Reserved a king. Upon arrival requested a double queen, as expedia showed it was available. The lady said they didn't have a double queen. In fact, they didn't even have the king available. Said they could cancel my reservation when I protested but my daughter and I had nowhere to go. We checked out a day early and spoke with a nice gentleman who promised we would not be charged for the second night, since they did not have the room we needed. To this day, no refund has been issued,

Staff are friendly and very accommodating, We arrived and give a us room with dirty linens on the table and unmade bed. Give us a different room, disgusting. Bed frame is made of metal frame,Squeaky and dirty looks like human dead skin cells around it! Pillows are paper thin! Clog bathroom sink with hairs from previous guess probably. Free coffee with no creamer? Kidding me? Homeless car parked on hotel parking lot! Beware! Check out 11 am. 10:35am staff asked to clean room. Dang!

Significantly lower rate than was available anywhere else close by. With that lower rate comes significantly fewer and/or lower quality amenities.

If you're looking save $$$ for a place to crash for an evening or 2 this could be an option, but don't expect high quality hotel experience.

Standing in line to check in two individuals burst through the doors yelling about bed bugs and saying another individual (who came through the door shortly after slamming it open) was racist. Hotel staff handled things professionally as they could but the two continued to be belligerent in the lobby. When I got checked in I proceeded towards my room but when I walked off the elevator I felt like I walked into a place of incarceration as there was yelling from various rooms along with dogs barking from others. There is no carpet, so sounds echo and seems to reverberate throughout the floor. Was pretty chaotic stay that I don’t think I’d care to do again.

We booked this hotel five months in advance and had a confirmation email, so it was extremely frustrating to arrive and be told there was no room available for us. What makes this even more concerning is that our name was handwritten on a piece of paper behind the front desk, which suggests they were aware of our reservation. Otherwise, how would they have had our name?

Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience and significantly disrupted our travel plans. Afterward, I looked at the recent reviews and noticed many guests reporting similar issues. I wish I had paid closer attention to those reviews before booking.

I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel based on our experience.

When we checked into our room the TV was on but couldn’t find the remote, I went to front desk to ask about it and she said people have been stealing them and couldn’t do anything about supplying another one, The next day another lady was at front desk so I asked her about it and she seemed surprised that there was no remote and gave us a remote, The whole floor in our room including the washroom was sticky everytime we rook a step, And I mean everywhere, The refrigerator was plugged in and you can hear that it was on and on the coldest setting but it was warm inside the fridge and freezer ,Hairs on washroom floor, Would not stay there again

No coffee bar. There are no cups provided and the place is locked so you will have to have key cards to get anywhere throughout the building which is half nice, but you should be able to get into the lobby without a key. Also, you can also hear people upstairs next to you walking around, so it’s definitely hard to sleep. Some of the rooms are kind of falling apart and they don’t provide enough pillows or enough towels/ect

Overall my stay was adequate. I reserved a King, they only had a queen. The room was tidy, no frills, which is fine because I wasnt expecting any. I was expecting a telephone in the room, which they did not have. I was not expecting a used, dried up tampon to be under the bed, which they did have. Mixed review, I guess. The staff was nice. I felt safe. It was a roof over my head and a comfortable bed to sleep in.

The area is good, with a mall with plenty of food options within a 15 min walk. If you want an affordable stay and willing to bring the essentials such as soap, you will be happy with this stay.

Traveled all night and came in around noon which is not their problem at all, asked for an early check in and got a stern no that earliest would be 3. Okay come back at 4, still took awhile to check in, I am a women traveling not sure if it’s protocol to ask so many questions but didn’t make me feel safe at all. Finally got room keys and now was told water was being worked on all day so no hot water to shower after being on the road all night and waiting till 4. Elevator is excruciating long wait. Go up to the room and it’s still being cleaned, poor cleaning lady starts getting frantic saying it wasn’t on the list as ready so have to haul luggage and my dog back down. Another person in front of me taking forever to check in while I’m waiting in line the cleaning lady comes down and tells the front guy ten more minutes. Five o clock finally in the room and couldn’t even shower. Fridge didn’t work it was just a running heater. Don’t recommend if you need rest or have any sort of plans

Poor customer service overall. We didn’t have Wi-Fi for the first two days of our three-day stay and had to speak with three different staff members before anything was addressed. This place is an extended-stay apartment building than a hotel, with sketchy neighbors and an uncomfortable atmosphere. There’s no room service or coffee machine either. The room itself was decent with a kitchenette setup but the overall experience was disappointing.

I paid in advance for a 2 queen bed Accessible unit as I was taking my 96 year old father to a funeral. I specified I had to have a handi-capped unit so he could utilize the shower. We arrived about 6PM. There was a line to check in. One very nice lady checking people in, but VERY SLOW. It was finally my turn. I had my confirmation with me. She said she was sorry they had no accessible rooms. I said I prepaid on my reservation for this placed based on they HAD ACCESSIBLE rooms available. She said Sorry, but they had no accessible rooms. She said she had a king non-smoking. I said, NO, we need separate beds, she said OK, I'll give you two queens, and because we don't have the accessible room, I won't upcharge you for two queens. I said, I PAID FOR TWO QUEENS already. Anyway, we were tired after driving 6 hours, so took the room. The place was flithy, and pretty sketchy. Then, to add to it, the next morning, they had coffee in the lobby. I went to get my dad a cup of coffee. NO CUPS! I asked the attendant, they said Sorry we don't provide cups. How are you supposed to drink coffee with no cups? The whole experience was terrible, and this was not the least expensive room in the area. I paid more for the accessible room which we did not get. I am disappointed in that hotel, and also, hotels.com for not insuring we received the room we paid for in advance.

No major complaints. Staff were great, room was a decent size. Beds were comfortable, pillows not so much and needed more of a blanket. Lots of different smells: outside from the guests, in the hallway, elevator, in the room. I've never stayed at a Woodsprings before and probably won't again. The environment felt more like an extended stay for folks than a one night stay for in and out guests.

This was my first time at this place and I will definitely be returning here. It was great! Comfortable beds! I would like to have more pillows personally. But other than that everything was great the staff was great! The water runs hot nicely and quickly. The fridge is great having a kitchen it's just a nice bonus. It's nice to go grab snacks from the store and have a place to put it in. Lots of cubby holes for your luggage and clothes. I really like this setup. Big flat screen TV was awesome! Nice and quiet and good people all around.

I was pretty happy with my room, especially at this price point. It has a decent kitchen, with a full-size refrigerator, and the air conditioning and heating worked fine. The hotel is an extended stay concept and I'm not sure that most of the guests were tourists, like me. Many seemed to be workers, in construction trades and the like. Anyway, I wouldn't hesitate to stay again. We felt safe here and the price and condition of the room were pretty good. The chair in the room was torn and in clear need of replacement but the other fixtures and furniture were fine.

I would say the room was on the older side very basic amenities. The gym was pretty nonexistent. You could tell the property was old. They did do upgrades to the floor, so there is no carpet in their room, but the cleanliness was not on par. Unfortunately, however the bed itself was decently comfortable. The front desk lady was very kind, but don't show up too early because chances of an early check-in is not gonna happen. as to the location of where this actual hotel is, I was on a staycation and I can speak for the safety of the area is it is a lot of foot traffic. You can tell there was different groups of ages in and out a lot of activity on the second floor with the slamming of the doors pets randomly here and there my overall state was graded on lack of cleanliness, but the staff was very kind in the location is not great

The old addage is true. You get what you pay for. For less than $100 a night this close to SeaTac, it was am acceptable stay. There was a weird smell to the room, and some kind of stain on the bedsheets. While services like laundry were nice, there was a pool of water on the floor.. The people in the room across from me had 2 vedy loud and noisy dogs and there was a dirty overflowing trashcan in the hall.

Checked in and was greeted by a squashed cockroach by the elevators. Asked for a refund, but my refund was declined, although I mentioned the cockroaches and the dirty room. The hotel mentions being pet-friendly, but they had a small patch of dried grass that was more dirt than anything. I don't know what it had more of, cigarette buds or unpicked-up dog feces. Even my dogs refused to go to the bathroom. The hotel had a weird overpowering smell on every floor, probably an attempt to mask the pungent smell of urine, ESPECIALLY coming from the first floor. The bathroom was worse than a filthy hair salon. It was full of hair all over the floors, toilet, and counter. The hairdryer was dirty with what I hope was makeup, and a couple of bright pink hair strands were stuck on it. I know I voluntarily stayed, but it's because I'd be dammed if I let this hotel rob me anymore. Never AGAIN will I be staying in this hotel. And also, people live here. Longterm. With the cockaroaches.

Cons:#1 asked for extra pillows as those where flat girl said they didn't have any it's hospitality very obvious she was Lying.
#2 went to get clean towels in morning #2 of staying there a lady seemed annoyed and said you're supposed to wait till 9:00 a.m. to ask for towels let her know no one told me that how was I supposed to know.
#3 I asked housekeeper for dishwasher tablet as the ones I brought ran out as the dishes or all dirty in dishwasher on arrival had chunks of SpaghettiOs or something on the dishes. She looked at me and said oh we don't have any right now, which made me think so you're just putting dirty dishes or not washing them to the new cleaned rooms since you don't have any ??again very obvious they were lying!
Every single interaction with the employees was not good but not stay there again only had two bath towels and two washcloths no hand towels in the room no soap for the kitchen area I mean Bare Bones Hotel pillows were horrible very cheap wobbly.

Quiet, safe place to stay

The safety and security of the place was amazing love the fact that you could not access the building unless you were staying there so I felt very safe. The bed was really high up so I had trouble getting into it one of the light flashed constantly I reported it as soon as I checked in I was told there were no other single rooms available. They could put me in a double room, but I would have to pay extra so I said just put in a maintenance request at the nine days that I stayed there not one time did maintenance come to fix that light so I was not able to use the light in the kitchen area at all. There was no light above the stove so anytime I cook to cook in the dark I know at most places housekeeping checks on the room at least once a week. I did not see how keeping one time.
It was extremely quiet, which was nice overall it was a nice hotel and I would possibly stay again. Maybe not at that location due to the fact that I had to cook in the dark and I couldn’t get into the bed properly.

I booked a King room nine months in advance, but upon arrival, we were informed that we had been downgraded to a Queen room because our originally booked room had been given to someone else.
We were told there are only three or four King rooms in the entire hotel, with the rest being Queen rooms. While we were given a “discount,” it was simply the price difference between the King and Queen rooms — not a meaningful gesture given the inconvenience.
Had we known we would end up in a room with only a Queen-sized bed, we would not have booked this hotel.

However, no soap in room or available at front desk, "We're all out, sorry." No phone in room, "Some of phone jacks not working so, if no phone means jack not working." The inability of the front desk to contact our room led to us almost losing our delivery dinner, since front desk would not let them go to room, due to security. No one from hotel came to our room either.
Front desk person said hotel was undergoing remodel. It would have been nice to know that ahead of time.

Front staff was friendly but the room was not good. There was a heavy cigarette smell, the bathroom door was installed too low to the floor so was nearly impossible to open and close, and the smoke alarm in the bathroom was totally gone. There was one spoon and one fork for two people to use, no dish soap, and no hand towels. Not a great experience. We won’t be staying here again. Door issue is a major safety concern for seniors and small children. Room 312 should not be used until it is fixed.

Please don't be fooled by the professional pictures. While it's a "newer" property, it's already showing it's age. So-so check-in, no toilet paper in the room, and general uncleanliness of the cleaned room - little hairs everywhere (the kinds of hairs you don't want to see), floors generally dirty. We had a nice 2 nighter at Woodspring Suites. Upon entering building we were greeted by the nice manager Jackie, who checked us in and provided room keys. The room was nice with amenities are as seen in the pictures.
When we went to turn on the AC we noticed it wasn't pumping cold air and mentioned this to Jackie and he promptly replaced the newer designed modular AC unit with another one as well as a light bulb (pot light) that was flickering) and did this right away. Thank you Jackie! The toilet paper, towels and soap situation were sparse, and not replenished and recall signing something at the front desk acknowledging that there's a fee if sorts for more supplies. Overall a decent visit, good sleep.and really appreciated the attentive manager who really helped make our stay comfortable.

Property was easy to find is what I liked. I dislike my room, bed had blood stainon it and room smelled like bleach.

It's bare bones and priced accordingly. Having a low base price and charging extra for things only some people want (eg a coffee maker, hangers) is a plausible approach. But a second chair in a 2 person room would have been nice.

We stood at the front desk wanting on service for about 10 minutes... We could hear employs talking and laughing. I finally had to say excuse me loudly to get their attention. My intentions were not to be rude and disturb them.
