The hotel is situated in a decent area. Walkable to quite a few nice restaurants (we love L’Olmo Bello). To do all of Alberobello in one day from here might be a bit much. We took our car up to public parking closer to Trullo Sovrano to do most of that area, the came back down, parked the car at the hotel and then walked over to Rione Aia Piccola to see I Trulli, the Painted Houses etc.
Breakfast was sufficient, don’t expect full American style and you won’t be disappointed. While the staff are excellent and the hotel is decent, the rooms could use a bit of a refresher.

Great location, less than 15 minutes walk to the main trulli area.
The hotel is very clean, the room we stayed in was very spacious with all the comforts.
Great breakfast!
The staff was also very nice and friendly. My mom forgot her glasses in the room and they promptly texted me to let me know.
I wish we stayed longer.
Absolutely recommend!!

The breakfast was OK but some food and beverage options needed stocking up and tables cleared from coach parties who had left earlier.

The hotel feels kind of like an oasis. Very comfortable bed, extremely clean, great shower/bathroom. Friendly staff. Plus it is a short drive from Ostuni, Maria Franca and the beach! I only wish I could have stayed longer.

A must stay in Aberobello

It was a very nice hotel with very friendly and helpful staff speaking good English. Located in a walkable distance to the Tullis. Room of reasonable size and very clean and neat and looked like newly refurbished. We asked the receptionist to call us a car to send us to Aberobello train station. A friendly handsome gentleman call Antonio showed up and help us with all our luggage sand sent us to the station his Mercedes but refused to take any fee. It was a great surprise for their hospitality and service. I will certainly recommend to all my friends

Overall, a good choice.

We visited out of season and the hotel was very quiet indeed. We were greeted very efficiently at reception and given a quiet room facing away from the road. Our view of trees and gardens was pleasant. The room itself had everything we needed. The furniture and fittings were of good quality and the lighting was well planned and conveniently placed. The television was really small but we never used it anyway. The wifi was very speedy. The bathroom had a bath and shower over it, although the shower screen was too short to avoid drenching the floor. The location is very convenient, being a few minutes walk from the main areas of interest. There is a good free car park on site. Our only disappointment was the breakfast. Perhaps because there weren't many guests for breakfast, the cakes we sampled were already a bit dry. The pastries were overcooked. We were provided with a cup of coffee, but no one came to check on us after that.

Good hotel in quiet area

This was a quiet hotel about 10 minutes walk from the centre of Alberobello. The waiter at breakfast was excellent and the hotel was quiet. At breakfast, guten free bread was available as well as decaf coffee in all forms - expresso, latte etc. The only disappointment was that the advertised restaurant was not open so we had to walk into town to get a meal.

Extremely small bathroom - not very clean - full of fungus around the tub/shower.
Room has 12\" TV and fridge and no other necessities. No clock, no tissues in bathroom.

This is a good hotel which is within walking distance of the town centre and the Truli.Our room was spacious and very comfortable with a large bathroom. The hotel had ample parking and ther staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend it!

Convenient location

The Hotel was okay but I was a little disappointed when I arrived as the pictures on the Internet made it look a little better than what it actually looked like in person. The breakfast buffet was limited. Could of had some hot food and fresher bread. The bathroom didn't have designer soaps like it listed in the Internet but rather dispensers like in public bathrooms. The plug in the bathtub was blocked and the towels smelled of vinegar. i would say it was more 3 star than a 4 star hotel. The restaurant didn't open every night as they weren't very busy. We couldn't control the air conditioning unit and it was so hot in the room on the first night even though it was around 10 degrees outside. The room was okay in terms of cleanliness when we first arrived but by day 3 it didn't look like they cared as much. The carpet felt as though it needed a really good clean. The only plus is that it was close to the Trulli town. I think this hotel was overpriced for what they offer.

Leider war das Restaurant geschlossen und das alternativ vorgeschlagene um die Ecke war auch gwschlossen ...solche Sachen sollten erwähnt werden .spätesten bei der Booking bestättigung.weil wir gerne gleich da essen. Mir dem Bike angereist und ins Dorf 1 km zu Fuss und Nachts fahre ich nicht Bike. Vorallem auch nicht wenn ich gerne was trinke....

Juste une remarque : les portes pommeau de douche sont toujours fixés très haut, ce qui oblige les femmes et les enfants à tenir d’une main la douchette et de l’autre le savon. Il faudrait penser aux personnes de moins de 1,70 m, quand on conçoit une salle de bain. Merci beaucoup.

Necessiterebbe di una rinfrescata, tutta quella moquette nella camera non è igienica soprattutto per coloro che soffrono di allergie... Meglio pavimentazione in ceramica o similare.
Per quanto riguarda il bagno era dotato di vasca, scivolosa e poco accessibile, sarebbe stato più funzionale un box doccia a pavimento e walk-in.. Peccato perché la struttura è bella e molto comoda ai trulli

Cafe da manhã ruim. Nos foi perguntado no momento do checkin o horário q iríamos tomar o café da manhã. Com opção de 8 ou 9 h. Depois qual a nossa preferência: doce ou sal ? Respondemos q os dois. Qdo chegamos ao café, o restaurante estava praticamente vazio, uma mesa além da nossa ocupada. E entregaram uma bandeja com pães doces. Solicitamos os alimentos salgados como eles se referiram. Entregaram na mesa uma bandeja com ovos mexidos gelados. Horrível. Poucas frutas. Acomodação ok. Hotel um pouco distante dos restaurantes da cidade.

Un soggiorno eccellente!

Hotel a pochi minuti di distanza dai Trulli a piedi, con parcheggio. Personale molto gentile e simpatico, stanza comoda, pulita e funzionale. Colazione e cena al ristorante molto buona e variata. Una qualità di servizio come non se ne trovano più. Molto soddisfatti e grazie a tutti!

abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte e devo dire che siamo stati molto bene. La vicinanza con il centro di Alberobello è il vero punto di forza dell’hotel. Unica nota veramente tanto negativa è il forte rumore dell’aria condizionata, che alla fine di notte abbiamo dovuto spegnere!

とても清潔なホテルです。バスタブ、テラスもあります。地下駐車場からエレベーターで直結しており便利でした。近くにそこそこの規模のスーパーもあり、おいしい食材がたくさんゲットできました。電気ポットが４星クラスのホテルは部屋に無いですね。フロントでも貸し出し無しです。団体を受け入れているホテルは、盗まれるので置いてないようです。ここだけ減点ですね。
テュッルリまで距離が少しありますが歩いていけます。

Proche de tout, chambre spacieuse et propre (moderne, du style Hampton Inn pour ceux et celles qui veulent un comparatif), personnel très gentil et le petit déjeuner était excellent. Le gérant sur place sait s'occuper de ses clients! Stationnement simple d'accès et inclus, air climatisé performant, hôtel facile d'accès et proche du site touristique des trullis. Pris très raisonnable. Tout est positif et je recommande sans hésitation.

La struttura si trova a due passi a piedi dai Trulli.La stanza è pulita,molto spaziosa e dotata di tutte le comodità.Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile ( in particolar modo il responsabile di sala!).Sia la colazione che la cena sono all'altezza di un 4 stelle.Come se non bastasse è presente un ampio parcheggio sia esterno che sotterraneo.Cosa chiedere di più?

Comodo albergo situato appena fuori Alberobello. Raggiungere il centro a piedi richiede 10 minuti di camminata, che ha rappresentato un notevole svantaggio la sera per raggiungere gli ottimi locali lì dislocati senza prendere l'auto (se si hanno bambini piccoli o non si gode di buona salute non è il massimo). Colazione ottima e variegata, personale cordiale e premuroso. La stanza fornitaci era gradevole e pulita. Uniche due pecche: la moquette macchiata e le lenzuola (logore in alcuni punti; il lenzuolo di sotto, a prima vista un po' sgualcito, presentava qualche capello, ...).

Lo sceglierei di nuovo

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 giorni in famiglia come punto di appoggio per visitare altri luoghi (Polignano, zoosafari, matera). Centro di alberobello facilmente raggiungibile a piedi circa 500 metri. Camera molto confortevole e pulita colazione eccellente. Altri pasti non usufruiti in hotel e quindi non valutabili. Garage coperto con accesso con ascensore direttamente alle camere comodissimo. Struttura molto eccellente e personale molto cortese.
