Room was great. Clean The night staff was awesome. Only one of the staff members was no as friendly Brad was his name. Otherwise everyone was kind. House keeping was accommodating. I would definitely come here again. Communication was ok. Some staff would say they will bring a microwave to the rokm management's would say its not possible. I will it was consistent. Otherwise we will be back

There was little hot water in the shower. The hottest I could get the shower was luke warm at best. The water that came out of the bathroom sink was really hot. I complained to management. I got an email back stating that the head of housekeeping said the water was hot. The next shower I took, same thing. Luke warm at best. How can the water in the sink be so hot, and no hot water in the shower. Very disappointing, especially when they said it was OK.

But when I booked the room through Expedia app. Somehow, from the time that I started my reservation, the date changed when I push the pick a room and I was charged for a night. I was not supposed to get or did not want. I would like to be refunded the monies for the 17th of November, I tried to call and post it, but nobody returned my request. You can check with the motel clerk who helped me with my booking because Expedia did not work for me this time. I’m sure it was my mistake but I would like to get my money back for that. Somehow I did something wrong.

There was expired milk the first morning we had breakfast. Our room was only cleaned one time in 6 days I did have do not disturb sign up one day. The otber 4 days our room was ignored. The beds were not very comfortable this time but the staff was beyond wonderful. They made the stay worth it.

Hallways look like they've poured motor oil along them. Chipped, scraped, dirty surfaces. The room lock had been compromised - see pics). A great Irish pub with delicious food is two doors away in the same plaza, another review mentioned it too! Comfortable stay.
It’s a bit of a drive to Kent & it took longer to get to some places from the the times in the listing, but we wanted to avoid the high parking fees in downtown hotels.
