This was the worst stay. Breakfast was essentially nothing and it was weird vibes. Hotel was super humid and musty.
VIADEL
Two night stay after Alaskan cruise. Excellent value for a nice clean two beds room.
Has convenient laundry room available 24/7.
Has convenient laundry room available 24/7.

The staff was nice. However, I reserved and paid for 2 queen beds on Expedia, but when I got there, I was told that I paid for a single queen and I had pay extra for 2 queen beds, even though my Expedia reservation stated 2 queen beds. It was late at night and we were tired, so I paid the extra, but it didn't seem right. We won't stay there again.

Spacious room - one of the largest I’ve stayed in. Only downside is the outlet placement: just one socket near the bed, and none near the bathroom, which made charging devices and using a hairdryer inconvenient. Walls also offer little sound insulation, so outside noise (street/traffic) was noticeable.
Melenaite
The only staff I would give a thumbs up to is the Glenn on night shift and the Latin woman that comes in the morning. They’re the only reason I gave this place any stars, kind and professional.
Gave us a hard time when we asked for more towels..seriously? Their towels smell funny, so I promise you we didn’t want to ask but what choice did we have.
Just know that they don’t really acknowledge your DND sign. The housekeeping lady was a bit rude, telling me they need to come in and clean “it’s been too long” and it had been two days without service - which is typical for hotel stays since Covid. I clean my own room and don’t need their service. What they need to do is get new carpets because it smells like wet dogs when you walk up their main stairs, each floor comes with its own distinct STINK.
If you have asthma, allergies or any other respiratory conditions, this is not a safe place for you. The walls are paper thin and the doors don’t fully fit the doorway all the way. There’s a sliver of space so you can hear anything happening in the hallway and they can hear anything you’re doing. I have a dog so if he barked you could hear him all the way down the hall.
The restaurant across the street like to party on weekends, so enjoy the loud music whether you want to or not. Last straw being woken up at 6am by a scammer call to our room phone from a person staying at the hotel.

Make sure you lock your vehicle doors, my car was broken into and the police never showed up or helped me out
Donna
Early Check in was wonderful and staff friendly and welcoming. Was told the next morning staff would call a cab for me.
At 5 am asked but the staff refused to call or offer any assistance.

You can tell this place used to be a Days Inn, nevertheless they made a good job at refurbishing it. Everything looked good and was clean during my stay.
Mike
easy for airport stay - dont have corkscrews.
Francisco
Very clean room. Spacious breakfast area.
CHRIS
Great property with clean rooms (just a bit small) and nice healthy breakfast options.

Wasn’t looking for anything outstanding just a clean room at a good price

This hotel wasn’t too bad. It was clean inside and during our stay it was cleaned very well each day so kudos to whoever does the housekeeping there. Someone had smoked in our room previously so that was pretty unfortunate but that’s not the hotels fault. I found the communication between the staff to be fairly lacking - we got a 11 pm text about our work trailer blocking too many spots in an empty parking lot and a complaint about not having our dog on file even though I claimed him both on check in and on the reservation itself. I also felt like the lady who checked me out when we left was mildly threatening about charging us if they found any issues which I didn’t really like. My last complaint would be that the room was tiny. The area was good though, even though there was a ton of truckers staying they went out of their way to keep the place clean with all of that foot traffic and the lobby was great, breakfast was good. I think that this hotel is probably pretty good honestly and that we just didn’t have the best experience; we’ve stayed at a lot of great hotels so that’s probably what I’m comparing it to. Anyways, if you’re in the area I would say it’s a good place to stay at a relatively decent price for the area it’s in.

We would stay there again

From the outside it was just a hotel. Inside has been remodeled and is nice. The room was lovely. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens, and entire room was spotless. The bathroom was small, but again very clean. The staff was accommodating when I asked for a very quiet room due to an early morning wake up. Despite the close street and freeway, it was very quiet.
We were gone too early to take in their breakfast or coffee, so I can’t review that part.
For the small price tag, it was better than other hotels in the price range, and I would stay there again.

The breakfast everyday has no variation, cereals, bread, boiled eggs and yogurt considering under Hilton management. Customer service was very poor too.

Aminullah
Stayed there for 3 nights every thing was amazing nice and clean rooms great staff the lady in front desk was so polite and friendly
James
Property, common areas and room was clean. Small cold continental breakfast available but there was a Starbucks across the street and a Denny's down the street.
Mike
Clean and quiet

The rooms and hotel as a whole felt kind of cheap and a little janky, not what I expected from a Hilton property. It was like a Quality Inn with a Hilton veneer pasted over it. The housekeeping was not great either. There were no cups or glasses anywhere in the room which is a real drawback if you like to brush your teeth. And there was someone’s takeout trash half-hidden behind a lamp. Overall, the hotel reflected very poor attention to detail.
Matt
Disappointed with breakfast options, one of our rooms had many maintenance issues and had to switch rooms, WiFi was poor, and tv channels cut out routinely.
Jeremiah
Clean room, great staff and nice area
Henry

The hotel is located at very convenient location right off of the highway. But hotel is surrounded by two main roads in the noise gets in to the room pretty loud. Other than that, the staff is very friendly, rooms are very clean and very well maintained.

The listing says $25 per pet. Upon check in, I was informed it is now $50 per pet. I would not have booked this had I known that.

Great all around!

The Spark by Hilton should be called the Lipstick on a Pig. Its a clean dump with decent service. Its was clearly an old hotel that got some new paint. The renovations do not make it a Hilton. I expected alot better. Will avoid Spark or should I say Sparkless by Hilton in the future
Alicia
Doors are heavy and people let them slam shut at all hours of the night, very sleepless stay. Clean but older hotel that has been spruced. Very loud with road noise on the south side of building, very close to freeway.
Tom
Found the facility to be very clean, friendly staff, Easy access. reasonable rates.

Amazing

Amazing overall
Cindy
Appreciate the normal sized height of the beds. Most hotels the beds are too tall for a paraplegic to transfer into. The soap and shampoo attached to wall across from shower bench and hard to reach when showering. Only disappointment was no coffee pots in room.

The breakfast was uninspiring (no eggs besides hard boiled and no bacon or sausage). But the Spark was very clean and front desk was great.

Ckin went smoothly. Outside parking was dark & I observed sketchy people roaming nearby. I was struggling to carry my things in & find my room - first attempt… I was distracted by unsafe feelings & tripped going up onto the sidewalk falling “hard” but flat onto the (long over due to be rebarked) planter on my way to the Kent side entrance of the hotel. My head & shoulder barely missed the curb between my car and that spot of fine bark - so no cushion. Once I did a personal assessment -I gathered myself and my things back into my car & frustrated. I drove back to the lobby…Hoping for a new approach… Night clerk -was NEW & unfamiliar with the layout of the hotel.
Since a building map was NOT AVAILABLE, the front desk clerk suggested I could go to my room & turn on the lights-opening the curtains so I could be sure I was parking where I could keep an eye on my car)… That was a great idea! Then, I discovered, the rooms - at least that side of the hotel weren’t numbered in order. My room #108 was btwn #106 & #114! So, no wonder’s the young night checkin clerk couldn’t tell me “WHERE my room was”) Lights on in room/cart by
side entrance - I returned to the lobby/drove my car back around & parked by my room. By then, I was extra tired & in pain from that shockingly frustrating fall… I retrieved my things with the cart & was able to settle into my room over an hour after checkin! Room was clean & would’ve been comfortable. Didn’t sleep well-head, neck, back, hips leg pa…CkOut-fine.

Comfortable. Room was handicap accessible, as required. Breakfast was nice. Options were upgraded from the average--nicer bagels & muffins, nutella... They even had non-dairy milk which I really appreciated.

I don’t think anything can be done but it seemed like probably was made cardboard you could hear every moment surrounding especially above room above.

Clean, convenient and friendly staff. We were there on a Thursday witnessed other guests using a skateboard, hoverboard in the parking lot with a dog. Slamming car doors, making noise after 11pm. Security drove by and nothing said. Large truck noise
Tamer
Clean and reasonable pricing.
Mark

Nice staff. Remodeling appeared recent but not well done. Easy drive to the SeaTac airport.
