I would like to recognize the front desk people, (day and night shift ), the drivers, the housekeeper that cleans our room perfectly/spotless every day, the dining room or the breakfast ladies. And the guy that maintains the ground floor keeping it clean, I saw him every day since we checked in until we checked out. I can’t thank you guys enough for your unwavering efforts and dedication to work.
Eric
We booked the king suite with 3 beds for our 5 person family. The room was a terrific size for 5 people. The location is great, with two fast food places next door and others within a short drive. The free breakfast was pretty much the best I've seen at a hotel. Clean with GF options and everything separated into individual serving racks so there's no cross contamination. We're happy we booked this for our family trip to Seattle, and would recommend this place to anyone.
Sarah
Second stay and was just as impressed this time. Very professional staff and clean, safe, and comfortable lodging.
Sarah
Great place to stay. Would book again. Safe for single travelers.

Room was clean and ready on time. Staff was super nice and helpful. Shuttle from airport was prompt and driver very friendly. They held our excessive luggage from 0900 until check in with any questions or additional fees.

Had a fun family stay. Good value. Would stay here again. Comfy bed. Nice front desk staff. Thank you.

The front desk staff were incredibly professional and welcoming. We stored 10 pieces of luggage at the hotel the day before check-in, and they handled everything quickly and efficiently without any hesitation. They made it feel like it was simply part of their job, which actually made me feel a little embarrassed for asking.
Check-in the next day was smooth and hassle-free. The room was very clean, and the bedding felt fresh and new.
The breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and we stayed for two nights with a different selection each morning, which was a nice touch.
Overall, it was an excellent experience. I would give this hotel a perfect 10/10.

Room was big, had coffee pot, fridge with freezer. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was good as well. Eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals, and waffles. Had the fifa games playing and coffee and water in lobby. Airport shuttle as well as shuttle to mall.
Matthew
It worked well but far to Airport
Tamie
Overall, we had a great stay! For Seattle-area prices, we definitely got a great deal. The staff was kind and helpful. We took advantage of the little market they have downstairs when our kiddo got a craving for fruit snacks. The hot breakfast was an added bonus! It was easy to get to the park & ride for easy access to the Link light rail to downtown Seattle. Really, the only downside was that the hot tub wasn't actually hot (lukewarm at best) and only one of the jets really worked.

Great spacious room, breakfast, pool/spa, and close to ALL the things!
Anglia
We got there very early and though they couldn’t give us a room right away, they were able to give us one much earlier than check in time. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, beds were clean, soft, the pool was perfect for the kids although it was still too cold for me.
Great for a night waiting to get our plane the next day.

This was a very good stay. The staff was amazing and very accommodating. We got in early they allowed us to swim while we waited and then were able to allow us to check in early. They were helpful in directing us to the link rail. Highly recommend this hotel.

Adelina

Carrie
Breakfast was OK. The room was clean. Staff was great when checking in and I will stay every time. My grandson comes into town. He loves swimming and their pool was wonderful.
Max
Breakfast was amazing - enormous spread of options! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Things like lemon ice water in the foyer were just added details that made our stay even better. The pool was awesome and the hot tub was nice and hot. The only thing I didn’t like was how janky the elevators were. I did a lot of stair-climbing, but it never hurts to get the exercise.
Sherry
We have always been able to take our breakfast to our rooms was a real inconvience that we could not have breakfast then
Vicki
Personnel was very polite and went out of their way to help us.
We arrived before our rooms were ready and they allowed us to store our luggage until the room was ready. They also had a free shuttle to take us to the mall and then did 3 different pickup times, along with the shuttle from the airport. This is definitely appreciated. We will definitely stay here again if ever in Seattle.
The breakfast was plentiful with a huge selections.
Oh, they also have a small amusement park with go-karts, water bumper boats, and a few other items. They also give out coupons for admission.

Hard beds that hurt your whole body. Thats the only concern.
Anna
The front desk staff on check in and check out were incredibly helpful and friendly. The shuttle was clean and very useful to get to the hotel from the airport. Despite the traffic, our shuttle driver was friendly and did her best to make the trip quick. We were lucky to be placed into an updated and renovated room which was lovely! The bed and sheet were comfortable. I hope the lobby and breakfast areas get renovated, as they are a bit dated looking. The outside of the property was well maintained. That made it easy to forget the hotel is near a very busy road. We loved the location specially because it had multiple bus stations that took us to downtown and back to the airport. The breakfast wasn’t anything to write home about, but fueled us for the day.
Angelica
Todo estuvo muy bien!!! 100 % en todos sus servicios!!! Gracias

Unless you want to hear footsteps and voices by guests on all 4 levels, book elsewhere.

Good clean hotel near to our destination. Included breakfast was typical and not very amazing.
Other than that would recommend.

The property is a little dated and feels a little weird. The bed really is hard so be prepared for that. Bathroom was clean but water pressure a bit iffy on 4th floor. Check was easy and staff were friendly.
Thomas
Very friendly staff. The airport shuttle ran on time. I liked that the 3rd floor was designated as a quiet floor. Would stay there again.
Jason
Quick stay overnight before taking a cruise. Very nice room - liked the layout. Breakfast was also very good. The free shuttle from the airport was a very nice perk!

traveled with my husband and kids and the pool and hot tub were great! the breakfast was amazing and the staff was friendly and very helpful! We felt safe and cared for during our stay!
Kayla
The room was perfect for the five of us. The staff went over and beyond to ensure that we had everything we needed, including holding our luggage when we arrived super early after our cruise disembarked. The pool was a great temperature and the hot tub was perfect after a long journey. When we stayed, the hotel was undergoing some renovations so the building was a smidge disheveled but given the staff we encountered I don't believe that it will remain that way long.
Zinoviia
The stay at this hotel was quite comfortable, the rooms are clean and comfortable, but the blankets on the beds were all in yellow stains, as were the bedspreads. As for the breakfast, I can say that everything was quite tasty, even my toddler appreciated it well. The staff is very polite and ready to help with any question. There were no problems with parking. The pool: it was warm, but the strong smell of chlorine did not allow you to relax there, and it itself is outdated and worn out. I think the website should update the old photos of the pool and post the real ones. But overall, there are more pluses than negative emotions.
Stewart

Great staff, clean and modern rooms, great location.
Ellen
Our room was wonderful. Breakfast was not that good. It was odd honestly and not very appeasing. Boiled eggs, peeled and sitting in water, mixed vegetables, peas, carrots, green beans, and corn, potatoes that looked more boiled then fried, again sitting in shallow water, sausage that agin was sitting in water.
Miguel
Potatoes whereunderooked, dont understand the carrots/corn/beans melody. Everything else Great!
Jerardo
Great job!
Michael
Close to the mall, and family fun center.
Michelle
The pool area is loud. Breakfast was better on a Saturday than on Friday. The bed was very comfortable.
Dorothy
Staff was nice rooms are clean
Ron
Always super friendly people that are very helpful. You can’t beat the airport shuttle service and its great beyond belief that when you call on the phone you immediately get to talk with a person at the front desk
Tina
The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great with many options to choose from and the location of the place is great for families with kids because of the Family Fun Center, South Center Mall and restaurants close by.
Cyndi and Kirk
Lovely hotel. Great beds! Nice rooms. The staff were friendly, helpful, and available for questions. Close to a walking trail along the river. Looked like they are doing some refurbishing but it didn't create any noise or inconvenience. Would be happy to stay again.

Very busy with lots of soccer teams (tournament) but rooms were clean, staff was friendly and quick with checkin, breakfast was hot, well maintained with a huge variety offered. Definitely will stay here again. Very convenient location situated next to soccer fields and Family fun Center. Tons of places to eat close by.
Mahlet
Yes, it was great.
Becky
Went to the pool at 9pm hoping it would be quieter and we could enjoy the pool but there were kids still there with piercing screams so loud we had to leave, didn’t even get in. I know it is geared towards kids and family but would be nice if there was a little time for adults or if the parents would monitor their kids. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay.
Chrystal
Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The pool was great as well as breakfast.
Nancy
Left earlier before breakfast was ready.
