Road trip good night rest

We booked last minute in the middle of a heat wave and had a wonderful and peaceful night rest. Excellent AC, good space for the whole family. Very quick check in even though we arrived very late. We recommend.

The IBIS Fougeres is not in Fougeres and is more in an Industrial Area on the outskirts of the town. Expect to drive 6 miles down the road...

The Service from Check-In to Check-Out was superb.

What set this IBIS apart was the restaurant, this was probably the best meal we had during the 9 day trip and the Chef (Nolan) really was good at delivering a great plate of food.

The Buffet Breakfast was to IBIS normal standard and adequate for most people.

As our room was on the Ground Floor I backed the car to the window to off load luggage and reload on the departure.

Wi-Fi was good and to normal Accor standards.

The question I ask myself each time is whether I would return to this hotel and in this case it would be a YES based purely on Service and Food (over location).

Nice hotel and very clean. Our room was large and nicely decorated. Staff were very pleasant. Evening meal was well cooked and very tasty. Only complaint was the steak was tough but the chef had made the best of what was a poor piece of meat - not his fault. Breakfast was very good.

Good hotel apart from evening meal

The hotel is very good apart from the evening meal which was very poor. Not sure they was chef on the night ate at the hotel, as the food lack flavor. It also was incorrectly described on the menu.

The rooms are good, the bed very comfortable and I love the shower in the bathroom.

I loved this hotel. The staff was so friendly and we really enjoyed the free breakfast. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was large and very nice. I highly recommend. It’s not within walking distance to much but if you have a car it’s a great hotel.

L’hôtel est bien, mais la demi pension ne vaut clairement pas le coup ! Très déçue…
Possibilité de prendre le menu avec andouillette/frites (très équilibré pour des gens souvent en déplacement…).
Au final supplément de 13€ pour juste un plat et un dessert. Les goûts n’y étaient pas non plus…À refaire, je prendrais pas la demie pension ! Je recommande l’hôtel mais pas le restaurant.

Der Raum war gut ausgestattet, sauber und modern und freundlich. Das TV und Internet funktionierte, das Doppelbett hatte eine moderne gute Matratze, der Raum war klimatisiert, das Fenster war zum Öffnen und die Aussenrollos waren einfach zu bedienen. Das modern eingerichtete Bad hatte eine geräumige Dusche, WC und ein ausreichend großes Waschbecken. Der Teppichboden war sauber, allerdings wäre ein anderer Bodenbelag hygienischer, insbesondere auch falls Gäste ihren Hund mitbringen. Das Hotelpersonal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Im ansprechenden Frühstücksraum gab es ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Accueil soir et matin tres bien. Sourire et a l ecoute. Restaurant avec de bon plats , tarif correct. L eau devrait etre sur la table cela eviterait de la reclamer et d attendre la fin du repas pour l avoir. Il faudrait dans les chambres un bureau pour travailler et dans la salle de bain plus de place pour deposer la trousse de toilette. Tres bonne litterie et pas mal de chaines a la tv.
