Clean room .
William
Just a little better breakfast or something that wasn’t lunch for breakfast
Penny
Loved all the space in our suite. We have 5 kids ages 5-15. This gave us beds for everyone. It was spacious, clean, and updated. Great facility.
John
Staff was great. Room was clean, water pressure great and the location was close to Seafood City and Asian Restaurants.

The breakfast was disappointing
John E
This is my go to place to stay from now on when I go to the Seattle area. I feel everything and everyone was top.
Rovin
We love the place
Isaac
The rooms were very clean, staff was amazing, our room was next to two of the doors that get you in the building so it could get loud at times but overall a excellent stay.
jose
Everything else seemed fine, except for the hot water in the bathroom, which runs out very quickly, and even if you wait 15 or 20 minutes, it doesn't heat up again until much later.
Stirling
Breakfast was awesome. And changed slightly day to day. Something for adults and for kids. Tacos, eggs, oatmeal, cereal, sausage, muffins, fruit, yogurt, juice etc.
Sahilpreet
Amenities were great. Rooms are nice and spacious.
jennifer
Good Service. Hotel was not as clean as last year. Starting to show some wear in the rooms with furnishings and tile. Still a great option. Gabbing kitchenette is great for making food, coffee ect.
Cassi
Every single thing was amazing and so accommodating . We will definitely be back to stay again .
Kenneth S
Service is always excellent at this hotel. We always stay there on our twice yearly trips to Seattle. The breakfast is also great with different food options each morning.
Arelio
Better variety of breakfast
Tony
Good breakfast
Phillip
The reception staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean and spacious.
Scott
My only issue is that they changed us to 2 separate suites, instead of my original reservation of a 2 bedroom suite. It made it challenging to take care of my 70 year old sister in law along with a sick wife. Other than that, the rooms were in great shape, very clean and I'll definitely be looking for homewood suites on future trips.
Melissa
enjoyed my stay
PRAJWALITHA
The room assigned to me was no way similar to the pictures online. the restroom is messy, wet. the door was blocked
Nola

No phone in the room, doors loose and unsafe! Like the spacious and linen thou!
Steve
Room was starting to show some wear, but was clean and comfortable. Staff was pleasant.
savitrie
I really like the spacious rooms and the cleanliness of the property.
Carol
The hotel is very loud. Sits next to train tracks, which run all night long. Walls are very thin. Not real clean but the staff are nice.
Kendra
We stayed here for a recent soccer tournament. Being able to walk to the Starfire facility was amazing. The pool area was great to have access to on a hot weekend. The room size and quality exceeded my expectations. I did have some trouble with housekeeping though.
Dale
Ants in the room. Narrow beds
Donald
Property is showing it’s age.
Jan Philipp
Great place to stay - as always with Homewood suites
Anita
Needs more attention in rooms. Hooks hanging, drains clogged. Carpet smelled.
Dean
The hotel failed to provide rooms at check-in and the staff was unsure of what to do since the rooms were not yet cleaned. It made everyone waiting very stressed and we were close to finding a new hotel.
Dianna
Offered great complementary breakfast
Chloe
The room had ants and was musty.

Great location
Bed was very comfortable. But the air conditioner was loud. Also, room was not cleaned during our entire 3-night stay.
Marta
Nice hotel, close to the airport, to highway and to the mall. Convenient location for traveling. 30 min drive from downtown Seattle. Clean room, good breakfast and friendly staff.
Rashi
Very convenient, apartment style units. We got the two bedroom option, worked out great, like airbnb, only better! These suites come with housekeeping, free breakfast and convenient parking. The location is great, very close to shopping, dining and minutes from the airport!
Katie
Love the convenience of this being walking distance to Starfire. Breakfast and amenities are good. Only issue was the pool chlorine levels which turned all of our kid’s hair blue/green! Might be time for a rebalance.
Lindsey
We have stayed here several times. The walkable proximity to Starfire is very convenient. The pool and grounds are nice. This time we had sugar ants in our room and the room smelled a little funky, like someone had tried to mask cigarette smoke. The full fridge and freezer are useful, as is the microwave. There was no dish soap in the kitchenette to clean dishes. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was working hard to keep everything stocked. I do wish there was a larger room option that included a balcony. A hot tub would also be nice.
Ramon
I have stayed there before & everything was good but the carpets need to be cleaned . My husband was walking on it barefoot & his feet were very dirty after walking around on carpet for a while. I had socks on & also got cery dirty. Otherwise everything & everyone was okay//pleasant just have the carpets cleaned more often.
Nebiyou
Clean room and I love it
Mary
Spacious!
stacy
The room was a great sized room with a kitchenette. The bed was very comfortable with plenty of extra pillows and blankets. The pool was fun for the kids. Continental breakfast had everything you could ask for! Great location next to the starfire sports complex. Will stay again for sure!
Christo
This is the second time our family has stayed here and we enjoyed it both times! We love the full kitchen amenities and the wide open space making it feel just like home. My two young children really enjoyed their time and the complimentary breakfast was a plus, especially with young children. We didnt have to worry about going out to buy food and had more time to focus on other things.
Lien
Check-in was quick and easy, lots of parking available and parking was free, which was a plus. They offer housekeeping after the 2nd day (we stayed 4 days), but we did not get this service. This was after we informed the front desk we needed housekeeping bc we have young kids and needed trash taken out, more towels, etc. Front desk confirmed the service but we came back to a room that wasn’t cleaned. That was our biggest complaint but everything else was fine with the stay.
Jerry
My wife and I were in Washington fo appointments. The staff, the breakfast, the rooms, and the cleanliness were great!
Yvonne S De La
Great stay and easy check in. Room was a little run down.
Erin
The room was clean and spacious. The outdoor pool was heated so my kids got to swim. The breakfast exceeded expectations. The customer service was excellent.
Andrea
Nice hotel for extended stay. The rooms have two sections, one for sleeping and one as a sitting room with full kitchen. The rooms are spacious and overall nice, clean and comfortable. The area where the hotel is set is super quiet and at the same time there is an easy access to major highways.
Laura
The only real negatives had to do with accessing the room. There were narrow walkways between separate buildings, which we were directed to go through with luggage racks. The buildings did not have elevators. All the entrances were outdoor entrances. The luggage racks were not very useful. We had to unload everything at the bottom of a pair of stairs and walk it up. The dining area in our suite wasn't really sufficient for the amount of people that the room could sleep. I'm a big fan of being able to sit down together at a table when we're eating. A couple of us always had to sit on the couch. Other than that, the room was great. Very comfortable stay. We would stay here again.
Mary
Breakfast was delicious. Pool was nice. We had the big room that slept 8. It was so spacious and nice. It wasn’t that far from TMobile stadium. Would definitely stay again.
Jennifer
The room we was perfect for our family of five. Spacious two bedrooms with two bathrooms and a common area between the them. The main lobby was beautiful and inviting, and breakfast was delicious. The front desk staff came across as indifferent and unaccommodating, especially at check-in, but otherwise it was a great stay.

Good
Laurie
We have stayed here many times over several years because it is so convenient for our primary reason to be in the area. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, room kitchens well appointed, breakfast buffet is plentiful and included. The shining star here is the excellent customer service provided by everyone on the staff - front desk, housekeeping, breakfast attendants all are helpful and thoughtful. This means so much to us when we travel even for short stays!
While there are other convenient - and lower priced - options in the area, this remains our favorite overall place and it's worth it.

For my entire stay with 2 kids, i was given a 3rd floor but the elevator stopped working the first day and wasnt working for next 3 days. We had to use the stairs for everything up and down like 3-4 times a day.. that wasnt nice..
the breakfast timings were also till only 9 am so mostly none of the familt members can join for breakfast.

Robert
The suites were roomy and made it feel like a home. There was plumbing issues in my daughters room so she got Moved to another room and our plumbing in out suite was having draining issues in the toilet and bathroom sink. Breakfast staff couldn’t keep up stocking fresh food to a medium sized crowd.
Xamayta
The staff responded promptly to my messages. They were professional, respectful, and very nice. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was really good. They have variety depending on the day and vegan/vegetarian options! They left a bag with treats/eggs on Easter Sunday. My kid thought the Easter bunny left it for him and make him happy. That was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated.
Laurie
Have stayed here many times. Always great. Note: they havs added overnight oats and chia cups with fresh fruit available for toppings to their already excellent breakfast buffet. Nice touch. We will be back again soon!
Yanfei
Clean and spacious room. Close to the airport.
Toni
Very clean very quiet felt secure excellent breakfast!
Aron
Great place, nice annd spacious for the price! elevator was weird but there was a sign saying it was scheduled for repair.
Karen
Service was awesome, a different hot, full breakfast every day, and well lit bike path right there. Close to a park and freeways. Am going back soon!
Jeffrey
i try to stay in Homewood Suites all over the country when I travel. They are spacious and like being at home.
Matthew
Wonderful family vacation
The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious, and our family appreciated the space to spread out. Our boys loved the sport court. The proximity to the Airport was ideal.
Lien
kids love it!
victoria
I’ve stayed at the property a few times, even though there is a train that passes by it’s still a quiet area and don’t notice it. Very clean, the breakfast isn’t the best at least some of the options for my stay. Also never allow early check in
Jason
Nice customer service
James
everything
Joseph
Clean great room stay. Very nice place.
Cynthia
The room was dirty when we arrived. A half eaten meat stick on the floor and the last persons dirty wash cloths hanging over the shower curtain. The sink didnt drain and garbage disposal was broke. Theres a problem with the light switches not turning on for aboht 30 seconds. When we woke up at 6 to get ready to leave we had a call and knock on the door that staff said "we need to do something about our room" i booked to get 5 kids to tacoma ready for competition early. Breakfast is at 7. 6 is not an unreasonable time to get ready. You shouldnt put a family on the top floor if your tenants will complain.
Also shady looking people living in the hotel made it look sketcky. Will not be staying at a hilton hotel again. I thought they were nicer.

I liked the quiet area this hotel has, even though it’s on a major shopping area and busy part of town, this hotel has its own little spot that is quiet. The staff wasn’t the greatest still waiting for them to send my iPad back to my kids
John L
The location was perfect for what we had planned for our visit
Christian
Spacious, clean rooms with everything you'd need for a short or extended stay. Friendly staff. Construction around the property was a bit inconvenient, but a perfect stay otherwise.
Jennifer
Great Property. Close to Star Fire for soccer. Clean, convenient, great breakfast, clean lobby, spacious rooms. Great for long stays and kitchenette comes in handy.
Jeffrey
Great place to stay
Miriam
The hotel room was comfortable, and check-in was smooth and easy. However, after checking out, I realized the next day that I’d left a personal bag behind, which contained a necklace. I immediately contacted the hotel to ask about my bag and its contents. Unfortunately, while the bag was returned by housekeeping, the necklace was missing. That experience was both disappointing and frustrating.
Kristen
We definitely were not thrilled with the cleaning of our room before we checked in.
We found dirty towels behind the master bathroom door and in the double room there were tissues and someones e-cigarette device on the floor in the kids room.
We had to ask twice for them to come get the dirty towels, and it wasnt until day 2 they took them, but originally suggested we leave them outside our door, no thanks I'm not touching someone else's dirty towels.
Cleanliness was overlooked in our room for sure.

Just ok
The hotel as a whole was nice. However, there were a few things that were not up to par. Like towel hooks barely secured to the wall. And the breakfast seemed like it was thrown together. Not presented very well. And outside the rooms were a lot of spider webs and insects.
David
We used to stay at this hotel often, but my company has a nightly budget that is too low now to book this hotel. what has remained top drawer is the staff and the room cleanliness. sadly the breakfast is about equal to other hotels we stay at and it used to be the absolute best.
Robert
Very clean and comfortable

We have stayed here before and it was great. Unfortunately, this particular room was not great. Broken toilet that kept running, broken pull out couch, and no dishwasher detergent or dish towels in kitchenette. There was also no room phone so I had to use my cell phone to call the front desk.

It was a mini house! It was perfect and not overly priced for a last minute stay. The room was perfect for me and my family. The children loved the stay, thank you so much for the wonderful stay!

You scammed me out of 460 dollars. I was not allowed to check in since I missed a day. You deserve to be sued
