말라카에 거의 유일한 4.5성급 호텔로 객실과 직원들의 서비스가 아주 좋습니다. 바로 옆에있는 골프클럽에서 라운딩을 했는데 이동도 편리하고 호텔에 웬만한 식당이 있어 다른 곳으로 이동하지 않아도 편하게 즐길 수가 있었습니다. 특히 호텔에 있는 수영장은 안락하고 조용해서 마음에 들었습니다.

Beautiful hotel, great value for money. The most wonderful staff. Pool table and table tennis was under a shaded area in the pool bar area-so much fun and a good break from the sun! Not many resorts have shaded areas but the cabanas by the pool made a huge difference. Really fun slides in the pool which the kids enjoyed. There was no oats , muesli or Bircher at the breakfast which would have been nice but overall plenty of options at breakfast. Thanks for a great stay!

Staff were polite and friendly. Maintenance of the property should be done better. Dirty toilets in the public areas are a turn off. The toilet bowl lid is smaller than the toilet bowl is unacceptable. Service can be slow.

Stayed for 2 nights, quite disappointed with the check in process (overwhelmed, housekeeping issues) which can be better for a 5* hotel standard
Check in almost 4hrs late (*Tentative check in timing is at 3pm. Managed to access into our respective rooms almost near to 7pm), given complimentary welcome drinks for the delay.
Security wise, felt safe with the frequent prowling by security officers
Room was clean, well maintained and comfortable
Nevertheless, the breakfast spread was awesome.
Hotel facilities are user friendly, easily acessible and family friendly (swimming pool, gym)
