The room was really nice, but the air conditioner wouldn’t cool down the room even set at 66 degrees. We don’t like to sleep in a 72 degree room at night.
Also the breakfast was pretty good but most of the hot items were almost empty. Bacon was gone and everyone was asking for it. The lady said it was coming right out. We were there 20 minutes and it never came out. She came and looked at everything a couple times, but no refills

Very pleasant stay. Mexican restaurant right behind the hotel was excellent too. Only problem was that originally planned to drive thru Yosemite but Highway 120 that goes to the park stops at Yosemite Valley in the winter and isn’t opened to drive over the mountains until the end of May ( which I didn’t realize initially when I made the reservations . The drive around Yosemite to get to the Eastern California border took over 4.5 hours) . My fault not the Hotel .Would strongly recommend stop over if you want to get to the Western entrance of the Park

Extremely comfortable beds and pillows. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Parking was not an issue for my Super Duty. Will continue to stay here for future Spartan Races. The hot tub, pool and sauna were great for easing tired, sore muscles after race day.

The staff went above and beyond to be helpful and friendly. However, the condition of the room was bad. It was so dirty that the only word to describe it was “dirty.” Upon our arrival after a long day of driving, we found partially eaten food on the floor. The light switches and knobs were covered in dirt and grime, the mirrors hadn’t been cleaned, and the shower wouldn’t get hot. Additionally, the hot tub was not working.

We got here and were worn out. We slept good. The property is ready for an upgrade. Breakfast was short on food. Attendant would wait until someone came to get here about no coffee, no eggs, no sausage. I know not to expect much from a hotel Breakfast but I like an attempt at service.

I booked a room with a jetted tub because I needed to soak in Epsom salt. The tub did not work. I called the front desk and the lady seemed bothered that I was calling about that. She said she was going to call maintenance. I never got a call back, moved to a different room, or offered some compensation or partial reimbursement.

The property and services were generally very good. The only reasons for a 4 overall rating (rather than a 5), was no shampoo in the shower, only decaf coffee in the room, and our key cards were only activated for a single night of our 2 night stay. We would definitely consider staying at this property again.

The people where very friendly but this was the dirtiest hotel i have ever been to. There where skid marks in the toilet, soap dish was dirty. there was hair stuck to the bathroom door and shower, fruit pit in the corner that my 11 month old found and put in her mouth. Our feet where black after walking bare foot on the carpet.

My husband was asked at checking if he wanted room service. He said no. That was a mistake. Just putting the placard on the door isn’t enough. You have to tell the front desk.
