Karen
Clean room and comfortable beds
Josh
We found a roach in our closet. The jacuzzi wouldn’t warm up either. The hotel was decent aside from worrying about bugs once we found one in the closet

Room was exactly what we saw in the photo neat and tidy. Breakfast was great and staff was very helpful. I would recommend people to go to Comfort Inn anytime.
Amanda
The hotel staff to begin with was very friendly upon checking in the hotel was clean beautiful layout, the room was simple. Well put together everything that you would expect. The only thing is we got a handicap room and weren’t told of that, but it didn’t really affect anything. We didn’t get a chance to take part in any of the other amenities like the pool and gym, the breakfast was as expected for a hotel nothing fancy, but they did have make your own waffles, fresh coffee biscuits, fruit options, yogurt, options, cereal, and options to make peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, which was great overall, it was an amazing experience. The parking lot was clean. Didn’t notice anybody loading around that shouldn’t have been, would definitely stay again. Oh and it’s really close to the airport about 10 to 15 minutes.

We got in late and they had our keys ready for us. Check in and check out was easy. Not the nicest hotel you’ve ever been to but definitely gets the job done for a quick stay.
Robert
The property was close to my destination, and all staff were friendly, professional, and very courteous.

What to say about the Comfort Inn in Kent... Staff was incredibly friendly and check in was a breeze! My daughter complimented the hotel saying it was \"very fancy\" and said our room was huge!
I was very happy that the room was indeed spacious and I didn't feel cramped, the AC worked, the bathroom was clean and tidy, the bed and bedding was very comfortable, and the black out curtains made the room dark. We'll definitely keep this hotel in mind the next time we're over on the West side!

Excellent!
Joshua
Super friendly staff, especially the manager, clean place, but did not adequately stock breakfast for Saturday morning's huge crowd, and they ran out of a bunch of stuff well before breakfast closed.
Morgan
Breakfast was ok. Not great
Michael
It’s clean and nice. Just repeatedly fire alarm is annoying. I locked myself out since I had to quickly to get out due leaving my key inside. Th manfully staff is helping me to return to my room.
Lilia
The room was really clean, the breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had, will definitely book when I go to Seattle again.
amy
Excellent stay!
Sue
Breakfast needs help ... offered items need to be restocked, ie fruit, bread, pastries, yogurt. Breakfast was a deciding factor on this lodging choice, but disappointed ... and they still had 45 mins to go when we left the breakfast room.
DONNA

Always choose to stay here when we visit. Typically we do not request a room refresh, but we did request one the second day this trip and came back late from our full day of activities to no clean towels and full trash baskets. It was a bit disappointing.
Jeff
The friendly and efficient check-in was much appreciated. The staff did a great job of keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked. I'd stay here again if ever in the area.
TANJA
Our stay exceeded all expectations. The breakfast was amazing. Warm eggs, sausage, potatoes, lots of breads, muffins and waffles. The breakfast staff was always right on top of refilling the coffee dispensers and everything was clean and well organized. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and pillows and blankets were super cozy. The room was very quiet. Bathroom was clean and spacious! We will definitely stay here again!

I cant rave enough about the staff at this location!! Front desk was welcoming, professional, accommodating, and just all around amazing! I demagnetized our room key so many times and they laughed right along with me and fixed it very quickly! Rooms are clean and housekeeping is very respectful while cleaning ur room when ur out enjoying your vacation and the area! The breakfast is better than i had expected! We stayed a total of 6 nights and didnt want to leave as the staff made our stay very very enjoyable! The pool was nice to float in and the deepest part is 4'6\" making it child friendly the hot tub was nice jets are powerful and water temp was spot on! Onsite self serve laundry is available and works great! Theres a fitness room available by the pool and vending machines with drinks and snacks including cup of noodles theres a restaurant right across the street and few fast food establishments within walking distance! Thank you so very much the staff members that worked during our stay you made our stay so enjoyable we didnt want to leave!!
Francisco

Check in staff was amazing. Beds where out dated. Breakfast is very limited no bread, pastries, yogurt. Was a long wait for hot breakfast items. Hotel however was reasonably clean.
Mihai
Everything was good.
PINHONG
Excellent breakfast choices. biscuit and gravy, eggs and sausages, oatmeal, even chicken noodle soup and more! Indoor pool and jacuzzi. Would stay again.
Matthew
Breakfast was good. Overall experience was great, just wish the products were higher quality and the overall cleanliness was better.
Paleia
The rooms are a lot smaller than they look. Our room was next the elevator, you could hear and feel it every time it ran. I did ask for a room change, but was never given one. The breakfast was subpar. The pool closed earlier than normal hotel hours.
Rully
Strong odor coming from the carpet bedroom and hallway. Wouldn’t recommend for families with kids.
Jeannie
Clean room. Two of our lights in the bathroom were out so we had to call housekeeping to fix. The bath tub is very slippery though, which is a major flaw. Very dangerous.
Crystal
Everything was great
Karl
This stay was a little underwhelming, but the breakfast was pretty decent. Broken drain plug issue and deposit hold for an excessively long period.
RUTH
Staff needs to be trained to clean

Room was clean; convenient and close to food, shopping; craft was courteous.
Stephanie
The staff was so gracious, the hotel was clean, the breakfast was great, the bathroom was bigger than most! There aren't many food choices in walking distance but there is a good Mexican place across the street and Uber Eats/Door Dash is very accessible and fast. We don't love big cities, but we had a very pleasant stay here and would come again.
Melinda
We were treated very well during our debating time I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family alike thank you to your staff they made us feel welcome away from home.
yael
The gentleman at the front desk was really nice, but the bed and pillows are very uncomfortable, I mean my husband woke up with a sore neck, couldn't move it, we went to Walmart and bought pillows, and slept on the chair that is how much the bed is uncomfortable.
Carlos
Everything was excellent! All the staff we encountered were super friendly, breakfast was good, and room service was spot on!
Brad
Very decent hotel for the low price. I was pleasantly surprised and more than happy with my stay. Nothing fancy in the least, and located in an area with lots of crime and homelessness. Despite that, it has a secured gated parking lot that closes at night. Entry to the side doors is only accessible with a key card, but nice to have at night if you’re a smoker such as myself. The staff were well dressed and very courteous and friendly, and were happy to give out extra towels and toiletries. The breakfast was delicious for a budget hotel with bacon eggs and waffles and a variety of other fare. The building has been updated within the last several years I assume or at least kept up, the lobby/ breakfast area and pool/ spa area were clean and well kept. The gym is very basic, would be nice if they at least had a set of dumbbells, or even a cheap set that you can adjust.(hint hint management!) The room was decently nice for what it was. Everything was clean, very spacious and oversized (I stayed in a king bed room with sofa). The tv was pretty outdated but fine. Nice large refrigerator and microwave were nice. The bed was comfy. The spa Horus was nice to relax in and is open late until 10 which was appreciated. All in all I was very impressed. They must have good management and employees here. 10/10 for budget hotel! Much better than standard 2.5 star hotel should at least be a 3. Would definitely recommend and stay again!
Marina

Stayed only one night, bed was good(some of the bed sheets had staines) , pool and hot tub was nice, location was great for my visit. Quite Neighbourhood. Food was good - little short on eggs :)
Melinda
Easy check in and able to check in early.
Heather
The breakfast was fine but they didn’t replenish the food an hour before it was closing and several people were down there
Veronica
Check in was smooth, room was great, and breakfast was hot and ready.
Kelly
The room was in good condition. Staff friendly. Not enough supplies in room. Housekeeping madevb3ds butbdid not replenish anything which was not enough. Very loud on road side. Breakfast was medium but, again, things were empty or gone completely. Ipool is cold. It was a convenient stay for us. Facilities very clean and well-kept. Staff friendly and very helpful.
Vicki
Room clean. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Helen
The front desk staff was awesome. The room was clean. The pool was warm enough. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was a good temp. There were a whe bunch of kids staying at the place and had cleaned out the food for breakfast. The gal working tried to keep up and was really efficient.
Noor

Julie
Clean and friendly staff
Randall
Excellent staff. Breakfast was great - included eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits along with the usual items. I enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub.
Albert
Average stay at best. Hotel has a very musty smell to it. The basic internet makes you watch a video or sign up with your email which is very annoying. Stay was nice but won't be staying at a Comfort Inn ever again.
