Nice newer place. Clean.
Would have easily given 5 stars but missing a few items:
- no basic toiletry (shampoo, cream etc.)
- no hair dryer.
- nice to have kitchen, but not useful if no pots, pans, knives, cutting board etc.

As it's next to a driving range, your car can still be hit as saw golf balls in the parking lot.

Gerard at checkin was very friendly.

Clean room, well laid out. Check-in was so simple, other hotels need to take notes. No vehicle information needed. Credit card is already on file with the reservation. You will find me if you need me, I'm sure. Just give me keys, wifi password, and the room number.

The ac worked and alot oif parking

Very clean rooms. The fridge was full size and very clean. All it was missing was some complimentary water bottles in it.

The only draw back that I didn't like is that they gave me a room facing the road instead of facing the parking lot.

This hotel was really nice, clean and staff were very nice. My issue was the noise. We did not have a good night sleep. Not only could you REALLY hear people coming down the hall, but the traffic noise was horrible. It felt as if I had my window open. The constant traffic noise (fast cars, sirens, cars hitting the gas) in the middle of the night kept us up. I wish I could say I would book here again, but I don’t think I will. Sad because I liked the property, location, and free parking.

Our stay was just okay. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed with the lack of housekeeping. The rooms are not cleaned daily, and fresh towels are not supplied to the room unless you go out of your way to get them. It felt as though the hotel simply provides the physical space, and you are expected to manage the rest. I was really hoping for standard daily room service during my stay.

I want to preface this by saying we picked this hotel based on proximity to the event we were coming from and the airport and only stayed for a single night. The set up is definitely better suited for long term stays. The room's amenities were pretty bare bones but has a nice kitchen and fridge and plenty of storage. For us who packed very light and did not want to populate the space for the one night we were there, it was a little inconvenient to try and work with the single bar of soap and tiny shampoo provided. The bed was comfy and the AC worked great on the balmy summer night; however, we did still have to keep the windows open because there was a very strong food smell the whole time. It is definitely not a quiet property between the freeway noise and the sounds from the other guests. Overall it got the job done and was fine.

Pros: The staff was friendly and the only reason why I’m giving the stars. It’s close to a shopping plaza.

Coma: The rooms are ok, but not cleaned well throughout. We had a stain on our pillow case, which was gross of course. The walls are thin, so you can pretty much hear people from the rooms next to you and even across the way, especially if they decide to be loud past midnight. The other downside is that you can’t get in touch with staff after 7pm as well.

The hotel room was very clean. Free and plentiful parking. The beds were okay, a bit springy but not terrible. Our issue was the street noise, it was horrendous, seemingly all night long. Most nights, even with earplugs, we didn’t fall asleep until 4 am. Most hotel rooms have really thick glazing on the windows, this hotel didn’t. We asked to move rooms several times and the hotel didn’t help us over our four night stay. The back of the hotel is opposite a driving range with incredibly bright lights and music playing until late, so not sure if that would have been much of an improvement. I would not stay here again.

Basic & functional is the best description. The available amenities worked fine .. there's just not a lot offered here. Bed was comfy, limited pillows. The property looks great but so many issues. Check-in didn't acknowledge my reservation. In the room, no soap or shampoo, no hangers, not enough towels for two. Moved rooms because of road noise and the second room again without enough towels, also lacking flatware for two. Apparently the hotel laundry ran out of soap, which was the cause of the towel shortages.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The lady at the front desk was awesome.
Large full kitchens were a plus
Rooms aren’t cleaned everyday but every two weeks so don’t expect much servicing for shorter stays.
Room keys failed so be careful if you expect to return after lobby hours which I believe is 11pm.
TV didn’t allow Netflix and the channel guide wouldn’t display accurately so no shows it showed in the guide were what was actually on. Also, no channels for movies either just basic TV series.
A duo set of plates bowls and silverware were provided but if you plan to actually utilize cooking in the kitchen, there are no pots and pans, you must pay for a new set or bring yours.

This place is long-term residential in nature. You can't count on someone at the desk except for certain hours, and my room was not serviced during the 8 days I was there. Coffee is provided from a machine only four hours a day, and during my stay the machine went empty and there was no sugar. That said, my room was spacious and had what one needs for a long-term stay.

Very clean property. However, if you are disabled there is zero help. There are no auto door controls, narrow entryways. Only one luggage cart for the entire property so it’s difficult to get in or out at best. the elevator broke the morning I was leaving. I was told it would cost ot wages to have it fixed so “ sorry for the inconvenience”. Yeah,I had to make 7 trips up and down the stairwell to the 4th floor at 5 am I order to leave. Took me 2 hours extra to check out with my pets in tow. All in all, the stay was ok, but for such a new property, I expected more from an extended stay type of hotel.

It's a very clean location. It's straightforward and simple. Easy to check in and check out. They have everything a typical hotel has (minus the pool). The rooms are nice, clean, simple. It's great if you're looking for a place to sleep, which is all we needed. We had activities away from the hotel and literally only needed a place to put our heads at night. There's no frills.

It's also a block from a large shopping area with lots of restaurants, so that was nice.
