The couch in the room was disgusting. Woke up in the middle of the night to what sounded like an animal in the room.

Apparently if you want your room cleaned you have to tell the front desk. This is crazy. It should be if you don’t want your room clean then hang the do not disturb sign. Room 325 claims to be a lake view however you can’t see the lake at all because of the trees. Breakfast was a nightmare. The food area is very small and cramp. People were waiting 20 minutes for oatmeal. Any refill like eggs, milk and yogurt took awhile. The bed was comfortable and the shower water was hot and had good water pressure. However I wouldn’t stay here again.

This was a quick stay and fit our needs as it was close to the airport. Bonus was a little walkway behind that led to a beautiful lake. Would have enjoyed it more if the breakfast was edible.

The reception staff let us check in early since I booked through Expedia and already paid. After a 7 day Alaska cruise this was appreciated. The room was great - even had a little balcony and view of a lake. We discovered a grill and several outdoor seating areas. Very clean and comfortable stay. Highly recommend for catching especially for early morning Sea-Tac flight.

According to the National Institute of Health, 6-8% of Americans have an intolerance to wheat and gluten. The Residence Inn had yogurt, a muffin, and hard-boiled eggs that, according to the manager, \"might have been in contact with gluten. I'm not sure.\" For those with a serious allergy, \"I'm not sure\" doesn't work.

That was it for people with gluten or wheat allergies. That is a lot of potential customers who pay for, but don't receive, a safe and edible breakfast.

My wife has a serious wheat allergy. We had to go to a restaurant so that my wife could eat something safe besides yogurt. Other than breakfast, the staff was cordial and helpful.

Room was clean and staff was amazing! Again, AMAZING. I say that because they were so kind and checked in on me and my family while we were there while our home was under repair.
My kids enjoyed their breakfast every morning, I didn’t have to get them out of bed and love that they have a kitchenette.
Highly recommend. Only thing my kids would have wanted was a pool, but I didn’t mind that so much.
Grounds are clean, centrally located for our needs and not far at all from I5 and the airport.when we have guests in town we always recommend this residence inn.

The hotel and rooms are very clean and updated. It is extremely close to the airport for convenience. We stayed twice in a week and a half and both times the staff were very helpful with extra bedding for couch, additional washcloths, etc.
The breakfast area is pretty small for the number of guests, but food choices were above average.

Residence Inns are always spacious suites that make one feel more at home than a traditional hotel room. This one was no exception. Helpful staff, I was handed a first floor key and requested a higher floor. Done in less than a minute. LOvely suite, excellent modern shower, spotless overall. HIghly recommend. Oh, FYI the airport shuttle closes at 10:30 pm. My flight came in early enough to not be a problem, but late flights could be a crisis (cab or uber/lyft, but they hate losing their place in line for super short rides0.

Overall, the room was good, although there was a problem with the AC in the room. The thermostat didn't seem to regulate the temperature very well. I had to turn the temperature down to below 70 for the AC to work but then, it became too cold. When I turned the temperature to 72, the AC would stop and the room would be very stuffy. I let the front desk know and they had someone looked at it while I was out for the day but the problem seemed to persist. Overall, the stay was good and I would stay here again, maybe a different room.

We were told we have a lake view with a balcony. The balcony wasn’t even big enough for 2 people to stand on, much less for chairs to be on. The lake view was non existent. The breakfast was mid.

The location was perfect: Near the airport without the usual industrial vibe and air traffic noise that usually comes along with airport adjacent hotels.

Everyone on staff was extremely helpful.

Our room was spacious and well-appointed.

My only complaint is that the room was listed as \"lake view\", but there was no view of the lake.

Otherwise, our stay here was exceptional.

I got 2 small bottles of water at check-in and one diet Dr Pepper in the am from the small fridge by the front desk. They charged me over $15! Ridiculous! I asked for a copy of the bill at check out and after 10 minutes they still couldn't figure out how to print it! I suspected this over charge was the reason why. The girl said we should have gotten 2 bottles of water the night before at check in. Everything else about the facility was nice and it was clean. The AC in our room did not work. The thermostat said the batteries were low.

The room was nice, and very clean. Since we had a late arrival, we had to use the call button. We stood out there for at least 10 to 15 minutes. I finally just keep beeping the button and finally the staff person came running out from somewhere down the hall.
Not great.

The best hotel I’ve stayed at in years. I was flying from Ohio into Seattle and after a stressful rental car experience I arrived to the hotel and was overwhelmed with how beautiful the room was. The staff was so helpful and I even ended up extending my stay I didn’t want to leave. The room was a full on suite/studio with a fully loaded kitchen, pots, silverware, everything I needed. The living room was equipped with a sectional couch, large tv, desk. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud it was so comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, glass shower, great lighting and just exquisite. I was even given a free parking pass. My free breakfast, so good, fresh omelets, oatmeal, fruits, coffee, waffle maker everything you would need for a jump to a great meal to start your day. I will always book this hotel when I’m in the sea-tac area. Obviously highly recommended!

Such a deal, given the size of the room, the beautiful lake beside a huge park with playgrounds, and very accomodating staff. It's a good train ride away from the city, but out of all the hotels in this part of Seattle, pick this hotel! It's always where I stay.

The pullout bed was horrible not comfortable at all.
they also don’t ever vacuum under the couch or on the couch
I went to open up and food was on it and under it
this is the second hotel this trip where they did not clean this area. The other one’s a Marriott also hint hand.
Check in person gave me no information on when check out was or when breakfast
Also no information on WiFi. Odd. Parking sucks not enough spaces

The room was fine. However, two things were disappointing:

The airport shuttle only runs untill 10:00pm, but this information is nowhere to be found on their website.

Additionally, when I called from the airport no other options were made available to us - even though we later discovered that after 12:00pm, they don't actually offer a shuttle but send Lyft vouchers instead - so that could have certainly been offered at 10:15pm when I called needong a shuttle.

The other thing was they don't offer any sort of streaming options on their TVs - only cable TV! It's been 5 years or more since I last saw a TV without smart options ina hotel!

We were not aware that the shuttle ended at 11pm. Unfortunately our flight was delayed and we missed the last shuttle by 10 minutes. Our room was very dirty. It’s like they changed the sheets but didn’t vacuum. The room also did not come supplied with the necessary bedding for the pullout bed. We were given a broken mattress protector and no pillows. Very disappointing.

I Recently stayed at the Residence Inn Marriott location and unfortunately had one of the most exhausting experiences after a 14-hour flight.

When I accidentally rode the wrong shuttle that took me to Marriot Seatac Airport, the graveyard operator told me they couldn’t pick me up—even though the shuttle driver later told me he could have picked me up because it was on the way. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes before the driver took me back to the airport.

When I finally arrived, the front desk assigned me Room 119—a handicap room with a strong unpleasant odor. I explained that I did not book a handicap-accessible room and asked for the room category I paid for. The front desk agent told me the hotel was fully booked and that no other rooms were available.

I then contacted Expedia, where I made my reservation, and reported the issue. After Expedia called the hotel, suddenly the room category I originally paid for became available. It took nearly an hour before I was moved, but the new room was significantly better and clearly what I should have been given from the start.

After a long international flight, this was extremely disappointing. I had been looking forward to relaxing in the correct room, but the delays and issues meant I didn’t make it to the mall or even to any open restaurants in time.

Will I come back? Maybe.
Would I recommend this hotel? Maybe—but only with caution.

Room was clean. Convenient location. Would give it 5 stars, but the WiFi and internet sucked. Constantly dropping, or poor connection. Would gladly pay more for a secure, high speed connection, but not available. We have a mobile printer, but could not get a reliable WiFi connection to print. Went to find a business center, but there is none, just a study room. Fortunately, the front desk person was very helpful so that we could print out time sensitive documents.

Breakfast was decent.

Fairly walkable to get to restaurants or train station.

It was really nice to have shuttle service.
