Definately will stay again. Came with another couple. Check in was a breeze and staff were very friendly. Rooms were super clean and very spacious. The bed was really comfortable, slept well.
Next morning we decided to check out the restaurant and the buffet was well worth it. Many items to choose from.
One of the better hotels to stay in Niagara Falls without paying for a brand name hotel.
Also, the hotel is only a 2 minute walk to Clifton Hill, great location.

We only stayed for one night but were very pleased. The staff was very friendly and let us get our parking pass a few hours early. They then upgraded our room for no cost to the top floor with a falls view! The room was very clean and updated, even the shower had the ceiling head. We didn’t use the amenities but we did stop for breakfast and it was very good. Overall a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend to anyone staying at the falls.

Visited with my kids for mother’s day weekend. The hotel was in a great location. Close to clifton hill and the falls. Parking was not ideal as we had to park offsite which was a 6 minute walk from the hotel. Hotel was clean overall. The sink in our room kept getting clogged so little fixing could be done. I would visit the Vittoria hotel again.

The 2 issues we had were the coffee in the room was AWFUL and the pull out sofa bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The limited on site parking is very inconvenient.

The water flow in the shower was very weak, plus there wasn't any hot water available to our room, #811.
The TV stations available were very limited & of no use, because only advertisements were shown on the TV stations.
The parking was also a low point, because even though parking spots were available at the hotel's grounds, we had to park some distance away & walk in the rain & cold, back & forth. We also observed other vehicles parked at the hotel for multiple days.
So even after we shared our concerns with front desk, we weren't even relocatedbto another room, which probably means that the other rooms were probably the same.

I love this hotel! We had a coffee maker that didn't work and someone came shortly and brought a new one. There were a lot of girls at the studio because of a dance competition but we were at an end room and didn't hear girls in the hall.

Biggest hassle was parking, mainly because placebwoth essentially sold-out and not enough room within main parking lot, but for $15 you get a 5min walk away for overnight in and out parking. Other then that , solid 4 stars(clean, somewhat dated rooms, but still well maintained)

I’ve been at this hotel many times both on business trips and family and my last stay was very disappointing. kids running up and down the hallways until 11:30 PM yelling and making a lot of noise. I called front reception twice and kindly ask for them to take care of it and it just went on and on. The room that I had for some reason felt very dated and all of the traffic from the Riverview was so loud like the windows were paper thin.

We were in Niagara Falls at the end of April/beginning of May. The hotel is a bit dated, shower was not great, but was clean and the room was large (two queen beds and a couch). Unfortunately, I did not notice that I chose a room with a 'hotel view', which is a wall view. This was my bad, however, hotel should consider this not to be such small print. It can also be mentioned when confirmation is sent and/or during the check in. Staff were all very nice and accommodating. The restaurant on site with a buffet breakfast is convenient, but the breakfast was not very good and I would not recommend it. Pool, gym were great. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Beautiful view of the falls from our room window. Check in staff was really nice. 2 free water bottles each day was a nice perk.

Stayed with a friend and we really enjoyed all the staff we ran into. The woman at check-in was super nice (Go Jays!) They refreshed our room while we were out without asking. Towels were missing when we checked in but we called and they brought some right up. We asked for a quiet room and I think they did the best they could, but there were kids staying beside us and above us and we could hear them through the walls and ceiling. Parking isn't included, but its inexpensive compared to other hotels in the area. Parking was the biggest problem for me. I arrived at 5 PM and parking lot behind hotel was full. They offered $15 for me to park at a venue that was \"a couple minutes\" away. That parking lot had no attendant - yet they wanted me to pay for the \"privilege\" of walking in the rain to park my car anytime i needed to use it.
For the price i paid per room, it's needless to say that i think parking should be included, at the very least - especially if i have to walk off-site for it.
I ended up paying the next-door hotel for parking, which felt like it was on site at least. And it was cheaper then theirs fee.
