The TV didn't work. The phone didn't work. It smelled like mold and urine. The amenities were very poor. I had two hand towels and one damp bath towel for 2 guests. No wash rags. There was no lamp or lamp stand. The whole experience was very disappointing and I will never stay there again.

I have never wrote a review before for a hotel or any product, even for very bad ones. But this time I feel that I must. In the last decade I have stayed in a few hundred hotels of different levels in multiple states and countries, including multiple cheap hotels in SeaTac area. This hotel Sea-Tac Crest Motor Inn is absolutely the worst of the worst. I wish I had spent ten dollars more for any other hotel or even hostel. It is run by crooks to whom I wholeheartedly wish eternal damnation.

This hotel by far is not a star rated hotel. Very old and squeaky floors. Stained sink and other places. But besides all that - it was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. I got a good night's sleep and a good shower. Well worth the stay if you're on a budget and you'd rather spend your money on star level places. Doesn't matter to me. Anywhere I can save money and still get star level cleanliness, nice clean mattress, and great customer service is for me!!

It was a cheap place to stay near the airport. When I got there, no one was at the front desk and I had to wait about 20 minutes to checkin because the front desk person also is the person that drives their shuttle to and from the airport. They make you do a $100 deposit which I found to be a bit ridiculous because of the condition of the room I was in. Most places usually only do a $50 deposit. The fridge in my room didn't work at all, the room was clean but pretty run down, there was putty like stuff and I think paint on the curtains and I had to get help with the tv because it wasn't working at first. You get what you pay for, so for the price it was ok.

They checked us in, gave us a room key and them asked for it back saying we were not allowed to check in tell 4pm... u think they would have told us that as we tried to check in at 2am after a long day evening of traveling. We offered to pay more for the night and they refused. Asked for a refund and they refused.

I spoke to the owners about my thoughts, they were respectful and receptive which I appreciated. The rooms are clean, private, and large. They resemble a studio apartment. The beds are comfortable with a pillow top mattress. The problems they have are superficial and if I had to guess come from a financial beating they took because of covid like every other small business. There was no toilet paper roll holder, no floor mat for the outside of the shower. I was a single person staying one night and I was given one towel and it was the cheapest scratchiest towel in the catalog. The hotel could use paint in some areas, some concrete crack repairs, and just a general decorating spruce up or modernization. Just a little love and money put back in to it. The service was great and I would stay there again without hesitation.

Dirtiest, nastiest, hotel i have ever seen. I cant believe its even in business. Walked in, and walked right back out. Told desk i wanted a refund, they told me to contact expedia. Expedia told me to talk to the hotel. So no refund, no resolution from either party. Room smells, stains and cigarette burns in bedding, large dark blood-like stain on mattress, drug residue and burns on night stand, half the light bulbs in room were burned out. I thought this level of nasty hotels only existed in movies. Shame on you expedia for offering rooms to this trash, and shame on the property owner for running an establishment like this. Disgusting.

1st room had non working tv. 2nd room had working unwatchable tv due to defect in tv & non working lamp. We got to the motel, i requested a roll away, they dont have any. The room for had 1 hand towel, 1 bath towel, and 1 wash cloth. No drinking glasses.. couldnt get the a/c to work. It wasnt pluged in. The room was old. Walls need paint.

The staff was super friendly and the room was clean. There seems to be a deal for anyone who wants to leave their cars. Breakfast was big muffins put in container with no things for lifting. The guest before me lifted a muffin out of the container with her bare hands, broke in in half, and put the other half back in the container. Hands down the most run down hotel I’ve ever stayed in.

The staff at this facility doesn't care. Building is in disrepair. Has slowest elevator in this or any other universe. key cards have to be reset every day. Room wasn't clean from previous stay. Actually still someone's underwear sitting on the floor. I'm not gonna touch it so I assume it's still there. TV. doesn't work. Furniture is broken and chipped and stained—obviously collected on the side of the road. Checked in Friday morning left Monday morning and not one damn time were clean towels provided or the room picked up or waste baskets emptied or the bed turned over. I once arrived at a hotel reservation in Indianapolis to find the hotel had been shut down by the FBI for human trafficking and prostitution. We had to complain until we got a discounted room at a different hotel. That experience was better than this one.

Non smoking room was smoking and had an ashtray. One hand towel as the only towel. Toilet brush in a big gulp cup. Grocery bags for trash cans. Duct tape holding the vanity together. Elevator was unnerving. One of three lights worked Strange building layout. Bring your own shampoo.

Van driver demanded 2 dollar tip for 5 minute ride to airport with one small carry on bag. Room had no pillows and no towels when I got there. I asked 3 times and finaly got one small towel and 2 pillows 3+ hours later. Rude at the desk during check in. TV did not work. Only stay here if you are in a bind for a place.

Location is very convenient, so close to Sea-Tac airport. I got that hotel because I only had a few hours layover and needed a close hotel to get some rest. The hotel staff were very nice but the hotel room was horrible. The drywall on the walls was cracked, big gaps, missing pieces. Water damage in the ceiling. Wall splatters with? Not cleaned. Broken fixtures and melted blow dryer that worked for a few seconds and quit. Toilet paper? Stuffed in the eye hole on the door. Single flimsy lock on the door. TV didn’t work bedding looked unclean, I could go on but... $125 for one night. If I was alone I would not have stayed but arrived late i the evening for a very early flight out we were stuck.

Cleanliness is not a feature available here. When I first checked in my bathroom had previous tenant towels and soap in the bathroom. Housekeeping did not appear until day 4, then refused to clean room. I did not get clean towels again for days, washcloth required multiple complaints to the owner.

Walking distance from the airport terminal, but they have a free shuttle. Great place to get some sleep between flights. The free continental breakfast is a joke! A few muffin slices and coffee. That's it! I had to buy a real breakfast in the terminal.

A Dump of a Hotel

Uhhhhh....We chose this place because it was close to the Trax Line and it was the cheapest around. I wasn't ready for the experience we had. Wish I would have paid a little more to go elsewhere.

They first asked to take a photo copy of my CC, I was very nervous doing this but they insisted it was protocol and they'd destroy it once they got the info needed....well I'm now (a few weeks later) dealing with a bunch of fraudulent activity on my card that recently started after this incident with THIS hotel.

In addition, we stayed 2 nights, and I expected my room to be tidied up and cleaned after our first night...we returned after a day of Seattle fun only to find our room hadn't been touched. No new sheets, towels, or even a bed made. It's standard practice for Hotels to tidy a room after a nights occupancy, WTH???

The room itself was very unpleasant and uncomfortable to sleep in. Just felt like a run down shamble of a place that I'd expect shady people to frequent and cops to canvass to catch bad guys. It was not a sound night's sleep to say the least. I guess it had running water and a poorly functioning shower so I'll give it at least 1 star, but that's barely deserved!

We requested a late check in, our flight was delayed even more. Upon arrival our reservation was canceled and given to someone else not only for that night but for both nights. We searched for 3 hours until we found another run down roach and spider infested hotel where we had no other choice. Then the manager refused to approve our reimbursement through expedia.

It was awful. No inroom coffee, couldnt get the tv to work, no wifi, the door to the room had no security lock and you could see daylight between the door and the door jamb. I was outside in the last room which since i was a woman alone was not good. The faucet in the bathroom had a screw for a handle for on and off but could never figure out how to get hot water. The bed was fairly comfortable, there were no bugs and the people were pleasant.

The only positive about this place was the location - close to airport, light rail station, restaurant, gas station and even a park. Otherwise, probably best to keep on looking. Staff was rude from the moment we walked in and even left my kids and I waiting at the light rail station at night after promising to pick us up. Hallway smelled like urine, room reeked of cigarette smoke, could only get two old smoke-infused towels during our 2 night stay for 4 people, horrible wifi, malfunctioning mini fridge ruined all the food we brought, half a muffin and bad coffee was the \"breakfast\"and the only attempt at decor was a small pornographic sketch on one of the headboards & what remained of a half-hearted attempt to clean some graffiti off a mirror and what was hopefully nail polish off the bathroom floor. Tried to make the best of it because it was a holiday weekend so rooms were scarce and we had pre-paid but it will NOT happen again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in

The 'air conditioning' unit in the hotel did not work. I told staff on the 2nd morning of my stay - they said it would be fixed. When I returned that evening (temperatures reached 100 degrees in Seattle that day) it had not been fixed. To add insult to injury, my room had not been cleaned (no change in linen, etc.). While I realize this hotel does not aspire to be a 4 star (is there such a thing as a negative star?) hotel, one would at least expect rooms to be clean and 'equipment' to work. Probably my worst experience ever.

My kids and I needed a room for just the night...our flight came in late to Sea-Tac and had an early flight out the next morning. The shuttle took forever to pick us up. Once we arrived and checked in to our room, despite having the appearance of being serviced and cleaned, it was in fact dirty. Spots/stains on the comforters, hairs and things left in the sheets, burn holes in the comforters and blankets, crumbs and debris on the floor and on top of the air conditioning unit. For a price tag of $117 a night, I was appalled at how filthy the room was.

Horrible conditions, holes in the walls, we slept on top of the covers out of fear of what was in them. Owner at front desk was rude, two towels per room, we asked for extra pillows and were brought 1 thin one. The A/C didn't work so we slept w/ the window open. Very noisy neighborhood. The free breakfast was half a package of cheap muffins and old coffee. DON'T STAY HERE!

Disgusting and dirty....

This place is horrible. We had to wear our flips flops in the room, as we were afraid of what the stains on the carpets were. I would never recommend this place, and hope that I am never unfortunate enough again to see pictures of place that show one thing and really are something else and be duped into booking a place like this. There were holes in the sheets, mold on the walls about the shower enclosure, not sure what the stains on the bathroom walls were.

The worst experience ever. My bare feet stuck to the carpet, that's how dirty this hotel is. Expect to be under surveillance and interrogated from the moment you check in. The manager is extremely rude. I had a 4 day reservation and literally had to leave the next day and go to a different hotel. The hotel would only refund one night, even though we had to cancel because of the dirtiness and poor treatment.

This \"Inn\" is the worst place I have ever set foot in!!
The Sea-Tac Crest Motor Inn is a rundown, dirty and shady place. When we were finally checked in to our room we saw that there was blood (!!!) on our duvet. The reception staff said they would give us another, but after waiting 45 minutes we still had not heard from them. In the mean time we found hair in the bed also, which the reception said was \"probably just from the housekeeping staff\". The bed (and the room) looked like it had not been cleaned at all. We tried several times to ask reception to clean the room, or at least give us clean sheets so we could change them ourselves, but they never apologized and we never received any.

We decided to not stay here, and the reception staff said we could check out and get the money back via expedia. As we closed our suitcases they came to our door and were quite rude, saying we should hurry out. This is the first time they ever responded to anything we said.
The next day I contacted Expedia, and they were quick to contact the hotel. No surprise SeaTac Crest Motor Inn denied that we had ever been there saying that we were a \"no show\". I contacted Expedia again and they were very helpful and understanding, and we finally were able to get our money back.

From the look of the other guests we saw while waiting in the reception to be checked in, this is a hotel for drug addicts and homeless people, and the \"hotel\" as not been taken care of or cleaned in a very long time!!

It was late. Rooms were scarce. We booked and paid through Expedia after our reservation at another hotel booked through Expedia was lost. The curtains didn't hang right. The bed was small. The decor dated. The center panel of the vanity door was lying inside the cabinet. There was a pencil-sized hole in the wall above the toilet. The last straw was that the wash-cloth had numerous black stains. We refused the room within the allotted 10 minutes, but the operator would not authorize a refund. They will, however, scan your driver's license and credit card for \"incidentals.\"

A desperate night

After another online booking didn't work out, I was fortunate to work with Expedia for this hotel. Coming in late and flying out early, this was our ONLY choice. However, the room was a smoking room, even though I requested NON. The filter on the AC was so clogged, my husband was NOT going to turn it on in fear of a fire. The room stunk. The tub had stains. For the price it was better than I expected

I was staying for a science fiction convention held at one of the larger hotels nearby. Check in was easy, the room wasn't ready yet because I was early, but they said it would only be 10 minutes. I don't know how long it took because I went to the convention and wasn't back for hours. I was really only in the room and awake for maybe a total of an hour, and I was extremely drunk for half of that. The impression I got is that the room was fairly old and worn, there's little things wrong like chipped paint and missing trim, but it was clean, the beds were comfortable, the shower worked well, and for the price it was better than I expected. If you don't need fancy, this place will do you just fine.

When I arrived, the lobby was clean but cluttered and felt musty and old. When I got into the room, there obvious dings and chipped paint around the room. The furniture was old, nicked and scrapped. The furnace was quite old and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, although it seemed to work fine. I kept it on fan to keep the air circulating as when I arrived it felt stagnant and musty. The internet was a bit slow but got basic tasks done. I could hear the front desk as I was only a flight above and the floor was open to the entry way, however it didn't bother me too much. At first I found the funkiness comical and felt like it would be no problem to stay there, but when I went to turn down for the night, I perused the sheets and found a wide array of private hairs, mostly at the bottom of the bed, but definitely littering the sheets. At this point it was late and I had a few hours until my flight so I slept a restless night above the sheets in my clothes. The staff was friendly enough, but I should've turned around after checking in. I am usually ok with staying in funky places but this was dirty and obviously hadn't been kept up in a while.

We stayed here during an overnight layover; flying into SeaTac late one night and out early the next morning. It's cheap, check-in was fast, and is walking distance to the airport.

Don't stay here...

The Good: The front desk young was very nice. The park and ride went fine...
The Bad: The dirtiest, nastiest room I have ever seen. When I rolled the top sheet back, there were crumbs in the supposedly clean sheets. The smell of the room was like heavy carpet cleaner, [Probably masking something worse). Years of spilt liquids or vomit on the wall behind the nightstand. Black mold? spot the size of a volleyball to the left of the sink. (have pictures) Stayed dressed and slept on top sheet and did not dare take a shower. Room cost $84, and I still had to pay extra to park in parking lot the night of the stay...

Nice hotel, close to airport

Check-in was at 3 pm but I arrived early and the hotel accommodated my request to check-in a few hours early. I was picked up from the airport right away. For the price, the experience exceeded my expectations - friendly staff, price-wise, a few blocks from the airport, good on security. The next day I needed to go to downtown, the staff was nice enough to drop me off to the airport so I could catch the train. I actually ended up staying another night.

tawdry and tired

My reservation at a better hotel was messed up so I to take what I could find at midnight. This place has seen better days. When I picked the key up off the counter where it had sat while I filled out forms, there was a silverfish bug underneath it. The door jam lock was held in place with folded newspaper. However, the room did seem clean and it was better than sleeping in a rental car.

Hotel staff was really unkindness. Room had some bad smell. Even if they missed cleaning room, they did not apologize it. I do not recommand this hotel to anyone.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel

The hotel is close to the airport so there was lots of traffic and such. The room was very hot and smelled musty, we had to move a lamp to a different plug as the lamp between the beds didn't work. The room had no coffee maker as stated in the listing, the bathroom was very old and outdated. The beds were clean though.

I had paid on Hotel . com and when I got there, I had to pay $19.28 more. The manager said that I had a vehicle and I did not. I had added my son's rental in case he visited.
