I liked being able to walk there mostly inside from the SeaTac terminal. The room was decent and comfortable, but the hallway looked a bit worn and dated, and the doorways to the elevators are small. Don't try to take a loaded luggage cart into one with the suitcases loaded sideways.
Tyler
Skybridge is a walk to the hotle
Beverly
Trichelle at the desk was awesome! She was always friendly, professional snd very helpful.

Clean room, but very small. The bar was great - but we ordered out because there were no gf options listed on the menu. This hotel is NOT attached to the airport. It was about a 15 minute walk though the airport & skybridges, but then we had to walk outside and past a parking lot to access the hotel. We used the airport shuttle in the morning.
Cindy
Excellent hotel, friendly staff, room relaxing, great stay. Will definitely stay again.
Virginia
Fast check in, helpful staff, restaurant, clean room with walking shower. Close to airport with shuttle every 30 minutes. Don’t walk it in that neighborhood
Wayne
Convenient to airport. Clean room and friendly staff. But the standout was actually the restaurant. Excellent food and huge portions with great beer on tap. I would eat there even if I wasn’t staying there. Hidden gem for sure. 👍
Scott
This hotel is being taken over by Marriott who seems to have hired someone’s distant, Cousin as their decorator.
Alicia
Skybridge has a wonderful staff, very helpful and accommodating. I loved the early and late check in. Room was ready and clean. The resturant was excellent. Compliments to the chef on the salmon crab chowder. Will stay again.

Lynn
Great overnight stay before flying out of Seatac. Was great to walk to the airport
Jacquelyn
Highly recommend. Every staff person was over the top with every concern or question. Very clean. Restaurant was excellent. Waiter/bartenders were awesome. Loved everything about it.
Catherine

Brandi

Veronica
Everything was perfect. We just spent 1 night after our cruise before heading back home
Elizabeth
Close to the airport, which is why we stayed there. Very clean in all areas. Polite and friendly staff. Restaurant had a limited menu, but the cheeseburger I had was the best!

It was perfect, very friendly and helpful staff, property was very well kept and super clean, room was clean and ready when we arrived early in the morning, definitely we will stay at it if we return to Seattle.

PROMPT 24 hr airport shuttle on the hour and the half. BE READY BEFORE IT ARRIVES. No waiting for stragglers.
The restaurant and bar offered a respite for a weary traveler. The food was fresh and delicious. The service was exceptional.
The room was clean and comfortable. And quiet despite being directly across from the elevators.

VERY NICE STAFF AT THE FRONT DESK
Daniel
Clean, comfortable, quiet and a very friendly staff. I travel extensively for work and this was one of my better hotel stays in quite a while.
James
My wife and I stayed one night before flying home and I originally had book Red Roof just down the street and we were not happy with those accomodations and chose this hotel and what a difference. Would highly recommend.
Barbara
The Skybridge Hotel was a very nice place to stay over night. The only thing that kept me from giving it 5 stars was the directions they sent on getting to the hotel from the airport. The walking directions instructed me to go through the parking garage to the light rail station and follow the signs to the International Blvd skybridge. They implied that the skybridge would take me directly into the hotel. They did not mention that I would need to descend to street level at the other end and walk another 5 minutes in order to arrive at the hotel. Fortunately, it was not raining. They do offer a shuttle from the airport. I recommend taking that rather than walking.
Kristel
The restaurant, including the buffet breakfast were excellent.
CHARLES
Restaurant had very few menu items and not friendly for gluten free needs. Costs of food was unreal for the meal. In room coffee was limited to one cup. Would not stay here again.
Luz Maria
The staff were very friendly and very helpful from the bus from the airport to the hotel staff we will stay here again if we ever go back to Seattle
Corey
Great option for near airport. Restaurant was fantastic
sanders
great

We arrived late after our flight. The shuttle was convenient. The person who checked us in was very friendly. For people who are departing super early, it would have been great to have had coffee available or at least real creamer in our room.
Scott
This hotel is running on an obviously bare thread. Although the property is nice, and clean, interaction with staff is incredibly frustrating-not because of them, but because each one seems to be doing the work of five or more. Come on, Bonvoy - you’re better than this!!!!
Fredrick
I had a very good nice stay. The pizza in the lobby bar/restaurant was excellent 👍
Robyn
Great staff
Good restaurant on site
Nicely appointed rooms
Would definitely stay here again.

Clean facilities, very helpful staff, room a little small but still a good value.

Perfect overnight stay for early SeaTac departure.
Larry
The restaurant was nice and the food was delicious, but it was overpriced for what you received.
Joe
If you get the opportunity to meet Noe the afternoon bartender your if for a treat. I have traveled alot and he is one of the best i have ever seen!
Heidi
Front desk was extremely helpful! They helped us get a car to our port for our cruise and let us check in a little early bc our room was ready! Fantastic service! Thank you guys!
Mark
All good
Dennis
Short 10 min shuttle trip from the airport. Great place to stay with early morning flights.
Molly
Had a great stay. Wonderful staff and shuttle to the hotel
Kevin
Good stay
Brian
Outside of the building needs some love but the inside is better. Overall convenient to airport, 20 min walk and rental car, mile walk, restaurant bar inside good food. Rooms were quiet for us.
David
Nice room, weird closet, food was pricey. Not worth the cost.
Robin
We were very happy with room 401 as we were able to easily see Mount Rainier! The room was comfortable and bathroom was very nice. The only exception would be there was only one hook in the bathroom and no towel bars nor was there anything in the shower for hanging a washcloth. We ate dinner and breakfast in the restaurant. Both were very good. We were somewhat surprised with the price of the cocktails though, not expecting them to be over $20 each! This hotel is very conveniently located just five minutes away from the rental car return!
MEILING
Nice stay!

We enjoyed the newer re-modeled floor and rooms were quiet. Bed was amazingly comfortable. Had a quick dinner after a long day of travel and it was very tasty and enjoyable!
Meghan
Great gym and staff

Excellent for SEA airport
Summer
I liked how close it was to the airport. Very nice property. Rooms are small but very nice and well laid out. Parking at the hotel is spendy! Even if staying there. Good news though long term parking right next door, easy walking distance, for a reasonable rate. We had dinner in the restaurant. VERY convenient! Most items were $22 range, hubby & I shared a pizza for $21, it was approx. 12\" and tasted a bit like a frozen pizza you pop in oven. NOT terrible but meh. Glass of plain Jane pinot Grigio $10 & a bud light 9. I will definitely stay here again & recommend it. Oh and we opted to use their shuttle which leaves on the hours and every half hour. I realize there is a skybridge just a short walk away but it looked like once we got to the airport side we'd be walking for miles (but I have no actual idea) the shuttle was prompt, clean and got us right where we needed to be.
ANDREA
Thanks to front desk staff for helping me put!!! Putting my safety first!!
Wendy
BEWARE!! Stay Anywhere else!!! Check in staff are very rude and won't send the shuttle for you when you call for it from the airport!!!
The lady we had at check in would not send the shuttle for us and then when we walked over with all of our bags and asked for a manager we found out she is the only one there at night so we got even more rude treatment because then she was mad so she tried to double charge my credit card
Seriously stay ANYWHERE ELSE!!

Staff are very friendly and accommodating

Walked into skybridge and greeted with the most beautiful smile. The girl at night was amazing great customer service i forgot her name and because of her we’ll be back to stay at this property
Mark
Very nice hotel.
Jenifer
I was given what was called an upgraded room. It looked like it had new carpet, but although there was plenty of space for a couch and/or chair, there was no place to sit but the bed. There was also no actual closet--just three pegs on the wall. Since I was traveling for business, this was very inconvenient. I also had to ask for an ironing board, which when it arrived had a nail sticking out of it. The bathroom amenities consisted of a bar of soap with no soap dish--the soap stuck to the counter as soon as it got wet. And the windows appeared to be filthy on the outside. To top it off, room service did not appear until 4 days into my stay--there was no notice about this or when to expect it. I'll look for somewhere else to stay next time I have meetings near the airport.
Leslie
It’s convenient to use when flying. Comfortable beds.
Vicky
Great place to stay. Convenient walk to light rsil

GREAT
Brenda
It was a decent hotel
Few problems
Zero water pressure had to call maintenance
Tv not working had to call maintenance
It’s clean and nice but don’t expect to get any rest
The people staying here both nights were incredibly noisy
I noticed that upon checking in and asked for a quiet area because of my flights
Much noise in the hallways and the rooms

I was impressed with of all things a shower. The water was hot, had good pressure, towels were thick, ample and soft. Room was clean and bed comfortable.

Gail
Clean, quiet and the breakfast was excellent
Michael
So convenient for an early flight the next morning.
Ricky
Stayed in room 502. The room was ok other than needing some upgrading but the real issue was the carpet. It was desperately in need of some major cleaning. The bottom of our socks were filthy after walking on the carpet.
Ellen
comfortable bed, nice linens, spotless bathroom
Gilles
The room was cold, I had to set the heating to 75f and even after 1h the bathroom floor was very cold.
I’m a Canadian and normally I set the heat at 68f at home and it is more comfortable than that.

Staff and amenities were perfect. The location was challenging to find (driving thru an industrial area) but the hospitality made up for that inconvenience.
Patricia
Beautiful room with adequate and working outlets for charging devices.
Bronze
Nice sized room this time. The staff was friendly, the room clean, comfortable, and safe.
Bronze
The room was very small and cramped. But we only had an overnight so it was fine. In room coffee was good, and the bathroom equipment worked fine. Such a short stay no time to use much of the facility, only slept and continued our airline journey.
Brandon
Clean room. Great place to stay after a canceled flight

Room was clean and staff were friendly.
Mary
Let me put this in perspective. The price point does not have expectations of a highend resort YET I have been staying here intermittently for years. Definitely needs some money put into the basics. The heater in the room sounded like an aircraft ready for takeoff. NONE of the plugs in the room worked so you couldn't plug in your device except in the bathroom to charge. Just basics. When it was Crowne Plaza it was a bit better. Just an honest evaluation.
Linda
Great choice for a hotel near the airport. Flawless check in and the room was clean and well appointed. There’s a handy kiosk in the lobby for snacks and drinks. The shuttle to the terminal left on time and the driver was super helpful with our bags. Would absolutely recommend.
Mary
Perfect location to get to airport without taking a shuttle
Shawn
Room was mediocre for the price. Dinner options provided little healthy choices. Ate out.

Everything was great!
Siegfried
Great for in-transit overnight.
Gordon W
The front desk staff was helpful and kind. The cafe had a small menu but it was brilliant. And the cafe wait staff -- especially the principal servers at breakfast and at dinner -- were among the best wait staff we have ever encountered.
Lesa
There was no breakfast bar. No free breakfast. Bunch of BS
Douglas
As usual a nice room waiting and a friendly smile at check-in
Nori
Staff was friendly. Check in went smoothly. Room was clean. Bed was quite comfortable with plenty of pillows! Shuttle to the airport was prompt.

The room was very small. The staff was great. Fire alarm went off at 10:00 pm and we had to evacuate for an hour.
