The check in was simple and easy. We were not told anything about WiFi password or ice. Only restaurant choice on night we got there was to order delivery which was $25 for a small slice of lasagna with a small slice of bread with an additional 20% fee and a $5 delivery charge- so $35 for a small cold piece of lasagna and no table to eat it at in the room. Only one chair as well so no place for my spouse to sit to eat. Patio was dirty and had not been cleaned off and same with all the cushions at the adults only hot tub- dirty and no towels at the hot tub for guest use. Room refrigerator was in the closet so hanging clothes was hard and our room had no robes-we had to request. Then no place in the bathroom to hand robes- like on back of door- other hanging options had them dragging on the ground. Would have also been nice to have instructions on using gas fireplace and coffee maker. My expectations for the resort and the price we paid were definitely not met I’m sad to say.

Cons: no one available at desk overnight so guests could not get hold of front desk staff, get golf carts etc to front office with their luggage and thus missed their shuttle to airport.
Also pillows were very thick and it became uncomfortable to sleep on them

I stayed in a Cascade bungalow and it was beautiful - matched the pictures perfectly.
Overall, the place felt like it could be better. The delivered breakfast to the room needs more protein and the guest services staff were average. You get a golf cart with the bungalow room and at check in, no one told us you can't take it across the trestle bridge. And the cart automatically shuts down about ¼ way across the bridge. We figured out to reverse back but it's small things like that that deterred from the overall experience. The adult only pool closed at 6 p.m.? This pool should be open till at least 8 or 9 p.m.

Highland cows!! 🐮 We got to meet Lou Ann and her baby along with Mocha and Latte and other cows and horses too! You can get treats at the front desk to feed them. It was a dream come true for my wife.
We stayed at the Ranch House and it was very relaxing and luxurious. Absolutely breathtaking views! The staff were amazing and the food was delicious.

Brasada charged me the $150 incidental fee and will not refund me.
I keep getting the run around. Its been over a month. My bank says brasada wont release the funds and THEY need to refund me.
I call and get sent to a voicemail to leave messages that NEVER get replied too.
Fraudulent charge, im going to have to report them to the BBB

Overall good and would come back. A little 1.5 hour check in delay. and booked a deluxe room which it was supposed to be A side and got a smallest B. Saw my noisy neighbors on A to notice how much larger it was. The manager also said all beds are king size....not what I got. I have a king size home, I know the difference.

Beautiful cabin but needed maintenance, first night couldn’t get the bedroom TV’s to work, Hot Tub lights did not turn on and fireplace in the bedroom would not work. Maintenance did come in the next day fixed the fireplace and IT fixed the bedroom TVs. Unfortunately, nothing was done to the Hot Tub and whoever did mess with left it @ 65 degrees. Dinning on campus @ both the Ranch House and Wild Rye required long waits, even with a reservation. Ultimately, I was disappointed to have paid premium rates and could not utilize the property as I should’ve been able too. Hot tub not working properly during my stay ruined my Valentines plans (only reason I chose this unit/camus)

We loved almost everything about the Brasada Ranch. It was luxurious and beautiful and the staff were so friendly. The bungalow was INCREDIBLE and the private hot tub was divine. The breakfast in the morning was fresh and delicious and included fresh squeezed juices.

The only thing lacking was the bed, unfortunately. But not enough to stop us from wanting to book another trip next summer. The whole property is amazing. It is totally pet friendly, family oriented and so romantic for an adult-only getaway. We had a fantastic stay.

Our family had one of our best getaways ever at Brasada Ranch. Our cabin was perfection it could not have been any nicer and more comfortable. Everything we needed was provided to us in our cabin. We played pickle ball we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We ate almost every meal at the Ranch since the food was delicious and the view was breathtaking. Everyone was friendly. We absolutely loved our stay here. It really is a nice place to unwind and relax. Extremely clean all around the property and lots of relaxing things to do (walk, gym, pool, spa, golf, bikes etc..) The restaurant on premise is very good and we had a wonderful time watching the sunset from their heated patio decks. Rooms are very clean and very well equipped. The property is beautiful and the restaurant and rooms offer great amenities and views, but it has been difficult to get things from customer service and housekeeping. They are quick to answer and say they will send someone out, but it is hard to get an actual follow through with the requests. We spent a lot of money on a three night stay here for my wives birthday and I wanted to make sure she was taken care of.

Hidden gem!

Absolutely spectacular! We were blown away by this resort. It is absolutely gorgeous. Staff were amazing, food was fantastic and views were spectacular. I’ve been to a lot of places in this. The nicest resort I have ever been to. We will definitely be back for many more years to come true hidden Gym.

We had an incredible stay! The property gave us a complementary upgrade to a hot tub room and it was an amazing added bonus to our romantic weekend away! The weather wasn’t great for hiking so we ran to the store on property for some refreshments and enjoyed our cabin and played games! Dinning experiences were mouthwatering! I can’t wait to come back!

My spouse and I stayed for a long weekend (4 nights) in the Cascade Bungalows and it was absolutely amazing. Checking in was a breeze and they even had someone help us get our bags to our bungalow. All of the amenities were lovely, especially the complimentary breakfast delivered to our door every morning. Planning on coming back again.

Stayed in one of the newer bungalows for an overnight anniversary celebration. The room was awesome, with a fireplace nice view, a private hot tub, and my favorite, heated floors! What luxury!
Every staff member encountered was friendly and helpful. Dinner at Wild Rye was excellent. The standouts were the winter greens salad and a roasted pork. I know it's just salad, but I could've eaten that every day of the week!

Room was 7th circle of hell and staff knew nothing about hospitality. A plastic bottle of water for my noisy, gross banged up room on a cave? Asked ME to call mgr? Instead of being empowered to make it right? Beware of the rooms adjacent to mister loud mechanical room. You won’t sleep.

Horrible communication, understaffed, awful restaurants, trash spread throughout property. Got communication to reserve couples message, responded to them in less than 5 minutes and they never responded back. I assumed they booked it, and when I showed up to I asked again to confirm it was booked. Well when I showed up to my appointment, they didn't have it and had booked over it.

Great was horseback experience.

My wife and I just came home from our first stay at the Brasada Ranch. We didn’t even leave the ranch once because everything there on the ranch was so convenient. The staff was above and beyond respectful which made our stay an even greater experience. The peace and beauty on the ranch is truly breathtaking and we cannot wait to book our next stay.

BUT…
There’s not much to do here and it’s super remote and 30 minutes from town.
The wet and wild camp was AWFUL - camp counselor lady was mean according to my son and his friends.
There are not a lot of options for restaurants either. Mondays and Tuesdays there’s only 1 restaurant for dinner.
We got bored pretty quickly and had to leave a day early and didn’t get our money back.
Would NOT go again.
Locals recommended staying at a resort in Sun River instead.

Really enjoyed our stay at Brasada. Highly recommend the Cascade Bungalows, really nicely done, comfortable and well appointed. It's so fun, the bungalows come with your own golf cart to cruise the property, breakfast is delivered every morning. And best of all, very dog friendly, including a door hang to announce if your dog is unattended so staff does not disturb your pup. We will definitely be back!

Lovely room/setting; staff/service ruined it!

Room, views and setting were lovely. We stayed in one of the new bungalows and loved it. The staff and service, however, were pretty abysmal. Front desk was understaffed at check in, guest services/front desk after check in were were apathetic and unhelpful. Pool was very understaffed. Service across the board was far from up to par, especially at this price point.

The staff was friendly, and the pool was a lovely respite from the evening heat.
In general, though, the hotel's maintenance is not great. Things look tired, some are broken, and the cleanliness is subpar. The pool area is not cleaned well each day. The sticky residue from spills remains on the patio because they don't hose it down each evening. The carpet in our room was waterstained and worn, and there was an odd burn mark on it by the bathroom.
Our bathroom had a lot of mold in the shower and that slimy feeling on the floor. The glass was really spotted and not cleaned well. The shower door handle was loose, and the dual showers were both loose-headed and not great. The sink drain plug was broken, and my husband had to pry it open as well. The cabinet door under the sink was also loose.
While the mattress and pillows were comfortable, our bed was loose on the hinges and squeaked on one side.
There is no daily housekeeping; to get ice or refill your coffee supply, you must go to the front desk and ask for it.
The closet was also not really functional because there was a mini fridge in it that took up the entire space. The room is a bit of a hodge-podge in its practical design.
All in all, the pictures online are very misleading.

Beautiful place! We loved our cabin and it was perfect for the 6 of us. We each had our own bathroom and we were able to cook meals and also eat at one of the restaurants. Pool was great and not too crowded. Very walkable around the resort
