Great staff & breakfast was very good. The only issue we ran into was on our last night when we encountered a bad smell of sewer gas from the shower drain. It was up to us to cover the drain with damp towels and air the room out. Stunning views of the sea and coastal towns below.

Our recent stay at your hotel was truly enjoyable, with the highlight being the breath taking view from our room. Unfortunately, there were a few aspects the fell short of our expectations and impacted our overall experience.
On Nov 18, we arrived around 7:30pm and notified hotel of our arrival as planned. However, the young lady who met us encounter on unexpected issue - She had locked her keys inside. Despite her efforts contact other guests for assistance we were left waiting outside in the cold and rain for about an hour before another guest finally opened the door.
Nov 22, my husband and I had planned an early departure, but it didn't quite go as planned. The evening before, he let the front desk know that we'd be checking out early, and the young lady at the front desk provide us with instructions on how to exit the premises. Unfortunately, when we tried to leave at 6:00am when, the button that was suppose to open the gate didn't work, and we'd already left our keys at the front desk. when the button failed to work my husband became upset and decided our only option was to scale the 8FT fence. We had substantial amount of luggage, including two 50-pound suitcases, one 3-pound smaller suitcase, and two backpacks. I lifted each item high enough for my husband on the other side to grab, but he lost his footing while grabbing the first suitcase and fell to the cement. Fortunately, he only sustained minor injuries including a concussion.

The hotel is not transparent about it's location. Uppn arrival to the town, you walk DOWN a LONG way which means every time you want to visit the town or go to other area sites, you have a very laborious uphill climb which is exhausting especially with luggage. I asked if someone could take me to the top of the hill my last day, but they declined and offered to call a taxi (35 euros) to go half a mile. It was raining, but they still wouldn't accommodate despite me seeing only one other couple my entire visit. They do rides to their sister hotel where they have a family restaurant (which is further than the top of the hill). Also, upon check in, you have to tell them what time you want breakfast each morning. You then have t go down to a small oom to pick up the food each day d take it to your room or you can eat in a small room downstairs. Breakfast staff seemed unpleasant and food was poor. The entire stay my tv was broke. A lady changed the remote batteries and also unsuccessfully tried to get it to work. We finally gave up. I am athletic (run several miles a day back home) and still had a difficult time with the steep hill. Absolutely do NOT STAY HERE if you are elderly, disabled or in poor shape. Stay in the village way at the top of the hill where everything to do is accessible. The front office staff is very polite but this is NOT a hotel rather a villa with a very small desk for check in. It is NOT staffed round the clock (safety concern). No pool.

This hotel is a diamond in the rough. The staff is very friendly and accommodating to out of the norm circumstances. We were three hours early and they welcomed us. It’s a short walk into town and the bonus was private parking at the facilities. Would stay here again if my trip allowed it.

We had a nice view from our balcony in Casa Dolce Casa overlooking a public pool area and the sea. The pool area can get noisy during the middle of the day but was always quiet in the morning and evenings for beautiful views. The breakfast on the rooms private balcony was worth the expense and the food selection was great. Make sure you select your breakfast the evening before. Like most places on the Amalfi coast there were some stairs to climb to get to places but this location allowed a walk on a street rather than stairs that was easier. The staff was very helpful and always happy.

Casa Dolce Casa, is set on a beautiful hill in Ravello. It is a walk uphill to the town square or nearest restaurants. There are steps as a short cut, but pretty tough going, so road easier.
The staff and team are lovely and helpful. Parking good and property secure.
The roads make interesting driving, so take care. We did not have a direct view from the room, but even then you still have easy access to outside seating and terraces for a drink overlooking the stunning views.

Excellent accommodation we loved our stay here for our wedding. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The apartment was beautiful and the views of the coast were incredible. We had a large private terrace which was peaceful. Daily cleaning and kept us topped up with drink facilities. The breakfast was very good and lots of options. Pool next door was also a big perk! We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Dolce Casa! The peaceful setting was perfect for relaxing, and we especially enjoyed sipping wine on our patio in the evenings. Just a heads-up—if you’re planning to have breakfast outside, you might have to share the space with a few bees or wasps. Other than that, everything was wonderful. It’s a fantastic spot for anyone looking to escape the crowds while still having easy access to popular tourist areas by public transport. Highly recommend—10/10

Beautiful view, but unfortunately the rooms lack privacy which made it difficult to enjoy it. Rooms are not soundproof, and the staff meant well but was inexperienced and lacked professionalism. At these prices, there are options which are closer to the town center, have better service and amenities, and are overall a much better value.

Wonderful room with gorgeous views. Communication was excellent from hosts. 10 min uphill walk to Ravello square to find shops, food, and to catch the bus or taxi. I felt a bit taken advantage of when they offered for a taxi to pick us up and take us to hotel for $80 euro after being around a day we discovered we could have taken city bus to same place for $3 euro for 2 of us! 😯
They didn’t encourage us to go to Amalfi as they want business to stay local but we are glad we took the bus and went, however for a more peaceful less crowded experience Ravello is perfect.

Amazing stay! We enjoyed the apartment. Super clean, nice colors, and balcony was quite beautiful. Very quiet. The walk-hike to town can be challenging. Two choices. A stairway across street will take you directly up to town in 10 minutes. Approximately 200 steps! But good views during quick breaks to catch breath. Second choice is walk the road up doing 2 or 3 switchbacks; takes about 15-20 minutes. More flat but still a climb. The town of Ravello is everything you expect and more. Definitely recommend! We loved Casa Dolce Casa

I had a sweet stay at my home sweet home. I had a corner room with an excellent view. There were two large windows overlooking the sea. They brought me breakfast to my room and was able to have breakfast in bed to enjoy the beauty. It is a short walk uphill to the Ravello center. I also loved my bathroom. Anthony and Ilenia were helpful. Keep in mind that this hotel does not have a pool or a bar so it is quiet. I really enjoyed my stay and would stay again in a heartbeat.

It is a perfect boutique hotel. About 9km from the Port of Amalfi. This area of Italy has a lot of hills and mountains. To get to Ravello ( a beautiful little town) up from where we stayed takes someone to be in great shape. You can walk stairs about 260 steps then you are almost in town. We took the long way. I had a wonderful experience with what they called a Turkish bath. A moist sauna then a steam shower. So beautifully relaxing. The service was excellent. You can get breakfast daily - highly recommended. We booked ours that way. What a way to have morning coffee. Times are flexible for breakfast - 7:30 onwards. The room was so clean and bed comfy. One thing that might make it much better is working a deal with the hotel right next door for use of the pool even if it cost a bit. The hotel does have a pool but it is up in Ravello - I loved it here we had ocean views. Also maybe a couple of scooters to rent by hour to get up to Ravello for those of us that can not do the walk. Thank you for providing such a great four days. It was amazing! Below a few pics from and of our room.

Amazing! We found a gem. Our suite was called Perla. In the middle, with easy access to the street by a private door. The suite was huge, very clean and with amazing views. The bathroom was large, fully renovated with real Italian tile, since the owners also own a ceramic shop. The service was so friendly. They offered our family of four to take us to the restaurant owned by them. We agreed! The owner picked us up and took us to the restaurant 10 minute drive away so we didn’t have to deal with the car. The restaurant has a Michelin key! It was so good!
The room also comes with its own terrace with a view of the sea. We enjoyed Prosecco before dinner. Breakfast is included, and you must choose it at check in, but in the morning it is waiting for you. They also offered free parking. Just perfect. We went up to the town via the tunnel and the many stairs and it was free of crowds and so so cute.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights on the beginning of our first trip to Italy! This area is beautiful and the view from our room was amazing! Our room was perfect, had a great wrap around balcony to see everything and had plenty of room to sit and relax! Breakfast on the balcony in the morning was absolutely perfect way to start the day! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! They told us of places to see and restaurants to enjoy! If you're looking for a perfect place to enjoy the Almafi coast, I highly recommend this place!! We will definitely be back and look forward to our next trip to Italy!

Amazing place to spend a vacation, nice view awesome breakfast, lady in the front desk is friendly and helpful. Supposedly in winter time taxis are sometimes difficult to find so be ready to walk and most of the restaurants in the area closes early.

The only complain that I have is that we were only allowed to eat in our room because we had a terrace, I would have preferred to eat at a the dining room when it was raining. The hotel is close to the town and you can even walk down to Amalfi, it's a very good location.

Beautiful place, excellent breakfast, lovely staff. My only negative was the noise in our room. We could hear everything from upstairs- footsteps, chairs scraping, doors closing, etc from 7am and it was disturbing. The hotel was pretty empty so I think it was probably staff. But we stayed in winter and I guess the air con in summer might drown out that noise.

Stayed here in early October and the view was breathtakingly beautiful!!! Breakfast was served in room and it was the most delicious breakfast I had in Ravello. The only negative was that it’s 10 minutes walk uphill to the center of Ravello. Otherwise everything was perfect (taxi dropped and picked me up directly in front of the hotel).

The view is spectacular. Dining is a trek to the Center of Ravello. But we went to Center next day and it was stunningly Beautiful lots of restaurants.We ate dinner at Salvatore’s half way up to city Center.It was excellent. Lunch in Center square next day equally as wonderful.would recommend.

A perfect 10. This hotel room was so awesome. HUGE bed…supposed to be a US king and think it was a king plus some! Biggest bed we’ve ever slept in and we have a king at home. Nice towels, sheets, 2 pillows per person…a little worn down on the pillows and maybe time for a refresh but having said that, I’m a pillow snob and travel with my own blow up pillows as most hotels skimp in this area I think.Awesome smelling toiletries. Awesome breakfast delivered to our room daily.

We stayed a single day/night at the property. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The view from our room looking out to the sea was breathtaking. We had the Zaffiro room. Also had a wrap around balcony which was so nice in the evening and the morning sunrise. They will bring your breakfast to your room as you order. To walk to the central piazza where the shopping and restaurants are located you walk up several flights of stairs which are accessed directly across the street from the property. Though our weather was very temperate on a hot day the stairs would be exhausting. I highly recommend this property for the fantastic room and views, cleanliness, staff and location.

Everything about this stay was excellent. Stunning views, very clean room, good wifi, great breakfast. It is quieter than Amalfi which made our evenings much calmer. Easy bus options down to Amalfi, as there is a stop in Ravello. The stairs are a hike, but worth it for this location. (About 200 steps to Ravello city center). Parking on site but don’t plan on driving once you arrive. Staff was superb. Book this if you can!
