The staff are excellent. The food is very good. The hotel itself is 5 Star and away from Kuta which is big plus because Kuta Is dirty and disappointing. This is a lovely setting for a hotel to escape all that.

This review was hard to write. I’ve waited a week to reflect on what to say. The staff at this resort are incredible. They go out of their way to make you happy and do anything possible to make your stay comfortable. However there is a major water issue throughout this resort.

Cons: Although we booked through Expedia this was a more expensive hotel for Indonesia. It is listed as a 5 star. It is not. You can see the leaks in the hallways, ceilings, and smell the mold. They are working on the issues but it is huge. If you walk through the building you will see ceiling missing in places.
We were here 5 days and day 3 a water leak started in our ceiling in our bathroom. The mold is in the shower and behind the sink.
I did speak to the manager and he was gracious. Offered to change rooms but what was the point. It’s through out the building. He sent us beautiful desserts. This was honestly out of his control. The owner needs to sink money into this.

Pros: Staff is amazing. Beautiful pool. The view from the lobby is spectacular. There is a free shuttle multiple times a day to take you into town. Staff is more than happy to do this. You are able to rent scooters or cars directly at hotel. The women there is so helpful and has great suggestions. The breakfast had many options. A huge buffet.
I wanted to be able to recommend this hotel because if the staff but simply can not. Do not stay here until the fix their water issues. You will regret it. It is not worth the money

We absolutely loved our stay at the Pullman. The room, service, beach, pool, bar and restaurants were fantastic, and looked like something out of a postcard. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was great that we could get a moped directly from the hotel to explore the area. We stayed for 2 weeks and wish we could have stayed longer, everything was fantastic.

On arrival we were shown to our room which was clean and comfortable but a little tired in places. There had obviously been some water damage. The staff member forgot to show us where the tea/coffee facilities in the room were located so that was a bit inconvenient. Turns out to be in another room. When do you look in other rooms?
The restaurants were good, if a bit warm for us, and the buffets were excellent.
We had a small problem booking the transfer to the airport (I asked 3 times) but it wasn’t booked. Fortunately it’s not far (25mins) from the airport but that could have been a problem.
The beach is lovely and the sea is shallow for a long distance so great for kids.
Be aware that this is close to Mandalika racing circuit so there is a lot of engine noise when there is an event.

The hotel is huge and impressive as you arrive. But the maintenance and servise is poor. Toilets were leaking, bedsheets smelled sour,like not dried properly,toiltetries and tissue paper , not topped up upon check in and needed to be reminded. Location to Kuta village is very far as hotel is isolated from any food or amenities. The shuttle bus only starts late morning and few and far timing, so not convenient to go to the village or other beaches. I would not recommend this hotel.

The race track is just next door and very noisy when the motorists are tracking.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in!

Terrible service and service recovery by management. Place is also badly maintained. It is supposed to be 2 years old and already pool tiles are pooping out! Ground staff try their best as they can but there is seriously something wrong with their leadership and management. Location is also away from everything and facilities are so lacking. The gym is tucked in the front of the hotel, was small, hot and stuffy. I will never stay in this hotel ever again. Why would i when there are so many other hotels way better than this in terms of state of the hotel, facilities and service ! Even 2 star hotels provide better service and care than Pullman.

Hidden gem near Kuta Beach

Clean, spacious rooms, very helpful staff, large pool and an easy 40 minute walk to downtown Kuta. We had a lovely stay here with our 8 month old daughter.

5 star resort in a remote part of west lombok. New, clean, modern room and amenities. Very friendly staff all around the resort, from the yoga instructor (Jean), walking guide (Taweng), guest relation officer (Matha) to all the servers and counter staff. Secured location offering great seaviews, super relaxing pool facilities, good spread of breakfast and wellness programs (yoga, Power walk, archery etc). Resort also provides complimentary shuttle to Kuta town (5mins drive) which is a plus point! Although we paid a slightly higher price compared to other hotels, it is definitely worth the money spent! Thanks for a great stay.

Great, newer property in Lombok, close enough to the main tourist hotspots. There is a free evening shuttle that can take you into town... It would be much nicer if the pool and spa was open later. Would stay again

Nous avons passé trois jours dans cet hôtel, sa situation est parfaite car il est à l’écart de la ville mais à cinq minutes en scooter.

À revoir, pour ce qui est des actes d’amélioration, possible, le petit déjeuner: beaucoup de place ont froid, le service est complètement désorganisé, beaucoup de choix, mais rien de très savoureux, deux machines à café pour toute la salle…

Il est impossible de marcher autour de la piscine pieds nus, tellement le sol est bouillant, très peu d’ombres naturels, il faut rester sous des parasols et donc avoir très chaud

Lors de notre séjour à Bali, nous sommes restés dans cette hôtel, différent et celui-là, et le moins bien de tous, à notre grande surprise, car en français nous pensions que nous avions un haut niveau de réception hôtelière.

Great spacious rooms and good facilities. One thing, there is a racetrack right next to the hotel where they race multiple times a day so the noise was really bothering. In two of our rooms there was a bad smell in the shower.

Struttura da designer bello da vedere ma datato nelle sue infrastrutture. La camera pulita ma spesso si sentivano cattivi odori stagnanti. La spiaggia non è comoda in quanto il mare è a ridosso di pietre, sassi e buona parte fatto di scogli. La struttura l ho trovata scomoda in quanto per raggiungere le spiagge più accettabili occorreva l'auto o una moto. La sera per raggiungere il cento di Kuta occorreva auto o moto. Oppure entro certi orari stabiliti dall'hotel potevi usufruire di una navetta gratis per raggiungere Kuta. Nei dontorni dell hotel non c è nulla. Non mi sento di consigliare questo Hotel a meno a che non decidi di noleggiare un mezzo oppure di accordarti con un driver del posto per poterti spostare.

Nice and pretty hotel, Big and spacious deluxe rooms with nice balcony. The Commons areas are nice, also the gym! But it smells like mold everywhere you go, and it feels humid in the halls and in the hotel room, even with AC on. The drain in the shower was partly clogged, leading to a lot of water flooding. Expensive transport (7 min drive to Kuta area will cost you 65 k rp with hotel transport, while a 2 hour drive with another car will cost you 500k rp). Other taxis are not allowed at the resort. No scooter rental co customers have to use hotel transport.

Took 30 min to order Ala carte breakfast (a simple sunny side up on an avocado toast).

My room had to run water for more than 5 minutes until the water temperature in the shower warmed up. That was not fixed when I asked the staff to remedy the situation.
Also, the drainage in the shower room was poor, and when I used the shower, the water remained pooled at my feet.

周りにお店が少ないですが、シャトルバスもあるのでなんとかなります。ビラに泊まったのですが、ブレーカーが落ちたり(すぐ直りましたが)、虫が少し気になりました。でもまた訪れたいと思うホテルです。

プールとレストランが沢山ある大型リゾートではありませんが、非常にコスパが良いホテルでした。

The facility was new and clean, and the hotel staff were friendly. While it is not a large resort with numerous pools and restaurants, it offered excellent value for money.

Great, big modern Executive rooms.

Klasse Hotel, wunderschöne Executive Zimmer. modern und komfortabel. Essen war sehr lecker und große Portionen. Preislich sicher über den Restaurants in Kuta aber für noch ok. Beach not really for swimming but Tanjung An is not far. Best to have a scooter or a car. hotel offers shuttle to „downtown“ Kuta

Good hotel facing the beach.
I appreciated the support from the staff to change my room, please be aware that some executive rooms are lower ground and with 'vis-à-vis'.

The management could improve the beach area. The seats and mattress are not well organized. All packed, not arranged from a day to an other. Looks like a mess, while it has the potential to be great.
