This was the worst ever. Started off with the shuttle being shut down right before I got there. Them suggesting that I walk although it was raining. A cab ride basically 3 minutes cost me $25. The room was shabby to say the least. I should have just spent the additional 25 on a better place.

I spent 20 min in the room and saw the roaches. Went out to cancel reservation and they still charged me the deposit and for a night since the room was used. Staff was not helpful and had to find another reservation at 1am. Again no one was helpful. Staff was able to charge me but not refund me for their infestation.

The place is pretty run down. One light was randomly turning off then on again. While the attempt of cleanliness appears to be there, the overall condition of the room and building makes the feeling of cleanliness less so. The place was super cheap to book, so I guess we got what we paid for, which was a bed to use until our early morning flight. Expectations were not high, but also were barely met.

Place is very close to the seatac light rail terminal so you can literally walk to the airport. Has a fridge. No microwave. But tub was clogged, two coackroaches in tub, air conditioner sort of worked (had to play with it and unplug it to get it working). Generally pretty unkept carpets and not very good finishes.

Overall, the hotel was adequate for a short stay, and the airport shuttle was a convenient feature.

However, the room lighting was quite limited, and one of the lamps did not have a working bulb. There is a desk in the room, but there is no desk lamp, so it is difficult to work at night. The bathroom amenities were also limited. There were not enough bath towels for the number of guests, and only one hand towel was provided. The hotel provides an ice machine, but there is no water dispenser. If you need water, bottled water is available for purchase at the front desk for $1.

I hate writing bad reviews but I really hope this helps get the property under control! Me and my family of 5 were picked up at the airport in a shuttle that smelled heavily of marijuana. That might be fine for some people but we had two babies with us. Upon arrival my husband noticed cigarette and marijuana smoke on site. Property is in a great location to the airport but such a shame it's not kept up. My husband and I had to cancel our reservation and literally walked all the way back to the airport with 2 suitcases and 2 babies. Please try something else!

Very run down property. The first room we were sent to (#204) had cockroaches crawling all over the bathroom and everything looked very old and beaten up - stained upholstery, extremely old bedcovers even by a cheap motel standards, etc etc. We left the room immediately and complained and front desk attendant gave us a different room (#108) without asking any questions. He did not seem surprised at all. Next room was a bit cleaner/newer looking and I haven’t seen bugs in it so we decided to stay the night.
Would I go back there?… NO.

If it wasn't so late that we arrived, we would have gone elsewhere. The lobby smelled like urine. The room was old and shabby. The water worked on the toilet and sink, but not the shower. When we mentioned it in the morning the desk clerk said we just didn't pull had enough. My husband pulled HARD!
Tthere was blood stains on the sheet. Won't be back...EVER!

I stay at the Rodeway only because it's cheap and very close to the light rail. I've stayed there at least a dozen times in the past 20 years. It's not changed or improved much in all those years. The towels are ragged, if you get any hand towels it's unusual, the entrances are dirty and inconvenient, there are sketchy characters in the back parking area, the clerk was perfunctory and hard to understand, and the TV was worthless, after we finally found the remote. Good side: it was a short walk from the rail line, the bed was clean and comfortable, and we had a good sleep.

My husband and I had an overnight stay at this airport hotel. Called for a shuttle pickup at 8:25 pm and was told the shuttle only runs from 7am to 7 pm. ( I thought he was kidding, but, no.)
The room was very small but for a budget hotel, to be expected. The most positive thing about the place is that the sheets and the bathroom were very clean. As for amenities, there was one washcloth, one hand towel and two bath towels. The two pillows supplied were very lumpy, and outlets so loose that plugs wouldn’t stay in to charge a cellphone ( I finally found 1 that worked).
Walls are pretty thin so we were awakened at around midnight as people checking in to their rooms kept having happy conversations in the hallway outside our room.
So, not for the faint of heart, and we won’t be going back but it is close to SeaTac.

I left the hotel immediately after checking in. The room had a terrible smoke smell and and it was supposed to be a non smoking room. My daughter had a bad asthma attack b/c she is allergic to smoke. I was nauseous and choking and almost threw up. The smell in the lobby was disgusting too. Found an open bag of chips on the floor. Voiced concerns to the front desk who said nothing but \"ok\". They refused to refund me money after giving me a disgusting room. Do not waste your money, you will regret it. Also the pictures you see online DO NOT reflect what we were given.

I will never stay here again. I booked it because it was close to SeaTac airport, but when my flight was late, and my luggage took forever, I just wanted the shuttle that was promised on the website. Come to find out, their shuttle only runs from 7 AM to 7 PM. The hallway carpets were filty, the dresser in my room was falling apart, and in addition to paying way too much for the quality of room, the hundred dollar deposit they charged could take over a week to be refunded.

This is an old, run-down property. I don’t need fancy, but I expect clean. The room smelled of smoke, like a cigar or pot, whatever, the stench was horrible and I endured for two nights. dirty, lots of very worn out everything, no elevator, they do not mention they charge a $500 deposit fee that takes a week to 10 days to be credited back to your credit card. They advertise an airport shuttle that only runs from 8am to 6:30pm according to the front desk-so not useable for most.

I lay over often in SEA and have never had such a horrible experience. Highly recommend any other hotel.

This property is disgusting smells so terrible. I had no other choice to book since fifa was having a game there around the same time I was traveling. I had 2 rooms and both were not clean when I went to check them. I checked in at 5pm and the front desk dude with the weird eyes said it’s because the house keeper is new and takes longer to clean. Not my issue but I can almost guarantee that is incorrect since the other rooms I had were disgusting too. The fridges are from the 70s tvs from the early 2000s and the dirt on the walls from the 60s.

This place is rundown. The only good thing was it was close to rail system and airport.
I was there for less than 48 hours and most of the time I was out of the room. This place has old furniture that looks like it was picked up on the side of the road. The bathroom was somewhat clean but there were roaches the morning I checked out. The hallway going up and down the stairs needs paint. The walls are dirty and the handrails paint wore out a long time ago. Since I had to be somewhere I stayed but I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. There no towels in my room so when I went to take shower I had to get dressed and go down to the front counter. The gentleman there very polite. This clearly was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The owner’s of this should invest in fixing this place up. This was a total rip off. They held 100 bucks on my card in case I trashed the place, they should have paid me to stay in this place. When I checked I I did mention to the gentleman at the front desk that there were riches in the bathroom and also commented they should invest in fixing the place up. I was never rude but very disappointed in my stay there. Never again!

If you’re going into this with low expectations, take them down a few more notches and you might be okay. Everything is worn out, the staff is not helpful, amenities that the hotel says they offer on the website here are not actually true, and they refuse to refund even when called and asked to by hotels.com customer service (a month before the actual stay). I don’t stay at fancy hotels, but I would say this is the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. Non smoking room smelled of old smoke and gave my husband allergies. Couldn’t wait to get out of there. And would never ever recommend this place.

Well...The only thing I can say about my stay is that I was eventually able to sleep. As I entered the room, I quickly scurried to eliminate a medium sized cockroach before it crept it's way into my luggage. I was very tired, so I wrote it off. I sat on the bed, turned on the TV. Alas, no TV. Oh joy! I went to the front desk to complain. To no avail. I gave up until the next day. I returned to the room to wind down and take a shower. We had to exchange towels to get new ones which was awkward in the morning when needing to shower, not being dressed properly and having to walk into the lobby then had to follow staff to the laundry room to do the exchange, very uncomfortable. Only 2 towels provided for two adults.
“Room Service” was advertised but was really just Denny's delivered with door dash at a huge markup. It took over a hour and was cold.

I have to be honest about this hotel, it was very out dated and nasty. There was a big spot of mold in the bathroom wall. Remote was so sticky and nasty. The ac smelled like pee. There was several big pee spots on top blanket. Sheets were wrinkled and upside down like someone else slept on them. The one wash cloth in the bathroom was so dirty and had big stain on it like blood annd lots of black filth. Out dated is one thing but the nasty blanket and linen was a no. It got very hard to breath it scared me. I looked for another hotel last night, we were going to leave. - as soon as I had checked in front desk calls for me to move room which was inconvenient due to broken Toilet Handle

There isn’t anything I’d say I liked about staying here. Booked it through Expedia as part of a package, because we needed to stay late night before getting our rental then next morning. The main reason we chose this hotel from Expedia search was because of the airport transfer. No where on the hotel listing or the Expedia listing did it indicate that the shuttle only operated between 7am and 7 pm. Wasn’t clear until you clicked on the link in the app to notify the hotel or your arrival. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures online. Had it not been after 11 pm we would have tried to book alternative accommodations. The remote control had a sticky film on it…. I’m hoping it was a cleaning product residue. The one staff person that was there the entire time of our stay was very friendly and kind but was clearly alone and there was a wait line or about 3 other parties checking in when we checked in. Despite it being non/smoking room on a non-smoking corridor, the room had a strange smell. Could’ve been the carpets? We woke up to water on the bathroom floor. We were hoping it would as condensation from the toilet, but did not investigate too much. Just wanted to get out of there.

I don't know where to begin with this place, I only stayed there to get some rest due a 15 hour layover, my room was not clean, there was something dry liquid on the sink, stain on the pillow, the smell was horrible, The WIFI kept disconnecting. But the shocker for me was the $100 deposit, i had no idea i was going to have to pay or i would have defiantly stayed somewhere else. Yes, you get it back, but its absurd for this charge. Which only leads me to believe, there some not so good stuff going on here that would enforce them to implement such deposit. Overall, I would book elsewhere. Defiantly will be staying away from this hotel. If I need to book something close to the airport again in the future.

This is a low budget inn and you get what you pay for. I was very happy overall but I had very low expectations. There were some bugs by the sink, but the room was clean (very run down with duct tape repair of the bathroom floor). The bed and linens were clean and comfortable. The location was awesome, easily within walking distance of the airport. The easiest way to get there was to go to the metro station and exit at the ground level, it is less than a 0.2 mile walk from there.

Stains all over the mattresses, cockroaches behind the refrigerator, and I was worried about bedbugs. I stripped the whole bed, slept on the sheet naked, and put my one bag on the bathroom towel rack. Place is very old. It was $50, so get what you pay for.
