Room was clean, staff was great, Sadly I was roomed near a dog that barked during the night.
Larry
All facilities and accommodations were good, prices were fair and SeTac Airport access was excellent.
Ella
Expedia listed this hotel as \"breakfast included\", which it wasn't. This was a huge problem, bc we hadn't budgeted in the cost of breakfast for each person. I would not have booked it if I had been accurately informed. Otherwise, it was great.
Jeffrey
The property was well maintained close to the airport. I booked this room because it said it had room for 5 but it was just two queens and no cot was available so my son ended up sleeping
On the floor. No coffee just water in the am. Parking is 20$ a night. Don’t think I would book here again.

We’ve stayed at this hotel 5-6 times since November and it’s always amazing!! Our stays are usually short and we don’t often get to use the amenities but we’ve loved your hotel!
Nicole

We arrived to this property after getting off the Norwegian Bliss for an Alaskan cruise.
Our rooms were ready for us when we arrived. That was great because some of our party was not feeling well. This allowed them to rest in the room as we had an excursion planned for the afternoon. Our rooms were spacious, clean and with comfortable beds.I had booked for two nights but did not have a problem when we decided to leave a day early. When we arrived to the property my husband and I went to eat breakfast Staff made us each an omelette which was good. It was almost time for them to close the breakfast.
After our excursion we ate in the bar area for dinner. The burger and quesadilla we had were very good. We also used the early shuttle service to get us to the airport.

Great service, clean, location a plus and shuttle service to airport.

Property was nice and not too far away from the airport. I booked a balcony room and was given a regular room, the girl at the front desk happily corrected my room. The beds we super comfortable.. I regret getting the breakfast cuz it wasn't worth the charge for it.
Karyn
They only had coffee pot and no other amenities in the room

We’ve stayed here multiple times and last night was the worst bed!! It appears that the mattress wasn’t on a box spring so it almost felt like it would fall through the frame and it was WAY too soft!

We were greeted by a very professional front desk lady who I believe was named PUA, {Tia Rose}it was late at night and we were two exhausted 62 year old ladies that were ready for our room. we only made the reservation an hour before arrival. Check-in was a breeze.
Greg
Airport Shuttle was accommodating from Airport to Hotel. Nice lobby to relax in and a restaurant for food and beverages.

A very clean property with friendly and efficient staff in all areas of operations. The dinning room served an excellent buffet breakfast worth the fee and more than sufficient. Common areas were clean and appeared to be well maintained as well as the hotel exterior.
The suite was amazing, like a 1 bedroom apartment!! The balcony was a nice touch as well to enjoy the cool but fresh air and scenic view of the river. Comfortable, quiet and very clean.

Got to my room only to find the TV not working. Really?
Breakfast was not included. Paid (almost) $5 for a cup of (Starbucks) coffee which tasted days old. Gross, threw it away. They could do better.

Courtyard Marriot saved me when I had a last minute safety issue with a previously booked place. I was so grateful to arrive to a clean, safe place to sleep. Check in was quick and easy and the bed was so comfortable. Reliable, as always!

Great looking gym
John
Clean and comfortable!!! Nice walking path close by for pups!!!
Deana
The staff was wonderful and very helpful! The food in the restaurant was very good; the best hamburger I have had in quite some time. It was a little pricey but not really anymore than Uber Eats. The restaurant staff were very friendly and definitely on top of their game! Shuttle was very pleasant as well. My only complaint is the bed was not very comfy. I prefer something a little firm. When I sat on the bed, I sunk way down.
Angella
Excellent location and service
Linda
The issue I have with this hotel is it has the same description as the other Courtyard by Marriott SEA-TAC. This location is NOT as close to the airport and should not have the same description.
Jolene
Courtyard by Marriott SeaTac Area was a great place to stay when my flight was cancelled. Be aware - there are 2 Courtyards near SeaTac - “Airport” and “Area”. . When calling for a shuttle, confirm your reservation to be sure you have called the correct hotel.
Christine
It was awesome. Great customer service. Nice spacious clean room.

Great stay right near aiport, makes it simple and easy
Neal
The property was very nice and clean and staff was very helpful. The problem we had was the cloying floral scent in the room. We checked out after 45 minutes. It flared up my wife’s asthma and allergies as well as my allergies. We tried to air out the room but could not reduce the scent. We requested another room but were told all rooms had that scent. If you don’t have allergies, it is a nice place to stay.
Mike
Perfect for our trip nack from a cruise. Early check-in was greatly appreciated. Comfy bed, spacious room. Thanks!
Anthony
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. They went the extra mile to make our stay great.
Natascha
Everyone was very nice. Easy in and out.
Sara
Very accommodating to our early flight. Great staff.
Angela
We really enjoyed our stay here! Very clean and comfortable. They offered a free shuttle to and from the airport. They also let us check in early as we had to get to the Seattle Mariners baseball game the same day we arrived. Instead of them holding our luggage, they offered us a room at 10 a.m.! Great overall experience!
Michael
Outstanding in every way. The shuttle to and from the airport (and light rail at the airport) was flawless!
Eric
We booked a room with complimentary breakfast and the hotel would not honor it. They were short staffed, no omelette station open and not one clean table. I ate maybe $5 worth of food, my husband ate. The bill was $45. Won’t be back-
Erlynn
Great place to stay!

I was disappointed bar/dining closed at 9pm.
When I flew home on Sunday, shuttle driver came back at 6am, took a break. Front desk had to order me a Lyft. When your shuttle starts at 5am, very disappointing.
Room was clean, quiet,& peaceful.

Outstanding customer service thanks to Jenny
We missed our flight home and ended up having to book a room last minute, and I cannot say enough good things about Jenny. She was the very first person we spoke with when we called the hotel at around 8am to see if early check-in might even be possible. Without hesitation, she said absolutely, and within minutes she was there with the shuttle van to pick us up. That alone was such a relief after a long, stressful night, but it didn’t stop there. Jenny welcomed us with genuine warmth and kindness, and she made the entire check-in process feel effortless. You could immediately tell she cares deeply about the guests she’s helping.
Jenny’s customer service is truly out of this world. She went above and beyond in every single interaction - checking in on us, answering questions with patience and friendliness, and making sure we felt comfortable and taken care of from the moment we arrived. In a time when it feels rare to encounter people who genuinely love their job and take pride in making others feel at ease, Jenny shines like a star. She turned what could have been a stressful, frustrating situation into a positive and memorable experience that we will honestly never forget.
Hotels everywhere need more people like Jenny. She’s the kind of person who leaves a lasting impression and makes you want to return just because you know you’ll be treated so well. She is absolutely amazing and deserves all the recognition in the world.

Staff inconvenienced by airport shuttle
Staff seemed ‘inconvenienced’ by anything related to the use of the airport shuttle. Booked this hotel for the use of the free airport shuttle in order to not have to pay extra days for rental car usage. Hotels.com has this shuttle mentioned as ‘at scheduled times (5am to 8:30pm) and on request’. Before making this booking we confirmed with Marriott call center to confirm if the shuttle could be requested for a red-eye flight before 5am. We were informed that this was possible, however once at the hotel we were told that this was not possible and to just take an Uber. Additionally, staff were not accommodating or forthcoming about the pickup scheduling at the airport when they were asked about how to get the shuttle back to the airport. They did not indicate a need to be placed on a pick up list, so when returning a rental car we had to wait around for an open/available shuttle despite having asked staff directly how the shuttle service worked.

nice big room and quiet

This location was friendly, clean and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again!

Disappointment
Hate the shower, way to small, and no where to hold a leg up to wash thoroughly. Hate that breakfast isn't included. Had I noticed that during reserving, I would not have stayed. How cheap are you to not give breakfast to us that choose to stay there. Parking lot is huge, yet found a way to steal even more money from us, that chose to stay there for a $20/night parking permit. Overall I rate this stay as one of my worst. Definitely will not stay again.

Good
The lady at the front desk had a attitude and was not so friendly. Other than that overall the hotel was Aces

Not to be confused with the Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Sea-Tac Airport hotel, which is incredibly similarly named but 10 minutes closer to the airport. Although both hotels have a free airport shuttle, only the Courtyard by Marriot Seattle Sea-Tac Airport’s runs 24-7. The Courtyard by Marriott Seattle Sea-Tac Area hotel’s shuttle does not service early morning or late evening flights, which is not mentioned when booking. When I expressed annoyance at having to pay $25 for an uber to the other hotel and then an additional $45 for an uber to the airport, I was met with sympathy but told that this “happens often” and that Marriott is aware of the issue and has done nothing to rectify it. I will be avoiding these properties going forward and will encourage my peers to do so as well. Two stars only for the friendly front desk receptionist.
james
TV in all guest rooms are at right angle to beds , extremely unSkdo love cucomfortable to look at with one or two in same bed. The rooms allow with out any complications to move all beds 90* from present location. I’m in the hospitality industry and also contractor for same length of time and have never come across thisconfiguration. Also small curvertue soffa looks nice but uncomfortable as heck on back!!
Nancy
My mother and I stayed here for 3 days and it was wonderful. The staff was friendly welcoming and very professional. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. The mall is a 10 min drive and there’s tons of restaurants around!!! You have many many options of where to eat! We will be staying here again.
Craig

I showed up exhusted at the wrong Courtyard at 3 in the morning. The woman running the front desk called the other Courtyard, cancelled my already paid for room, and set me up with a very nice room right there. From there, I took the shuttle to the airport in plenty of time to catch my flight. Excellect service when I needed it the most.
