Worst check in experience ever, on top of worst customer service ever. Was at airport waiting for shuttle. Called front desk repeatedly to schedule pickup. Nobody ever answered. Waited over an hour until I finally got someone then had to wait another 1/2 hour to be picked up. When I got to the hotel to check in, there was a very long line to check in. Waited another hour before being able to check in. Hotel staff made no effort to communicate as to what was going on. Another guest in line said they had \"housekeeping issues\". Once they actually started to check people in, they're were 3 check in counters, however 2 of them had hotel employees just standing there doing nothing and not checking people in.

The staff should have communicated clearly what was going on, provided a number based on where you were in line, and offered 1 free drink in the bar.

For a hotel that advertises excellent service that is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

The place is good, clean room and all that. It has a free airport shuttle, but the shuttle information is not on the website. I texted the hotel the night before arrival, asking for shuttle info, but received no reply. I had to call on the airport courtesy phone (direct line to the hotel) to extract the info that I had to wait in area 3B for the shuttle. I wish this was easier.

Overall a pretty good experience. Would stay again. Only thing keeping it from 5/5 for me are: they ran out of complimentary coffee and weren’t too eager to replenish it, and front desk staff had nonexistent customer service skills. Facility itself was great and it’s a newer hotel with very nice amenities. Clean and modern.

When I arrived the early morning of July 6, 2026 at the Four Points in Seattle for a short layover, I was told that they didn’t have a room for me. Mind you I had a reservation and my name was in their system. The person helping me was a trainee and the other two employees didn’t help her. She stated that they had nothing available and the young man, Manuel, was running around hotel checking status of clean rooms.
Mind you, other guests after me were given their room keys, as I sat and waited. There was another employee present who didn’t even try to assist. Even when I asked for a bottle of water (which they had none) she didn’t offer her help and at that point the lobby was empty!!
I waited approximately 45 minutes, the man never returned, and the trainee left. Another worker came in (after hearing she was off that day) and I explained the situation. She immediately found my name in the system and gave me a room key!!
I would have been more assertive, but I’m elderly and was by myself in an unfamiliar city. I wasn’t about to make trouble.
I was tired from first leg of plane trip and having to rise early for another flight. This unfortunate situation took time from my stay.
I am still very disappointed and saddened about this whole incident that I had to endure!!! For this reason I will never recommend this establishment to anyone.
I will say that the shuttle driver to and from the airport did his best to assist me (during and after the situation). Very nice man.

Underwhelming at every turn. Bath was out of body wash and shampoo, safe had no batteries, fridge was unplugged on arrival, beds are pretty creaky. Terrible water pressure.

Parking is $19 a night but the close spots all fill up and you’re basically paying to park next door. Might as well find a street nearby.

Tv feed freezes every minute or so.

There just has to be better hotels in the area.

Only stayed one night. We arrived late night so there was no line at check in. The receptionist greeted us promptly and assigned a room quickly. She was very brief and didn't thank us for staying. The room was spacious and clean. Beds/mattress were too mushy. We prefer firm ones. We were on the 3rd floor facing the street, and if you're a light sleeper, make sure to request a room facing away from the street as you can hear cars going by. We had an early flight out, so check out was easy and quick. Again, no thank you for staying by another receptionist.

She was working the phones and the foreign check in guests. It took over 35 mins to check in. I would say just hire an additional person. 1 Person is too few.

This is unbelievable because there wasn’t any bottled water available to buy. The entire shelf was empty and nobody bothered to refill the water stand. Did not expect that I did not feel that that I need to buy water from outside before checking into the hotel. I was surprised and shocked that I had to drink fountain water and smells really bad old rusty smell. Had a bad experience staying at the hotel.

This property was very clean, rooms were nice and updated. They do charge for breakfast and the rooms do not have a microwave. They also charge $19 a night for parking and some nights it was difficult to find a spot. Also very strong food smells in this hotel. I think you can get better value at one of the other 50 hotels in the area.

This was by far the most stressful stay I have had. I contacted the hotel to let them know we would be arriving at 4am, we arrive to find they had cancelled our booking and refused to rebook. It took us over an hour to work with Expedia to get rebooked again at a reasonable rate as the front desk refused to do anything about it. The rooms were clean, I will give them that. A week later I check my credit card and the hotel charged me twice. I called to let the hotel know, they said this was their mistake and they would reverse it but needed a manager to approve the refund. I was told a manager would call me the next day. Two days went by, no call. I called again, they said a manager would call me the next day, two days went by, again no call. I had to call AGAIN to finally get a hold of someone who had the authority to reverse the charge. For a one night stay, I was cancelled on and then charged twice for the same night, and was promised to be reimbursed for my night stay and parking. After 3 days since my phone call with the manager my stay was reimbursed but my parking was not. I will never be staying at this hotel (or any 4 points) again.

I only stayed 1 night at this property and unfortunately it was mediocre. Both towels in the bathroom had multiple strands of brown hair in them, and it took about an hour before new towels were delivered to my room. I ended up using a hand towel to dry my body after my shower. The hotel only provides mini ironing boards in the rooms. It was nearly impossible to use. In addition to it being tiny, the cushion was so worn that I had up use a towel to iron my work clothes. Housekeeping was supposed to bring a larger ironing board but after waiting multiple hours, nobody ever showed up.

I asked if I could checkout late. The first employee told me that it was not possible. I called back and was told that I could indeed checkout late.

Overall, I'd give this hotel a rating of 3 out of 5. It certainly could have been better.

If I good give ZERO stars I would.

Good luck getting someone on the phone to pick you up at the airport. My 80 year old mother waited over an hour and finally gave up on a shuttle ride. I called at least 3 times and was promised they would come get her at 1D (Seattle-tacoma international airport) and they never came.
I finally just gave up and booked her at another hotel. Of course I won’t get a refund.

We were pleased with the accommodations, front desk staff, close proximity to SEATAC, complimentary airport shuttle and two water bottles in room. Only needed a one-night stay before flying home the next day. Three nearby fast food restaurants — McDs, Popeyes and California Burrito. Four Points was a nice experience if not the fanciest place on the strip. The staff that I dealt with were extremely nice and friendly and very helpful.
I think I underestimated the value of the hotel having an airport shuttle, which saved me over $30 on uber!
however, the bed was not so comfortable as it triggered some stiff shoulders in the mornings and the a/c was not reliable for some reason.
Didn't love that I got a ton of street noise since my room was in the front, but not much the hotel can do about that, is there.
The little gym was a nice amenity and I used it three of the four days I was there.

This room was not as advertised on Expedia. The pictures and text for this hotel say that there is daily housekeeping. No one ever came during our two-day stay. We asked for fresh towels, they never brought them. Pictures showed many safety grab rails in the shower. There were none. There also is no shelf or rack to put the bath towels on. You have to get out of the shower dripping wet and cross the room to the sink, where they are stacked below. We used their shuttle from the airport(SeaTac) which had more guests in it than it had seats. People were sitting on other guests laps to cram in. A definite safety hazard as no one could be belted in. There seems to be no manager here. If there is one, they are definitely not coming to work to see what goes on. It’s a very beautiful facility and sad that nobody seems to care how it operates. Although of minor concern, the tv signal breaks up every 30 seconds or so. It’s Directv so please, somebody aim the dish for heavens sake. Again, it’s the lack of attention to basic stuff.

Liked the pillows, but bed was too soft for me…ended up with a sore back. Also, I picked this hotel because there was a free shuttle to and from the airport. But when I called, they said it was not available so I had to get there by Lyft which cost me $30 USD. Plus I went to breakfast at 11:00 am and the kitchen had just closed! It’s also a Marriott now…not like a Sheraton!!

I’ve never stayed in a hotel that was run like this. I was not happy and very disappointed.

Bed was dirty, covered in hair all over sheets, no proper sheet on one bed. Mold in washroom in shower, we switched rooms took over 45 min for them to switch us. Hallways had weird smell and was very strong, daughter left swimsuit in old room and we called and they said they would have someone check no one ever got back to us, called again they told me to go to findyouritems.com but we dont live in seattle so we left next day and asked again said she was getting someone to check and nothing happened so we just left as we had to travel home

No shuttle service available as advertised. When I called on the phone she did not inform me I needed to take a cab because all staff had called off. Waited 30 mins and called back to then be informed everyone had called off and he was all on his own and overwhelmed. I have not received any email letting me know I had been reimbursed as promised by the front desk yet for my cab. So now it's up to me to track it down. The man at the front did an amazing job all by himself checking in long lines of people. If I could remember his name I'd give him a shout out for not walking out with him being literally the only staff member available for such a large hotel.

We stayed at the Sheraton on Friday, June 5th, and it was hands-down one of the worst hospitality experiences we’ve ever had. We were left waiting outside in the rain with our two young kids for over an hour and a half because the shuttle was not running. Despite calling the front desk more than 10 times, the staff kept giving us the runaround before finally admitting they had no idea where the driver was. They eventually instructed us to take an Uber and said they would reimburse us, but when we arrived, the front desk worker said they could not reimburse the Uber.

To make up for the situation, they offered us a complimentary dinner at the hotel’s grill, but they ended up charging us for that as well. Two weeks have now passed, and despite speaking directly to the hotel manager multiple times, absolutely nothing has been resolved. He constantly promises to look into it and call back, but there has been zero follow-through. Last time I called he even remembered my name and said \"Is this Landon? Yeah I am still working on it, i'll call you back.\" I am leaving this review in the hopes that corporate customer service or a higher-level manager can reach out with the correct contact information to finally fix this, as the on-site management team has proven entirely unhelpful.

The front desk staff was excellent. Zaira was amazing. I called three or four times the day before we came asking various questions and she was so helpful. If she didn't know the answer she would ask and then call me back. She helped us with ideas to go to Seattle downtown, coordinated the shuttle to our ferry, and was just helpful overall. I really appreciated the frill staff too, especially Dawn. Everyone was kind though and very helpful.

Staff was nice and accommodating. Room was clean. Room was HUGE and a huge waste of space. I’ve never stayed in a hotel room that had stairs to go from the living area to the sleeping loft. And I’m not talking 5-6 stairs, I’m talking 16+ stairs. We left our big luggage downstairs as it would not have been fun to carry it up the stairs. Our flight was delayed 30 minutes so we got into SeaTac around 1:30. Got to the hotel shuttle pickup area around 1:50. Shuttle came in around 10 minutes and we loaded only to see that there were probably 12+ other people waiting for the same shuttle. They probably waited another 40 minutes to get a ride. Got to the hotel and were told they did not have and rooms with two beds as we had paid for, only a room with a queen bed and a rollout- but we would need to make up our own bed. It was so late, I didn’t want to argue. Workers seemed to be nice and worked hard but layout and perhaps poor management? Not sure, but this would not be my first, second or third choice of hotels to choose near SeaTac.

Room was clean but had a strong smell of humidity. The shower had a mildew smell and there was only warm water no hot water

The hotel is nice and convenient. Decent restaurant downstairs. AC is an issue in some rooms. Second time this year we have gotten in a room that is 72+ degrees. They moved us, but into another room where it wasn’t good.

Good place if you can get it for a good price.

Thermostat does not allow to be set below 69 degrees. Staff was responsive to my concern and promised to have it checked the next day. But they did not check it and it still would not go below 69 the following day. On the hottest setting, shower was Luke warm. Very frustrating!

The T Stat, the Luke warm water and things like minimum towels, the thinnest toilet paper I’ve ever seen etc. shows this hotel has a noticeable effort for cost savings at the guests inconvenience. I’ve always been happy with Marriott but I would not stay at this Aloft again.
