the water pressure was really good compared to others we’ve stayed at ! I can’t comment on breakfast because I went to the airport but my husband said it was good ! Friendly employees !

I woke up only to pull my sheets all the way back to work on my computer before my flight. I was horrified to realize had slept on DIRTY sheets! There were stains from someone else and two crumpled napkins! After reporting this incident to the front desk at 630am, there was no supervisor on duty to speak with. I left the hotel at 830am and STILL no supervisor! I am beyond discussed.

The room was clean and comfortable. You might want to check the heat in room 207 as a it was cold in the room. The shuttle driver, at 430am was courteous and had the van heated up for us. He was a very careful driver but still got me to the airport early. A very nice young man.

3 hours into my stay the toilet started leaking on the side of it. I had used the bathroom once before that occurrence. I let the front desk know and went out for a few hours. Front desk just said thanks and that was it. The room was decent. Nothing to rave about. Minor smell.

For the price you can't beat it. I will say there were a couple odd things like you could hear the people walking around upstairs, but the staff was very friendly, I could walk to get dinner, and the shuttle made it perfect to get to the airport.

For the money, this place was amazing.

I stayed in a King room great for single travelers or couples - it wasn't advertised as a suite, but the room was very large and had a separated seating area with a not-tiny couch and decent chair, as well as good sized little fridge and microwave under the TV.

There was a hot breakfast bar with waffles, and the staff were all very kind and helpful to me - as well as superfast getting me checked in which was great. It's not big and fancy (a little run down but FINE) but it had really relevant and helpful services (a computer with a printer that just, like, *works*), a little laundry room so you can do a load of laundry if you need to, and the breakfast room is open to a larger meeting room that you could use whenever, and they even had a little selection of board games, I think.
I will def stay here again the next time I've got a short trip in Seattle. :)

Nice room and friendly helpful staff. Only thing that didn’t work out well was the shuttle pick up at the airport, when I called all I got was a recording and had to leave a message. After 30 minute wait I called again this time I got the front desk and they said they did not get the message and that the shuttle was not marked. Just had a 32 on it. Well, we saw it go by twice and of course did not know that was our shuttle lesson.

The eggs were watery. The remote did not work. We couldn’t watch tv. The a/c was on in winter. It was cold.

The amenities on the Expedia site are wrong. This hotel does not have a pool.

The room was comfortable although it definitely needed to be updated. It might have been one of the rooms that
It had a handheld shower which my husband really wanted. That was not the case.

Even though the heater had been updated with with the adjusters on the walls, it really didn't work that great. Oftentimes with blow cold air rather than warm or it would be far too hot.

We did not make use of the breakfast. So I can't judge there.

The staff were all very sweet and one of the gals who worked one of the nights I wasn't feeling well went out of her way to bring me some water because my husband was at work and couldn't get it for me. I found that to be incredibly kind.

We brought a wine bottle and we can find the opener we call the reception she said they don’t have so we can’t drink as we don’t have the opener, no cups of wine even if we open it , noisy you can hear everything outside

You take 100 dollars deposit for what as long as the room is empty from amenities zero service and I will not recommend and never come back

Shuttle driver told me I was not trying to get on correct shuttle as there are 2 locations. Even after I showed him my reservation he said wait for other shuttle. Ended up 2 hours later with him picking me up at wrong location and bringing me where he should have in first place. Would I stay there again. Yes.

I called the hotel for a shuttle and they gave me the instructions. The staff was great and helpful. Breakfast was standard. They did not have a milk alternative or lactose free but I have them the suggestion.

Worst parking for a hotel that I have experienced. They had minimal parking but let 2 vans take up 5 spots. There was only one parking spot and it was totally inadequate for my pickup. Very frustrating, but the check-in clerk could care less.

The breakfast was average, didnt have alot of food alternative options but was very tasty. I didnt like the parking. When I arrived it was a full lot on the front of the building with no parking spaces available.I was a solo adult with 4 kids. That was was my safety concern but the front desk lady gave up her parking space for us. I really do appreciate her her kindness

The noisiest beds ever. Couldn't move in my sleep without the squeaks waking me up. Area is sketchy and hard to find the parking lot at night.

Sofa bed was stuck inside sofa and had to call front desk for help. Then tried to put up in the am and didn't work. Called for help again and they ended up giving us another room. Once in new room, had trouble with television. Couldn't turn on then turned on and couldn't change channels. Had to call front desk once again. Beds were soft but squeaky, every time we would toss and turn in bed at night we would hear the noise. This in both rooms. Front desk attendant on Nov 1st, tried her best to make us comfortable on our stay. I appreciated that. Also had issue entering the area for extra parking. We were told not to park in Comfort Inn parking spaces but were not told we had to get a control from front desk to open gate on our own. Very confusing trying to go park in that area.

Staff was excellent at providing instructions on getting to the shuttle, friendly and very helpful. Shuttle driver was friendly and quick. Room was surface clean but seemed to be very old and could use some updating. Reserved a a two bed su ite. In the photos it showed a dining table and desk in the living room, but there wasn't either. Cant really complain due to price.

The shuttle was awful. Drove past us at the airport, waited 30 mins just for him to drive past us again, had to chase him down. We had asked for shuttle the day before we left. Shuttle shows up with 1 spot, we needed 5.
Only had garbage emptied on the first day, restocked towels and that was the only house keeping for 4 days.

There are 2 surestay hotels in this area which is confusing. The parking at this hotel is very limited. The beds are on frames that are very noisy, there was someone vacuuming outside our room at 8:30am which woke me up. Staff were friendly.

The bathroom smelt terrible, there was holes in the walls, fixtures were broken. This was one of the worst stays I ever had. The hotel refused to do anything about it and Expedia won’t do anything either. There are certainly miles better places to stay. This is a low level motel at best and not a hotel.

Wouldn't stay again

When we first arrived we found that it was tucked behind another hotel making it hard to find. The entrance had automatic glass doors, one of which was shattered and held together with tape. The lobby smelled like the kind of deodorant that's used in gas station bathrooms, the room smelled the same. We were able to air out the room a bit by opening the window. Won't stay in an already paid hotel with no recourse for leaving again.

First, the hotel staff were great, helpful, accommodating and friendly. Nothing negative there. The washoom and bed was clean. The bed was pretty comfortable.

This hotel is very old, may have been apartments before and converted to a hotel. The carpets and walls were not the best. I didn't feel the safest here. I believe there are also people living in the hotel, which is fine but they're so comfortable that they just hang out around the common areas and use them like it's their own living room. We found that very odd.

The hotel was very clean and the service staff at the front desk was courteous at check in. The room was spacious and was in fact actually 2 rooms with a sitting and tv area and then 2 queen beds with a door in between. This would have been perfect for a longer stay with kids. The only area that was tight was the toilet/shower area, where you had to awkwardly move to close and open the door.

Parking spots are small, so be sure to have your back in skills ready. Outside there were some loud noises from trains and planes which had us worried, but once inside we didn’t hear anything.

I booked because of having breakfast, and it didn’t disappoint. The room and area was clean and bright, it was available for a long time (6-9), and it was continuously restocked. Hot offerings of eggs, sausages and waffles, along with yogurt, cereals and breads, and multiple juices (and of course coffee/creamer). Everything was tasty.

Very conveniently located near the Link Railway. I would stay again if I needed an affordable place near Seattle.

Efficient airport shuttle, Breakfast room was clean-the person helping and cleaning in the breakfast room was amazing--she deserved a tip. Very friendly staff. There was a heavy cleaning product smell on the 3rd floor...not sure what they were trying to cover up.Carpets need replaced. There is nothing special about this Hotel except the staff in the breakfast room.

Room was clean. There is nothing to do in this area, so we were counting on watching tv. The tv wouldn’t work. Called the front desk and she said she couldn’t help and that they didn’t have maintenance and they were booked and couldn’t move us to another room. Then she said she would come to the room to help and she never did.

Airport shuttle is a nice option to have especially with SeaTac and the surrounding area being so chaotic. It took about 40min from the time we called for the shuttle to arrive. Hotel building is older but the rooms have been updated and are clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a great variety and the staff is friendly and helpful

Our airline canceled our flight till the next day so we booked this place since it had a shuttle to the airport and free breakfast and was a decent price. I actually really liked this place it was small and quiet and the room was a good size and I didn’t hear any noise until the morning. I would stay here again.
