The hotel is very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The staff at the front desk made the check in easy and quick while helping us in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The room rate included the buffet breakfast which had a decent selection of local and international dishes. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Latam and highly recommend it.

Overall, it was a good experience. The hotel and room were clean and comfortable. The service was good but not so friendly. We reserved two bedrooms with each holding 4 guests, when reserving I forgot to add the 8th person. At check in, there was issues because of this even though we weren’t adding more than the max. We had to pay extra which is okay, but the attitude we were given was not great. The front desk and waitstaff weren’t too friendly. Lunch was not that good, but the breakfast was great!

It really was a not very pleasant stay in the jacuzzi area, children jumping not giving adults time to enjoy a relaxing time, then it was time to go to sleep and we found bedbugs in the bed, we ran out of there at midnight looking for a better place, but one thing I want to highlight is that the hotel staff compensate us by returning our money and paying for the hotel where we stayed at night, it really was not a pleasant stay.

I stayed for a business trip. It has a very good location. It is besides one of the biggest and nicest shopping malls of Xela. The restaurant in the hotel has good food. But if you prefer other options there are several restaurants besides the hotel.

A nice modern hotel near local stores and restaurants which was helpful so we did not have to drive all the time. One elevator was broken the entire stay which was frustrating especially when traveling with someone who could not go up and down stairs. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful.

We started out having a couple of issues but we are thankful the hotel totally went out of their way to make everything great! I mentioned to the staff that I would love a massage. Within a short time the hotel staff arranged a massage for me in the hotel’s spa which was just steps away from my room🤩The masseuse Tatiana greeted me with a big wonderful smile and gave me the best massage ever! We loved the food and service at their restaurant❤️

I had a pleasant experience at the hotel. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. However, there were some noise-related issues that need to be addressed. There was a wedding reception at the hotel that night, and we could hear the staff dismantling everything through the roof. Additionally, during the night, someone was talking loudly on the phone in the hallway, and the noise leaked through the door.

the hotel is part of a mall and there go a lot of people to spend time and the parking spaces are lacking.
it was pouring yesterday and we all got wet, because found a space very far from the lobby.

Super clean modern property. There are many restaurants and a Walmart within a 2 minute walk which was very convenient.
The parking is stressful because the hotel only has a few spots and the rest of the parking is in the mall which is very busy. The concierge did try to help me find spots which was nice.

Parking Lot is shared with a mall, which gets full easily.Then you'll have to find a parking space shared with mall's customers.
Food and service is nice and kind. Would book it again.

Bathroom was nice, water and temperature pressure enough. Toiletries average but nice.

I have stayed at this hotel before and this time was excellent as always. The service and staff are fantastic, the food is delicious, the rooms are always clean and the location is perfect, safe and secured. The amenities are amazing and I am always sad to check out because this hotel feels like a second home to me. Highly recommended.

We spent a couple of nights and overall was a good stay. I wouldn't recommend the room service or restaurant food as they were overpriced and not so good. The included breakfast was good enough to not be skipped. The room was clean, and our second night was more quiet, not because the rooms are noise protected but because our new neighbors were more quiet.

The best hotel In Quetzaltenango. Modern, perfectly clean rooms with great views of the city. Restaurant is excellent and serves tasty food, plus room service. Staff is amazing, and the heated pool and rooftop terrace are absolutely breathtaking. Cocktails by the pool was a fantastic experience. Highly recommended.

From arrival and checking in to needing to go to Walmart across the road in the rain the service was impeccable. Friendly and welcoming check in. Hotel staff provided umbrellas and walked us over to Walmart under heavy rain. Kids loves their French toast breakfast that are stuffed with cream and berries. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip. The pool is clean on the roof top. Jacuzzi can be reserved per family due to COVID measures. The fitness center was also very clean.
