As soon as the shuttle pulled into the hotel, I was confused, as the signage showed Roadway and I thought I was staying at a Sure Stay Best Western. Staff was friendly at check in. When I stepped into the elevator there was a terrible musty odor. Arrived at my room and it was ok. Toilet was very slow to flush and drain in sink was extremely slow. No refrigerator in room. Bed was nice and pillows were great. Shuttle driver I had to and from hotel was extremely kind and helpful. Very close to airport.

My only complain was the receptionist , she was rude. I have two reservations but I didn’t understand that she was asking the name of the person on the second room ( been booking multiple rooms and other Rooms are always under my name, not the name of the occupant) She got frustrated when she couldn’t find the second reservation ! She needs to have more patience, first time to encounter one !

In more than 30 years of travel, this was one of the dirtiest hotels that I have encountered. Stains on the walls; stains on the curtains; stains on the bedding; bits of tissue ground into the carpet; damage and scrapes on every wall, door, etc. the door handle to the bathroom was half broken. Clumps of dried latex paint debris above the mirror; mold on the wall; plastic flooring that was clearly installed over other unsecured flooring… and this was just our room. The hotel itself is awful. It’s dingy maze of a rehab of two separate buildings with a single elevator from the lobby covered in stains and marks. The restaurant was a joke and the food was inedible. I rarely leave review at all and even less frequently do I leave negative reviews, but this was truly a terrible hotel and unbelievably expensive for what it was. A complete lack of value or decency. Please do not stay here.

The location/ cost ratio is brilliant for overnight stay or early morning flights. It's located right in front of SeaTac airport lightrail stop. They do have 24/7 on demand shuttle. But if yoi are a walker, just follow signs for lightrail stop and then walkthrough to the elevator and you literally will see the hotel through the window. It's easy-couple minutes walk from lightrail station. The room with double queen beds were pretty clean, quite, with microwave and small fridge. We did not use any amenities or eating options because of very early flight but wifi was awful. We could not use it because it was sooooo sloooow. I am not sure if it was something temporary or permament. Just consider mobile internet, just in case. Yes, I would consider them next time I have an overnight stay.

Stacia who checked us in at 2am was amazing ! We were exhausted from a day on airplanes and it was greatly appreciated. The property is obviously older and has been renovated . But it was very clean the bed was comfortable and linens nice and fresh. I don’t think they had an included breakfast and when I asked for a coffee because our room coffee maker wasn’t working it was 4$ . They comped it when I explained, but a bit of a bummer . Also appreciated that this neighborhood seemed pretty safe compared to some others nearby. We were happy!

We wanted to like this place but it is not much more than a crash pad, which is what we used it for with an early flight. The room was not clean with remnants of prior guests and a cheap remodel or upkeep. The worst was the fan/cooling was not working so it was an uncomfortable, sleepless night. Airport noise makes opening the window a problem. The free parking and available shuttle are probably the highlights. I believe there is breakfast but we didn’t stay long enough to sample. Not a dive but very middling.

The staff was friendly, attentive, glad to see me. They asked what floor I wanted to be on.! That has NEVER been asked of me. Kudos on that score. The outside of the property could use a little attention. There was litter, but it was late in the day, so the groundskeeper may have left for the day. The bistro had REAL food, REAL salads prepared by the staff instead of those boxed salads pre-made that had been sitting. The food looked and smelled utterly irresistible because it was fresh and real and being prepared by hand. The buns were glossy, the fries were fresh, the sauces, the REAL plates and REAL silverware, and the salad...I cannot say enough about the fresh lettuce and vegetables. There was plenty of seating with floor to ceiling windows so the space was open and inviting. 60% the tables were full of people. The others were clean and waiting. Bistro floor was clean! This is my go-to hotel at Sea-Tac from now on. The room was spotless. No mold, clean sheets, clean bedspread cover (no stains), carpet was vacuumed, window was clean and open-able (a must for me), clean table tops, no crumbs or coffee/water/drink rings. Fridge was stocked and clean. Coffee area was clean, no dust, full of coffee and cream/sugar/stirrers/cups/lids. Lights were clean, no dust (the universal sign of \"not my job\"), some stains on the chair arm because I think people were using it to reach the a/c unit (I did). The unit is about 7 ft up, just a pinch out of reach for me. Stay here!

Staying at SureStay could best be summed up like this:

\"Oh... sure, stay at SureStay.\" 😉 Knowing wink.

It wasn't terrible. It just occupied that fascinating little niche somewhere below \"adequate\" and just above \"I slept indoors.\"

Think of it as the budget hotel's budget hotel.

The \"queen\" bed must have belonged to a very petite monarch with no interest in personal space. The whole place had a slightly tawdry, \"we've given up pretending\" vibe.

Would I stay there again? Only if my other option involved sleeping in the rental car.

The location is highly convenient, being close to the airport and the Seattle Link station. However, because of this, you will definitely hear flight noise. The room itself was spacious with brand new furniture, a new TV, and new lamps. There was a weird smell in the hallway, but luckily the room didn't smell at all. The biggest downsides are the bathroom and the noise isolation. The bathroom and doors are very old with outdated locks. Additionally, the walls and wooden ceilings are very thin—I was woken up in the morning by the sound of people walking upstairs and in neighboring rooms.Good for a quick crash pad near transit, but bring earplugs!

This one is a mixed bag. The location for catching Link light rail into Seattle can't be beat. We stayed two nights for a sporting event. The stop is right in front of the hotel. And if someone where catching a plane, I'm sure it's equally convenient. The staff were all cordial and helpful. There was ample parking. As far as the room goes, it's worn but considering that millions of travelers visit the area and travel through Seatac it's hard to imagine there are hotels that aren't worn. The bed was comfortable, we slept well. The shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water. The A.C. worked well. And there's a small frig and microwave. The downsides paint is chipped, carpet could use a cleaning, there was a Bobby pin and a little crud in the corner of the bathroom. The whole area is a little sketchy, not sure I'd walk around after dark. There were a couple homeless people living in bus shelters. There are numerous name brand hotels in this area so they're all subjected to that. That's the times we live in, unfortunately. Bottom line, I would stay here again if the price was right when if I were in the area again.

I was exhausted when I arrived and was there early but was told I didn’t have the type of room for early check in. Some hotels really try to accommodate if possible particularly airport hotels.

While the staff members were exceptionally professional and helpful, I found the room accommodations to be lacking. The dark gray paint made the space feel significantly dim. Additionally, the room was missing several essential amenities, including hand soap, a microwave, a refrigerator, and an iron. The bathroom needs remodel.

Given the current state of the facilities, I would consider the hotel suitable only for a brief overnight stay rather than an extended visit. I hope you find this feedback constructive for future improvements.
