The stay was amazing the room was nice , the only thing I would say is that the stay over service should be given every day, and it did not have breakfast and coffee should be free in the lobby area, every hotel I have ever stayed at gives free coffee. You should consider giving free breakfast or have some available for customers if nothing else I’d pay for it. But of course free is better

Good stay… except the crevice!

We enjoyed staying at the ApartHotel. It actually did feel like staying in an apartment. The room was spacious and clean. Our only complaint is that “queen bed” meant sleeping on two twin beds pushed together. Every time I wanted to spoon my spouse I ended up sinking into the crevice between the beds; no good. Other than that, good stay.

Good spacious apartments for longer stays

This hotel is a good choice when you want to have a bit more space and prepare your own meals some of the time. It is quiet and there is a bus stop with a half hourly service right outside. There are a supermarket and a bakery and butcher a short walk away.
The beds are comfortable and the rooms are bright with big windows. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. The kitchen has most essentials and even a small dishwasher, although the cupboards seem to be for very tall people. I am of average height and could not reach the plates on the top shelf without standing on a chair.
Overall a very good place to stay.

Excellent hotel, but in non-convenient local.

Hotel is very good, room is spacious and with small kitchen. Very convenient if you would like to have breakfast in the room and cook small dishes. Only neg, point: Road in front of hotel was in maintenance, re-asphalting, therefore the bus stop (which is one and half blocks away normally) was closed and I had to walk to nearest one, 4 blocks-14 mins distance. Public transports works well but other only option: taxis are bit expensive.

This is an amazing property overall. Great in service. The rooms fixings (including heat bathroom during winter and kitchenette) are more than I expected. Only one thing, needs more comfortable beds. Recommend getting fixed (non rollable) large beds with comfortable mattresses.

Away from town centre but comfortable

The apartment was spacious and clean and comfortable. Security carparking in the hotel’s own garage was assuring. The hotel was located on the periphery of the town centre and you need to drive into the centre to see the main attractions and pay for parking there. There are two supermarkets within walking distance but they close early, especially on Saturday. The hotel knew we were a party of three but only provided towels etc for two. We asked reception for another set but nothing came. We told the Manager when we checked out and he waived our carparking fee.

Just ok, needed an overnight from a long drive so satisfactory but bed is very hard and no breakfast available. Parking fee is exorbitant- half the price of the room. Crazy!!

The hotel is about 30 minutes walk or 10 euros by taxi from the Rlwy station. Nice room but only a bar in the hotel. There’s a coffee shop down the road, not far, for breakfast. Really more suitable for cars, but I was happy there.

Much nicer than I expected! The room had all the amenities I wanted; the bed was comfortable, the staff were very helpful and friendly. It was my home away from home during the Bayreuth Festival. A 2 minute walk to Lidl, DM and a bakery. And getting to the theatre was easy, with taxis booked for you. I'll be back!

Being able to cook for ourselves was wonderful. The staff were truly excellent, friendly, charming and helpful. Loved the instant-on tap in the toilet-only room, such a great idea. Lovely and quiet. Great idea to give a discount to guests who did not have the room done every day. Would have liked a chopping board in the kitchen! Astonished by the dishwasher under the oven (tho' did not use it!). Directions for using cook top would be good for those who have not grown up in the digital age (it worked perfectly). AC worked much better after the filter was changed. Found it easy to take to bus to downtown and then a second one to the Festspielhaus and a taxi home. Pairing guests for taxis to the opera was excellent. Made friends that way. Would definitely stay here again. Lucky to have the Lidl so close too!

We were in Bayreuth for a week to attend the annual Opera Festival. Our stay was part of a 22 day trip to Germany. The facility was clean, well managed and had a laundry room in the basement with coin operated machines. We could take the elevator down and wash our clothes easily. The staff was also quite familiar with the idiosyncrasies of the opera festival and were able to provide gjudance to us with respect to food, transportation and other logistical challenges of the festival. We pre-arranged our taxi through the front desk, and it arrived a few minutes early each night. We were also able to have the front desk dispatch a cab to the Opera house for us at the end of each performance. The staff was multilingual and very helpful. The property is new and modern, and had air conditioning. There is a coffee shop, a deli and a grocery store 1/2 block down the street that can be easily utilized.

The location is good, even if you don't have a vehicle. City bus stop is very close by. Butcher, baker, grocery and drug store across the street. Breakfast is available in the bakery-cafe and other meals at the butcher in the same location. Very inexpensive. Beds were comfortable and there was room to move around them. Phone to landlines in Germany are free. Personnel was very friendly and helpful.

Forgot to clean the room

We stayed there for 7 days, only ask them to clean the room every other day (we put cleaning sign onto the door handle), so when they forgot to clean on the 6th day, leads us no clean towels to use, we've put them on the wet shower floor after shower, plus there are nobody to help after 10pm (we went back to the hotel after 10pm), don't like the situation.

This was my second visit to this establishment. I am regular visitor and collaborator at the University and this place is perfect. Facilities are brand new with nice kitchens and bath, and it's an easy walk to university and grocery shops so I don't need a car.

Nice location and setup, poor service

I stayed for 8 days because I was seeing several operas during the festival. It's a nice hotel for an extended stay, with a little kitchenette and just a block away from a cafe, drugstore, and grocery store. The internet was strong enough that I could stream movies most nights. My complaint was with the housekeeping. It was hard for them to come to clean the room at a normal time. They either wanted to come at 830, which is too early for someone who was out late the night before at the opera, or at 1400, which is too late because you're doing your hair for the opera that starts at 1600 for which you have to be there by 1500. Maybe they're so new as a hotel that they have trouble understanding what a guest would want. About half the days I just told them to go away bcs the timing was so poor. The other complaint is that they had trouble grasping that I would want coffee every day, so they would have to refill the coffee single serve thing every time they came. Eventually I gave up and bought a big container of instant coffee at the grocery store.

I really love this hotel. The room is clean, spacious, bright, and has a small fully functional kitchen! The staff at the reception desk are courteous, helpful and efficient. I'd recommend it to anyone and would definitely come back!

Note that the hotel is not located in the downtown area, but I got a car so that wasn't a problem.

An unexpectedly comfortable stay in Bayreuth.

Exceptional value for the money. Hotel is in easy reach from the freeway exit, yet close to the city. Our room was clean, very quiet (facing away from the street to a wooded area), spacious, and the beds were very comfortable, The kitchenette offered anything you need, only the wifi was a bit week. Parkin gwas reasiónably priced at 8,50 €, even offering outlets for electric cars (don't have one, but honor the existance). Overall, highly recommended.

It was an excellent apartment, very new and very comfortable and functional. Service was great. Only minor downside was that the floors were cemented and very cold during winter. Room slippers were provided but there were only two pairs. We did not ask for more as we brought our own.
It's excellent for its price. Can't ask for any better!

Personale cortese e disponibile.
Non si tratta di un hotel di lusso ma di in apparthotel senza ristorazione ma con cucina. In confronto a molti altri provati direi dignitoso e in ordine. Comodo al centro (ca 15-20 min a piedi), prezzo modico. Se dovessi passare per Bayreuth ci tornerei.

Das Apart Hotel ist sehr gut eingerichtet, alles am Inventar ist guter Standard und absolut Zweckmäßig in die Altstadt sind es ca. 1,5 km, am besten ist es wenn man noch ein Fahrrad hat somit kann man die schöne Umgebung besser kennenlernen. Alles in allem ein schönes Wochenende

wir hatten eine tolle Suite, das Hotelpersonal sehr freundlich und bis ins Zentrum nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß.
Gegenüber vom Hotel war gleich eine Bäckerei, in dwr es eun leckeres Frühstück gab.

Kochgeschirr war bei Ankuft unsauber, Geschirr und Besteck für 2 Personen nicht ausreichend (unterschiedliche Tassengrößen, nur ein Trinkglas), Seifenspender in WC war leer, die Ausstattung (insbesondere Küchenmobiliar hatte ramponierte, teilweise nicht umleite Kanten und Sockelleisten.

Dafür wurde uns als Kompensationsleistung die Parkgebühr zurück erstattet.
