Don’t recommend. The building looks like it’s barely standing. The gentleman at the front desk hadn’t taken a lunch break (short staffed I believe) and told us he’s been non stop since the morning. I requested to rooms next to one another… one key worked but the other key to the next room didn’t. My husband goes downstairs to tell him the key needs to be re-programmed because the door won’t open and that’s when he tells us the door won’t open because it needs a maintenance staff staff to come repair so he gives us another room down the hall (opposite end of where we were). That room hadn’t been cleaned and it smelled dirty with cigarette buds. Our room had cracked tile on the outside of the tub, eat the floor and speaking of the tub I WILL NOT step one foot in there, and btw, They didn’t have WiFi so I used my hot spot to book another room at a different hotel.

None of the staff mentioned breakfast. Everything was fine, the rooms were old and a bit dirty, but that's normal for a hotel like this. One man in glasses, probably the manager, is constantly rude to everyone. He doesn't listen to what you say to him and doesn't pay any attention to you at all, he's arrogant and terrible.

1) the room had ants. Do not stay here.

2) lots of construction made this hotel unsightly and in many ways unenjoyable.

3) refrigerator in the room did not work and staff couldn’t be bothered to fix it

4) captioning on tv didn’t work and staff couldn’t be bothered to fix it.

5) room was not cleaned from day to day

Upon arrival, I was disappointed with the level of customer service we received from the gentleman at the front desk. Since this was our first time staying at the hotel, the initial interaction left a negative impression. He came across as unwelcoming and had an unfriendly attitude.

During check-out, there was no one available at the front desk, so I had to call the hotel to get assistance. The same gentleman eventually answered and came to the desk. When I let him know we were there to check out, he simply said, “cards,” and then tossed the cards onto the counter near the computer without approaching the front desk area.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as a more welcoming and professional approach from the front desk staff would greatly improve the guest experience.

Somebody was parked in the handicap parking without having a placard. The clock and 3/4 of the lights in the room did not work. I asked for a room on the ground floor since I was disabled. And he put me all the way across the hotel so I had to walk a long way. Which was very difficult for me to do. I will never stay here again. And I would never suggest it to anyone else. I also the pool and hot tub was closed. I was downstairs at 8:00 and there was no breakfast. Not a very good stay. Would not recommend.

we arrived at 2am, the lobby smelled bad, we booked a king size room, they said they needed to give 2 queens, the king bed were in the back and ppl do not good things back there, (that should have been our clue to leave) we got to the room and it was 2 full size beds, we went back to desk he then gave us a king size room, we walked in and it smelled like rat pee, the chair was nasty and the seat looked like the stuffing had been removed, the couch not only had stains, there was dried food on it, the kitchenette the drawers was falling off, the refrigerator was nasty, the sink in the bathroom part of it had fell down into the cabinet, bathroom was dirty in general, the toilet lid looked like it had been peed on. the bedroom appeared to have at one time a connecting room, that wasn't closed good door knobs messed up and padlocks on it, I could have forced it open without much effort, the air had not been on in the room, even tho it was getting close to 3 am I could not stay another minute with the smell. so we left we told him the room is not acceptable. so we went a mile down the road and got a wonderful room cheaper than what they charged, I am still trying to get a refund! Oh and don't expect the hot tub and swimming pool listed in the add, it hasn't had water in it a very long time, I am attaching photos. zoom in ! I took them quickly and didnt even get the bed.

I stayed at this hotel before and didn't have the problems I had this time. Someone snuck in my room and changed certain maintenance type stuff, like the door lock and also switched the bathroom paper tissue wall unit. I let management know. Ive had this type of stuff happen before. Its an obvious situation that needs appropriate and careful resolution. My aftercare lotion was also misplaced, the manager was sorry and very helpful. Maybe its the soriety jerks!!!! Which makes no excuse, I really hope the place gets the upgrades and proper people to use the funding right without cutting corners. The Ramada name has a long reputation of being a very respected name.

Front desk staff was excellent and personable. The condition of the property and rooms left something to be desired. Just needs some updating and TLC. There was an incident outside of our room the one night that involved police and EMT showing up to speak to a drunk person, so I didn't feel the safest staying here. I would probably not stay again.

Property is in serious need of repair. Paint chipping, wood splintering and breaking off outside, inside the door trims were noticeably broken and coming off of the walls. Room was relatively clean, but door seals were loose, bathroom fan didn't work, there was mildew/mold stains in the shower, remnants of smashed bugs on the wall above the bathroom door, overly noisy and the upstairs residents were either giants or the insulation between floors was absolutely non-existent as I could hear and feel every footstep.

I found and killed 3 spiders and 2 other insects in the room. The microwave panel was falling off and the TV was crooked and looked like it would fall off the wall. Continental Breakfast was just just wheat toast and plain bagels, with yogurt and oatmeal available too. There was a make your own waffle station, but it didn't look very sanitary or appealing. The ice machine worked well but looked like it was going to tip over. Honestly, just a really sad state of upkeep and it was shocking seeing the Ramada name attached to it. The staff was friendly and helpful, but that about the only positive.

Very disappointing stay. The room and bathroom were not clean. We found a cockroach in the room/bathroom area, and the bedsheet had what appeared to be dried blood and several dirty spots.

The coffee machine in the room was also broken from the beginning. We reported it to the staff, but no action was taken.

My son was sick that night and needed to drink a lot of water and use the bathroom frequently. Because of the cockroach issue, we asked the front desk if we could move to another room, but they refused. As a result, my son stayed up almost the entire night and had to use the bathroom in the hallway outside the room.

The next morning, we showed the front desk photos and videos of the problems and requested a full refund, but they also refused. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience, especially because we were traveling with a sick child.

The bed was hard and on some kind of metal pedestal that you hit with your foot every time you got near the bed. It made a gong like sound each time and there was no box spring. The pillows! There were 4 throw pillow size pillows on a king size bed. Not ok. No cell cord plug ins. Plastic silverware and no forks. We were on the 2nd floor and the ice machine on our floor was broken so we had to go downstairs for ice. It didn't kill me to go downstairs but you expect things to be in working order. Breakfast- not described as continental or lite - consisted of cereal or waffles. The staff was not friendly.

?This is a 3 star Wyndham property?
Lack of power outlets. Room had power strip with one open socket.
Bathroom can see dust in exhaust fan. Loose fixture. Tub well loved(worn). One towel from front desk was more bathmat than towel and it wasn't a bathmat.
2nd floor hallway door left/kept open whole time.
Outdoor steps slippery if shoes wet despite steps being dry.
Cracked double pane window, some fogging between panes.
Breakfast was oatmeal packets, yogurt and small apples which technically is a breakfast. Something off about the yogurt...grainy texture which had me wonder about food safety.
Light switch for table lamp an uncovered screw. Solution must have been light switch by door (other side of the room).
Dresser drawers didn't really want to open.
Coffee maker on tray on microwave on fridge all using power strip along with TV.
The guy (I assume it was a guy) in the next room started snoring loud enough that my son's phone sleeping app registered the snores. Are the walls thin?
What can we do to make this property technically qualify as a 3 star property?
pluses: room was clean, reception person was kind

Don't get bamboozled. One of the pics shows hot breakfast serving trays but the only hot items are a single waffle maker, toast and oatmeal. Room was missing a smoke detector, the luggage rack was completely destroyed, and the shower curtain rod was not installed correctly so you had to hold the shower curtain closed to avoid getting water everywhere. They must've paid a lot of money to get good photos. Also, the night desk person was rude. They also charge a $100 deposit, which is not mentioned in the listing. THIS SHOULD BE DISCLOSED. I would never stay here again. True cost should be about $19.99 per night. I can't believe this hotel is part of the Wyndham group. I've stayed at Motel 6's that were nicer.
