Una buona esperienza: camera spaziosa, comoda e pulita, anche se qualcosa si potrebbe ammodernare; la struttura è un po' una cattedrale nel deserto, ma se sei di passaggio in Valtellina va benone, è enorme ma ben gestita, il personale è tantissimo e molto gentile; ristorante molto buono, colazione invece da migliorare (poca varietà, caduta di stile con pane del lidl...). Rapporto qualità prezzo accettabile.

Ho soggiornato per tre giorni in questa struttura e posso dire che è stato uno dei soggiorni più brutti che io abbia mai visto. La struttura in se ha un grande potenziale ,ma le canere sporche ,piccole ,scure con un arredamento davvero orribile e datato. La cosa che più mi ha fatto imbestialire è l'aria condizionata che nin andava per nulla, appena arrivati in camera volevamo accenderla e, non ragffreddava per nulla, in camera cin finestre aperte non entrava un filo d'aria. dopo continue nostre lamentele, nessuno ha provveduto a risolvere il problema. Ultima nota da fare rigurda gli animali: nonostante la struttura ammetta gli animali,non è per nulla pet friendly,in quanto non è prevista un'area sgambettamento.

Giunti in struttura ci viene comunicato un costo extra per il cane più alto di quello scritto sul sito, fatta notare la differenza e consigliato di aggiornare il sito, la receptionist ha preso i soldi e dato il resto considerando il prezzo più alto.
La camera, ok la versione economica, ma un solo kit asciugamani ed il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza del soffitto del bagno impossibile diano l’abitabilità di quella parte di stanza: mansardato da non riuscire a stare dritti senza sbatter la testa (nostre altezze 165 e 175).
Colazione dalle 7 alle 10, alle 9 non c’erano già più brioches, yogurt, salumi, formaggi e pane fresco. Nessuno presente in sala, raggiunto il bar la signora ci ha preparato le bevande calde e fornito le brioches. Pulizia dei sanitari da migliorare, capelli e peli nel bidet e sull’asse del wc. Stanza non insonorizzata, anzi, rumorosa tutta la notte avendo vista sulla statale. Fortunatamente la sosta è stata di una sola notte, non avendo trovato altro in zona ci siamo dovuti accontentare.
È la prima recensione negativa che scrivo, mi ritengo adattabile ad ogni situazione, ma quando viene meno la correttezza (prezzo del supplemento cane), allora evidenzio tutto quello che si può e deve migliorare. 100 euro una notte, a novembre in settimana, non è assolutamente “economico”.

Struttura molto bella esterno ma un po’ decadente all’interno, con odore di muffa un po’ generale anche a causa dell’uso di moquette nei corridoi. La suite era bella spaziosa. Bello l'idromassaggio ma il tappo non si apriva facilmente. Linsonorizzazione non era il massimo perche dal corridoio fuori si sentiva l'acqua dello sciaquone della toilette. La colazione era giusta.

Posto molto ben tenuto e con ottima accessibilita' stradale manca forse di quella tipicita' che in zona si trova solo nelle montagne circostanti. Personale ben disposto e colazione ottima e ben adeguata. Abbiamo cenato in loco e forse si nota un menu abbastanza ristretto, per un posto con una tale portata di ospiti.

Sono anni che usufruisco di questo hotel, unico nel suo genere e dotato di un ottimo ristorante e di un buffet colazione completo.

Una grande delusione. Dopo aver provato il ristorante, ci sono tornato per un soggiorno. La struttura è vecchia anche nelle camere, piccole e molto rumorose. Tutto ha bisogno di un restyling e ciò che offrono le camere non va oltre 1 stella. Da spiegare meglio il perché nelle camere non siano presenti tende adeguate e il bagno sia sempre con caloriferi spenti. La colazione, disorganizzata in un angolo del bar dove si accolgono anche i camionisti di passaggio. Situazione imbarazzante anche per il personale incapace di distinguere un cliente dal passante. Servizio approssimativo e con poca attenzione all’igiene. Qualità del cibo, livello bar da superstrada. Il ristorante caro, ha un menù limitato che va arricchito con maggiore scelta soprattutto dei secondi. Personale lento e cucina da 6. Tutto ciò non è all’altezza dell’accoglienza e dei servizi delle Valtellina. Specie se ad un prezzo da hotel da 4stelle. Molto Sconsigliato!!!

Andava tutto bene ad eccezione del personale accoglienza ( non ha neanche salutato) e la colazione priva di salato alle ore 8:40 perché già terminato, da premettere che la colazione era sino alle ore 10 e non è stato aggiunto nulla di ciò che era già finito.

Hotel molto bello, abbiamo prenotato 2 camere economy molto carine in mansarda, unica pecca che l'ascensore non arriva fino a questo piano e avendo con noi delle persone anziane hanno fatto fatica a fare l'ultima rampa di scala.
