Overall very nice. We were in a large room on the ground floor. The room was clean. The breakfast and coffee were great. My only concern was the fan on our heating and cooling unit would not stay on So there was no fan noise to help us sleep and drowned out the other hotel noises.

The hotel is outdated and is on renovation on four floor. Noises from renovation occur during the day. We arrived at the airport in the afternoon and waited at least 45 minutes for the hotel shuttle bus with multiple phone calls. Breakfast is OK. Bathroom floor has lot of stains on it. Sink in our room is blocked when arrived.
With current condition of this hotel it's not at 3 stars rating.

Checked out prior to breakfast time so I wasn’t able to try it. Was able to check in prior to check-in time which I was very grateful for after waking up early from leaving our cruise and traveling with a toddler. Didn’t see any walkable places to eat (we ordered via UberEats). Airport shuttle was spacious and perfect! (We had a 5AM flight) Ps. Please make sure they add you to the shuttle list if using it (I messaged the property twice AND told the person at the front desk we would need the airport shuttle service at 3AM and we were not added to the list. We were blessed that another couple needed the shuttle service for the same time and were able to “tag along” but if we had checked out 5 minutes later, we would’ve missed it and had to order an Uber.)

We booked a room with two beds for four people for one night. The room was clean, but some areas of the building could use further improvement. For example, the elevator area and other common areas needed better cleaning.

We also missed breakfast because the breakfast hours conflicted with the airport shuttle schedule. We left on a weekend morning. The first shuttle departed at 7:00 a.m., and the next one was not until after 8:00 a.m. This was inconvenient because we wanted to arrive at the airport before 8:00 a.m. As a result, we had to skip breakfast, which also started at 7:00 a.m.

I hope the hotel can offer more frequent airport shuttle service, especially in the morning. Had we known about the limited shuttle schedule in advance, we would not have booked this hotel.

We paid almost $300 for one night but were not even provided with bottled water. Overall, the stay was not worth the price we paid.

I booked 2 suites for my family to spend a night before our morning flight. The overall property was clean, but we encountered many disappointments and frustrations in the 13 hours we were there. There was no shuttle available for us when we needed to be at the airport. We would have had to leave an hour earlier or an hour later to use it. When we got to our rooms, one had dirty underwear hanging in the shower. After 2 hours, the shuttle driver came to resolve the issue, and he was prepared to take someone down, as he was told a man was showering in our bathroom. The other room had faulty air conditioning that resulted in a very warm room of 76*. It took 2 hours for someone to address it, and I was later told by the dual operations manager that they were fully booked, so no other rooms were available. When we asked for a fan, we were met with a response of exasperation and told they didn't have any. The front desk employee was flustered by the unique challenges we faced, which I understand, so, we let her know more than once that we knew the issues weren't her fault; but, she didn't handle things with kindness and seemed annoyed by the work she was doing and the questions we were asking. In addition, the pool is advertised as being heated, and it was so frigid that lips were purple within minutes. I have been in contact with the dual operations manager, and she seems interested to help. I hope this is the case.

I recently stayed at the Sonesta in Renton, and my experience was a bit of a mixed bag.
On the positive side, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We had a pleasant stay in terms of the actual accommodations, and the breakfast provided each morning was quite good, offering a nice variety of options to start the day.
However, the service levels were disappointing. Despite staying for three nights, there was no housekeeping service throughout our visit. We did not receive any room refreshes, such as exchange of towels or fresh bedding, during our entire stay. We ultimately had to track down staff members ourselves just to get clean towels. For a multi-night stay, this lack of service was unexpected and inconvenient.
While the property itself is nice, the lack of standard housekeeping amenities really impacted the overall experience. I would hope to see better attention to guest service during future stays.

To start, hotel was clean and looked well kept. However, for a hotel close to the airport, I was disappointed that breakfast wasn’t available until after 6:30. Also, I was charged for parking when I didn’t have a vehicle. I didn’t see the charge until I was checking out and was told by staff that there was nothing they could do because it was already charged. That left an unpleasant feeling. Probably wouldn’t stay here again for that “policy”.

We had a cruise and wanted a one night stay. We got off to a rough start - we had to wait over an hour for a shuttle van to get to the airport. We asked for a recommendation for a car service to the cruise port - they gave us one and we were happy with them. Breakfast was good; standard stuff ne type of eggs, potatoes, sausage. No pancakes or waffles that I recall… toast and juice no yogurt either (?). It was fine for us, as we just needed something to tide us over until we got on ship. Room was clean, liked the bathroom pretty much, but everything was kind of a low light. Even the bathroom mirror light, which was cool looking, didn’t give off much light. A couple of hooks (the one on the door my clothes just slid off of) would really be great. Beds were fine but both pillows were soft. Overall, it was a nice place to stay. I thought it was a little overpriced for where it was (though it was soccer time, so everywhere was overpriced). We took uber to get to town where we went to the back, got something to eat, passed a soccer watch party. Felt safe to walk. Walked to supermarket and then had an Uber take us back to hotel. Would we stay there again? Probably.

No complaints about how the hotel was clean and maintained, but the location is very far from anything like being isolated, one hour away from downtown & 10 mins away from the bus station.
The shuttle service is very very poor, only available at the hour, we had to wait for 70 mins at the airport parking to get picked up & to call the service 3 times before the shuttle showed up!!
The worst was the receptionist who didn't say the truth knowing that the shuttle is not coming but kept saying the driver is on his way or \"I will call him to check where he is\"

I will never use this property again for sure.

The breakfast was pretty solid and fresh every morning. Upon check in I realized my room had an iron but the board was missing. I went to the front desk to ask for a board and was told one would be delivered. This request was not fulfilled until I asked again the following evening when I needed to iron for work meetings (the lady at the desk personally took care of it and was very sweet and professional). I had a 4 night stay for work and was placed on the fourth floor next to the elevator which was loud. Additionally, there were commercial box trucks parked out back each evening, using the lot as their load/unload zone (while not being guests) and 2 of the nights they were doing maintenance on them in the parking lot and unloaded them early each morning. The ice machine on the 4th floor is broken so there was a need to go to 3rd floor or 1st floor for ice. And finally, the first morning I did have an eight legged friend join me in the shower.

The staff at Sonesta were quite welcoming and were prompt in communication both by phone and personally. The rooms were clean and spacious and honestly some of the most comfortable pillows I’ve had at a hotel stay. There was some hair in the shower, which is why I rated cleanliness as good, but otherwise there was no issue. The shower was clean so it could have been from the cleaning staff. The indoor pool was not warm, but my kids still made the best of it. The included breakfast was typical hotel fare, nothing special, but everyone walked away full and happy. I would definitely recommend and stay at this hotel again.

The toilet in my room didn't have a lid on it. I don't know what has happened since my last stay at this place, but even the supervisor wasn't able to tell me. I wonder if it might have been the fact that they gave me a handicapped room even though I didn't request one. Also, I should have gotten a discount, but since I booked the room through Hotels.com, they couldn't make any adjustments to the rate or the room itself. Overall my stay was much less enjoyable than it has ever been in the past. I'm going to have to think really hard before ever booking here again.
