Stay was good, overall. Fast check-in, friendly and super helpful staff. Hotel room was clean. The pool table was an awesome amenity. Lots of seating area to work or to just hang out. Good selection for the hot free breakfast. The 24hours complimentary coffee was also good. Excellent location to shopping areas, food and entertainment.
The bad part, I think the walls and floors of that hotel were made out 1 sheet of plywood or drywall. We could hear every flush in the bathrooms from the other rooms or when they are showering or using the hair blower. When there were people on the above floor, it was like someone was stomping on purpose like doing a rain dance. Unfortunately, during our stay, people seemed to be in and during middle of night and didn’t seem to stop until around 2-3am, it was really hard to get some sleep. Overall, it was a good stay due to the staff, clean room, good free breakfast and location of the area. Very close to shopping centers, food and entertainment.

If you just need a place for the night, this is the place. Rooms are minimal yet clean and inviting. Bed was hard as a rock and maybe 2 chairs in the room for quests to sit on. Other than that this place was great! Love the convenience of their shop downstairs, the staff was super nice, the hotel was spic and span and they have a secured parking lot.

The room itself was mostly good. Nice bed & shower. Bit of water damage in the bathroom that was gross to look at. And the fridge made some terrible noises on and off through the night.

The room I was placed in was right next to a road so from the window I can see passing cars and the noise was very disruptive throughout the night, you can hear cars passing by and when cars had their music very load you can hear that too, it was hard to sleep and when I finally fell asleep I was woken up by the noise once again.

My stay here was overall enjoyable. The room was very spacious; I got a two-queen bedroom. I was very impressed with the restrooms in the lobby; they were extremely clean and well maintained. The breakfast was minimal, but well prepared and it served its purpose. The staff was friendly which made it a positive experience. The only downside was finding leftover salmon in the mini fridge, which was very unpleasant. Aside from that everything about the stay was excellent.

We wited about 5 min while he was doing something not sure what at like 12:30am nd said im ready when u r. Very unprofessional and not friendly. We liked the cheaper parking rate, the convenience of the location to the mall, and the great customer service upon arrival, but during our stay, other guests were so loud until 4 am, then the room clock alarm went off at 6 am and we didnt set it, we wanted to sleep in. The breakfast was complimnentary, which was nice, and it was okay. This was our first time staying, and we probably wont be staying again.

My truck, as well as 4 other cars had windows smashed in the parking lot. I had nothing in there, so nothing stolen. Leave your windows down if there's no rain in the forecast. Parking lot is \"gated\" to cars, but there's no fencing to prevent people from smash-and-grabs. Otherwise an excellent stay....Bed was great, good pillows as well. Room was clean. Would stay here again for the hotel, but not for the theft.

Good so far. Breakfast is at 7 but not sure if I’ll stay for it ( got to hit the road early). Dude at reception was super friendly and helpfu. Room has small fridge, no microwave or kitchenette. Bed was comfy and everything clean. I passed out so fast and slept great after a several days of backpacking. There is a target 5 mins drive and lots of food places close by. Definitely can hear road noise from the corner 2nd floor rom I was on but I was so tired that didn’t bother me.
