The room temperature was warm, sadly my room temperature even trying to lower the temperature stayed in 24.5 degrees, I informed and asked to be moved but was declined, the wifi was also another problem I was unable to use it when needed for work related activities.

La chambre possédait un balcon. Lors de notre séjour le restaurant de l'hotel etait fermé pour un festival, sans que nous soyons avisé au préalable, donc nous avons dû trouvé une alternative. L'air climatisé est programmé pour 24,5 degrés et le frigo ne rafraîchit pas, ce qui qui n'est pas pratique quand il fait chaud. Pas de bouilloire pour se faire un thé ou un café.

This was our second time staying at this lovely hotel, which is located just outside of Manfredonia. The rooms are impeccable and have everything you need. The price-performance ratio is good.
The hotel is located in a beautifully landscaped park area and is also used as an event hotel. Very nice ambience both in and around the hotel. Parking is almost unlimited and free of charge. A great pool with very nice staff. The hotel is not located on the beach – you definitely need a car here to drive to Manfredonia in the evening or explore the Gargano peninsula during the day with a variety of beautiful beaches.
The breakfast buffet is well stocked, but when buses arrive at the hotel and the travelers come together for breakfast in the morning, the buffet is quickly empty and is unfortunately refilled only very hesitantly. That is the only point of criticism.
The hotel was a very good and beautifully located starting point for all our activities. If we stay in the area again, then certainly there.

Breakfast from 07:00. Typically all inclusive: Powdered scramble eggs and juices.
Captive audience: EUR5 for a 33cl beer!

Pool: Nice and big. Have to wear cap when swimming. Seems standard at many hotels in Italy. They provided caps for EUR3. On pics it looks like a long pool to swim in. An illusion. They are for display only. No free internet.

Room: Large with lots of storage space. Free internet. Only Italian TV programs. Noisy toilet. Noticed that also in their public toilet, so can only assume it’s the same in all rooms.

2 years ago food was amazing so I was very disappointed this time we won’t be going back where sorry Regio get a proper chef pasta sauce tested like tomato soup I make better sauce than that ?

This hotel had a very strange approach to the truth even though they were small things they were annoying, one of the reasons we booked this hotel was because they had a swimming pool, we saw the photos of everyone swimming without hats however when we went to swim we were told we must wear a hat, we questioned this at reception and the answer ‘it would make the photos look ugly’ we have never been asked to wear hats to swim in and we have traveled around the world.
They also advertise they sell tickets to go to some of the beaches in the area including the famous beach with the Rocks but when I enquired could I purchase them they said they don’t do that one the photos were examples of beaches not necessarily the ones they had tickets for. It seemed a bit strange
Breakfast was very spasmodic as to what would be left to eat if at all, and though breakfast was 7- 10 during the week 10.30 at the weekend they started laying for lunch about 9.15 reducing the table options instead of ensuring there were enough breakfast options. one other thing about breakfast was the orange juice tasted like it had been reconstituted from powder, there is no excuse for having real orange juice.
If you want a place that is clean with clinical Rooms this is the place for you.

Nice enough Hotel not dog friendly though

I booked to stay here one night with my dog. The hotel is nice enough and located (as a big resort reception type area) out of town. Unfortunately my room had 3 issues so l was moved to a superior room - not a great start as l had already unpacked - before l discovered a dirty toilet, a fridge that didn’t work and a TV with no functional satellite channels. New room satellite TV didn’t work either. Beware dog owners it says dog friendly but it isn’t. When you check in you are given a list of dog rules and a supplemental bill for €15. Dogs aren’t allowed in the restaurant area or the breakfast room. You are told to leave them in your car. They also have to be leashed at all times.
Angelo at breakfast was very kind and sympathetic towards me after he witnessed my dog being thrown out literally. Other dog owners were angry and spoke to me about having to pay a supplement and not being allowed to take your dog anywhere. Honestly this hotel should not advertise itself as pet friendly when it clearly isn’t.

We booked specifically for the spa and massage gym facilities
. Knowing it was out of main town. Arrived to find out only one staff for massage, we booked two so had to wait for one to go first etc. Massage was like a light skin brush even when asked for harder. Both of us agreed this wasn’t satisfying.
I did really like the ice and wet sauna plus the relaxation chairs/room.
Our room was very far away considering hotel wasn’t busy at all. Could hear next doors bathrooms walls so thin, even two doors up. Reminded me more of a airport hotel. Very very basic. One wall body wash that’s all and not even real towels, more similar to tea towels as bath towels.
Breakfast was full of choice but didn’t taste very good. We cancelled our second night to move. Easy parking, manger seemed nice on departure.

The staff, especially reception and the dining room people, were friendly and helpful. The grounds are fantastic and well kept. The breakfast is probably one of the best we’ve had in Puglia, with lots of good choices, including scrambled eggs, although somewhat cold. The size of the buffet table made up for the eggs, which are unusual for breakfast in Italy anyway.

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was quiet and a good size. The only complaints we had were that, (1) the shower is very small (we’re not big people, but it was an unusually tight cubicle) and the sliding doors made getting in somewhat awkward, (2) the floor in the shower is somewhat slippery, too, and (3) the air conditioner in the room was quite loud and not all that effective. Reception was very quick to respond to our complaint and had the noise looked at, although that wasn’t as successful as one might hope. As for the temperature in the room, we were there during a heat wave and it did not cool comfortably. Reception reset the temperature setting remotely to 17.5... the room should have felt like a fridge at that low setting, but it did not come down effectively during our 3 day stay. Otherwise, we were fine in the common areas.

The hotel has plenty of parking and is easily accessible. We wished it hadn’t been quite as remote and that we could walk to town, but that was not possible, as it’s off the highway and not actually in Manfredonia. It would be a great venue for a gathering or wedding.

The hotel is undergoing renovations and will be bright and cheerful when completed. The bathroom could use some storage for personal items. Regiohotel is really a conference hotel so is rather remote but works well if you are passing through for a night or two. The staff is very helpful in providing information on restaurants and activities.

For the price (~$60/night), the hotel punched well above its weight in terms of cleanliness and condition. A little uncomfortable due to the air conditioning not being enabled, but otherwise a pleasant stay. Breakfast was decent as well.

mediocre convention hotel set in the middle of nowhere between fields and an industrial estate but not far from gargano.
room was nice, but one could hear the guests across the hall who were quite active. friendly staff who spoke excellent English. good breakfast.
the menu for dinner is poor: not only was there barely any choice but half of it was from frozen ingredients, also lots of it tasted as if then from the tin.
another minus is that the place calls itself a wellness hotel but asks a ridiculous extra charge for just one sauna, jacuzzi and steam bath, things which are included in many decent hotels. looked at their treatment menu and the charges are far too high.

We stayed here for 5 nights in Manfredonia. The PROS: beautiful hotel grounds and building. Spacious rooms and beautiful balcony view. Free parking onsite and restaurant onsite if you don't feel like driving into the city to find food. Onsite spa available.
CONS: generally very unfriendly staff that never smiled all week. Very uncomfortably warm rooms with a/c fully controlled by reception staff. Overpriced restaurant food with very small portions. Located distantly from the city center on the outskirts of town. Loud parties held in convention location here keeping you up till 2 AM with management not caring about how this bothers sleeping guests.
Staff & Management should really consider good proper customer service training!

Clean Hotel, Awful Service, and Slimy Pool

Super clean rooms and nice bathroom. The whole hotel was really nice with the exception of the pool. Don't be mistaken the pictures are correct but is you feel the walls of the pool or look on the bottom, you can see a feel the slim. So disgusting. The service was even worse with a feel nice people. The food was stale and old. Italy is renown for its fresh food but not this place. At least the room was clean and the bathrooms looked as though they had been recently remodeled. Typical European two twins pushe together to make a queen bed. And only one key card that you have to use to power the whole room so don't expect to charge your phone while swimming in their non chlorinated pool.

The place is average in most respects, decent room, tiny TV, no English channels and bad reception. Odd pool rules (don't plan on using it much), on freeway but in predominantly industrial area (quarry close by, odd smell), convenient access to Gargano locations, average breakfast.

We arrived late at night and the receptionist was kind to give us directions. Some were posted on the highway and were lost at an intersection where we took the right turn instead of left (hotel is located outside the city on the side of Agip, past the little bridge overpassing the highway). We were granted late check-out and had- unusually for Europe - free parking, free internet and free breakfast (although we did not take the last offer due to rest hours after our long trip). The only downturn was the Karaoke allowed in the lobby (Sun and Mon) with a loud microphone. However, sound was relatively muffled in the room. Our view was opposite of the mountain on the courtyard, not much to see but clean and well taken care of. Toiletries could use an update and mattress is quite hard but sheets were very clean. TV had some channel options although signals were intermittent. We saved this GPS location for future use and strongly recommend them over other expenses choices on the E coast of the Adriatic Sea.

the hotel caters to the businessman with all the ammenities and an excellent buffet breakfast. however, the facility hours are user unfriendly. the pool closed during the hottest hours of the day, the spa has banker hours and costs extra to use. the room's a.c. is controlled at the front desk and you can ask to turn it on and they will ignore you. we were subject to an italian wedding that stared at 7:00 p.m. and finished at 2:00 a.m. right outside our room. it was unforgiveable. it you don't have a car you are screwed. oh yeah and Manfredonia is a desert of rocks, cactus, olive trees. looks just like baja california

This is a business hotel with all the amenities: pool, spa service, restaurant and bar on site, elevators, plenty of free parking, and easy access from a major road. BUT this hotel, while very efficient and seviceable, lacks any \"soul\"; there is nothing \"special\" about it for the non-business traveller and its restraurant food was very ordinary.

Das Personal hat uns nettempfangen und das Zimmer war sauber.

Leider muss man im Pool eine Badekappe tragen. Das scheint aber in Italien öfter vorzukommen, was uns nicht bewusst war. Freundlich wurden wir daraufhin vewiesen, jedoch, hat sich dieser Bereich dann für uns erledigt.

Das Verbinden mit dem Internet hat erst nach einem Tag funktioniert.

Leider liegt, das Hotel abseits und somit ist man immer an das Auto angewiesen. Kostenlose Parkplätze stehen in großer Anzahl zur Verfügung..

\"so lala\" - ich bin hier in der Nebensaison für 3 Nächte untergekommen. Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich ok. Hätte ich die Bewertungen davor gelesen, hätte ich es nicht gebucht.
Es stimmt, dass der Veranstaltungsbereich des Hotels für Hochzeiten und Feierlichkeiten genutzt wird. An 2 meiner 3 Abende war laute Musik zu hören, ein verbringen des Abends auf dem Balkon war daher nicht in Ruhe möglich. Sogar im Zimmer war die Musik zu hören. Das könnte bei Zimmern mit Blick Richtung Berg, anstatt zum Meer, besser sein.
Personal war freundlich, Spa-Mitarbeiter z.T. kein englisch, was die Kommunikation schwierig machte.
Das Frühstück war sehr enttäuschend, lieblos dekoriert, wenig Auswahl. Für Wasser und Säfte stehen Plastikbecher bereit.. in 2024. In einem angeblichen 4 Sterne Hotel. Alle Welt versucht Plastikmülll zu reduzieren und hier wird sich für Becher entschieden, obwohl man sich in einem Restaurant befindet, und andere Tische für Abends schon mit Gläsern eingedeckt sind. Ich war sehr erstaunt.

Il nostro soggiorno presso Regiohotel Manfredi è stato molto piacevole. Le stanze erano silenziose e il letto molto comodo. La colazione offriva un’ampia scelta di prodotti. Top la piscina anche se la cuffia è obbligatoria. L’unico piccolo difetto che abbiamo notato è stata la pulizia un po’ approssimativa delle zone poco accessibili della stanza (polvere sulle mensole, capelli nell’angolo del bagno) ma tutto sommato la pulizia complessiva della stanza non era male. They call themselves a luxury resort, but that was only the aesthetic part. It looks like they have invested in things to make a great first impression, but have saved on important things for the customers.

Rooms: the rooms were nice, but not the bathroom! Old bathrooms that were missing toilet seat. No shampoo nor conditioner.
We had connected double rooms, but only one of them had balcony and double closet.
Breakfast: very limited range of food. They use disposable plastic cups for water and juice (not very sustainable).
Restaurant: in their marketing advertising they say they have two restaurants, but in reality there were only one with poor quality of the food.
Fitness room: to call themselves a wellness resort, the offer of fitness facilities were poor. No water available nor towels. But the worse thing was that it had no air conditioning!! It was almost 40 degrees outside, and no cooling in the fitness room! The room was also in the basement so there were no signals for 3G, nor WiFi.
WiFi: in general there were hardly any or no signals, and also very unstable.
Pool: no WiFi signals at all. I had expected that beach towels were included, but they charged you every day. There was no information that said that everyone in the pool must use a cover for the hair. They charged us for that as well.
Customer service: very little service minded

I don’t recommend this place if you’re looking for luxury wellness.

Tolles Hotel in schöner Umgebung

Wir haben Anfang Juni eine Woche im Regiohotel Manfredi in Apulien gewohnt. Es handelt sich um ein großzügiges parkähnliches Areal, das ca. 4 km von Manfredonia entfernt im Landesinneren liegt. Das Hotel wird insbesondere für Events wie z.B. auch Hochzeiten genutzt und für Busreisende. Es kann daher auch mal etwas lauter zugehen, insbesondere wenn die Italiener am Wochenende feiern - es hielt sich aber im Rahmen. Sehr stilvolle und edle Anlage mit großem Pool, Blick auf Berge und Meer (zumindest auf unserer Seite des Hotels). Frühstücksbuffet ist ok, alles dabei, was man braucht. Sinnvoll ist hier auf jeden Fall eine Anreise mit dem eigenen PKW oder ein Mietwagen. Kostenlose Parkplätze gibt es hier in Hülle und Fülle. Der Poolbereich ist sehr schön und großzügig. Wir haben diesen aber nur am Tag vor der Abreise einmalig genutzt - ansonsten war der Strand unser Ziel. Und es gibt eine Vielzahl von Stränden in der Umgebung - den schönsten und insbesondere ruhigsten unter der Woche haben wir an 4 Tagen genutzt - den Lido Macchia ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt und mit 15 € für einen Schirm und 2 Liegen kostengünstig. Abends haben wir in Manfredonia gegessen - ein sehr quirliger Ort mit einer besonders guten Pizzeria - der Pizzeria Manfredi nahe der Festung. Wer in dieser Gegend wohnt, darf nicht verpassen, eine Tour nach Vieste zu unternehmen mit einer Vielzahl an Naturschönheiten auf dem Weg, insbesondere außergewöhnliche Felsformationen. Super Preis für Standardzimmer.

Cet hôtel serait un très bon 3 étoiles mais ce n’est pas un 4 étoiles
Pas de bouilloire / café dans la chambre
Le nettoyage quotidien des chambres est correct mais minimal et pas très ponctuel
Le petit déjeuner est varié mais les œufs brouillés sont froids les tables préparées peu nombreuses il faut réclamer les couverts les rayons sont vides là aussi il faut demander.. le personnel est sympathique mais plutôt « dilettante »
Bref pas au niveau attendu…

Tutto perfetto: stanza, pulizia, colazione, reception.
Viaggiamo con un cane anziano da parecchi anni che è stato molto ben accolto.
Tuttavia mi è stato richiesto per lui ben 15 euro al giorno che mi sono sembrati eccessivi considerato il fatto che il massimo richiesto altrove è di 10 euro. I
