Classic.....shows a pool available on Expedia but no pool was there. Actually Im sure there was a pool at one time and the owner can't afford to fix it. Front desk said \"we have no pool\". However pictures on Expedia show a pool and also listed in the amenities. Crap....if you don't have a pool thats fine but update the listing and pictures please. Really ? In this age of AI you could do this in minutes. We vote with our dollars.

One of the female employees working the front desk was very rude any time we asked a question. The hotel itself is in major need of updating/repairs. It was ok for 1 night, but for any longer stays, absolutely NOT. Stay somewhere else.
The only positives were the shuttle to/from Seattle airport and the beds were soft.

The staff was very helpful in sending us a free shuttle to pick us up at the airport. They also helped us in signing up for a shuttle to the pier in Seattle for our cruise (this shuttle was an extra cost directly to the shuttle driver - $25.00 per person).
The beds and pillows were comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
The dinner at the restaurant on the premises was delicious and reasonably priced. The breakfast was just okay and if we stay there again we will eat dinner there but will walk just down the street to the Denny’s for breakfast.
Overall, the hotel was economical and convenient and we would stay there again.

The facility was convenient for an overnight stay before flying out the next day. Check in was problematic because they said that the WiFi was down. They would need to physically walk you to your room door to let you in each time. Within a couple of hours the WiFi was up, and I was given a room key card.

However, while inside of my room, with a 'Do not disturb' sign posted, someone tried to enter my room, which set off my personal alarm door stopper. I contacted the front desk because I assumed that it was a room pirate looking to steal whatever they could find.

I was told that the problem was related to the check in process when they initially couldn't complete my check in because of the WiFi issues.

I'm still completely puzzled why any legitimate person would try to enter a room with a 'Do not disturb' sign hanging on the door. It was a red flag that someone was probably inside.

For an early afternoon check in! She was so thoughtful and kind. To our surprise, there was a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant next to the front desk. when we arrived at our suite, we were pleasantly surprised with our living room pull out sofa and nice size bedroom with a king bed. Vacation on a budget a family of five! the hotel also has pullout beds, which was perfect two to a sofa bed two to the king size bed, and one on the rollaway bed. Worked out fantastic. The number on the Hotel call list at the airport didn’t work so I called the number listed with the hotel name on the board. I was able to book online but had some questions about our stay. When I called the hotel, the person I spoke to was not friendly at all. Every time I called, the phone rang at least a dozen times (yes, I counted). When we checked in, the counter person was not very friendly.

The shuttle from the airport was great. When we got ready to return to the airport, we had to wait quite a while for the driver.

Our room was clean but in need of updating. The bathroom had waterproof tape on one wall.

There was an Asian restaurant on site. It was the only restaurant around, so we didn't have a choice. The food was just ok but the restaurant was not clean. It was very disappointing.

The carpet was gross, but my main complaint is the shuttle service. The only reason most people stay is the proximity to the airport.

You must call to get the shuttle from airport. We and another person called several times for the shuttle only to be told he was on his way. We waited upwards of 30 minutes for it, even though the drive is a mere 7 minutes. The driver and the recruiting acted as though we were bothering them.

On the trip back to the airport the next morning, the lobby was full of travelers needing to get back. This driver also seemed irritated that he had to deal with us and, during the heaviest demand, they should have had 2 shuttles running.

The room was clean however it is not sanitary to have your coffee station set up on the bathroom. What a health hazard..we certainly did not chance making coffee in the bathroom!!
We also we told that a shuttle would take us to the sea port free of charge. After scheduling a pick up time with the front desk clerk, a man came over and said \" is it just the 2 of you? I Replied yes thinking this was our driver. We went into a black car and was driven to the airport. As we proceed to get out of the car the driver said it would cost $55.00 after a debate of calling the hotel and creating a sense we paid the $55. And realized we were not on the hotel shuttle bus.

First, it took over 45 minutes to get the hotel shuttle when it was less than 10 minutes away I went to wash my hands in the bathroom after arriving and the sink took about an hour for it to drain. We had some food we were going to store in the mini-fridge, but the room didn't have one. We had to throw all the food away. Was so upset, we decided to go down to have a couple of drinks only to find out they don't have a liquor license. I would have never chosen such a terrible place if I knew they didn't have the amenities that they said they did!

Oh boy... where do I begin.
Let me first say that the PM Alisha and her staff were very nice helpful and caring! That said we had 3 uninvited guests in our room maybe more.... cockroaches! Yuck and possibly bed bugs too. My wife felt bites on her legs and feet. And the hallways and room smelled like mold.
We ended up checking out after the first night. Alisha gave me a full refund too and was very understanding and apologetic. My guess is that the owners are too cheap to make any sort of improvements to the property and the poor staff are stuck in the middle having to apologize for all of the discussing issues....that's all I've got good luck!

The parking area behind the building felt sketchy and unsafe, especially late at night. There were multiple people sitting in cars smoking marijuana in the parking lot, which did not create a welcoming or secure environment for guests.

Inside the hotel, the hallways smelled like a mixture of cigarette smoke, marijuana, and curry. Guests were slamming room doors throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep. Cleanliness and air quality are basic expectations at any hotel, and this property failed badly in both areas.

The overall atmosphere felt tense and uncomfortable. I honestly felt like I had to sleep with one eye open, and while walking through the halls I felt like I needed to keep my head on a swivel due to what felt like an active hostile environment rather than a place meant for rest.

The room itself lacked basic amenities. There was no mini fridge or microwave, which was inconvenient.

The most concerning issue was the bathroom cleanliness. I noticed very small bugs crawling around the grout outside the bathtub. If they had simply been ants that would have been understandable to a degree, but these were clearly not ants and appeared to be something entirely different.

After my stay, I looked through reviews for this hotel and found many other guests reporting bugs in their rooms as well, which makes it seem like a recurring issue.

Overall, the property felt neglected and poorly maintained. I definitely will not be staying here again.
