No beach view from our suite, but it was clean and the staff were great and helpful and friendly. They let us check in almost two hours early because we arrived at 7am!
The room only has one garbage can in the bathroom and no glasses or cups for brushing teeth, also no coffee machine (for those of you who love your morning coffee!), but does have a hair dryer and iron. There are plenty of shops and restaurants just minutes away.
I found San Juan very expensive and will never return, but this hotel was worth the cost and I was not disappointed with the accomodation overall.

I would first like to say that the staff was great. Very nice, helpful, and gave us a lot of tips and recommendations for our trip. The hotel itself is close to the beach and a lot of restaurants. Our biggest complaints were that there is no parking so if you’re planning on renting a car be prepared to pay to park at one of the surrounding parking garages. It was also not the cleanest. While maintenance cleaning was done throughout our trip the rooms needed a little TLC as we could see a lot of the grime from former visitors along the walls. If you’re just wanting a place to sleep it’s fine.

I had a good stay here. It’s a smaller run hotel, and not known for its fanciness, but you’re in Puerto Rico… How much time are you gonna spend in the room other than sleeping? It’s right on the beach, they have a little patio bar/sitting area that’s open on Friday through Monday. Would be nice if it was open every day but it’s enjoyable to sit out there and socialize with some of the other travelers and exchange ideas. Overall, the facilities are dated but clean and a friendly staff, you will become familiar with during your time.
I did hear that sometimes the elevator is out of service, so if that’s an issue make sure to consider that.
One other nice thing was that there’s a Walgreens and another drugstore right down the street within a couple hundred feet… They sell everything from sunblock to Bacardi. Very convenient. Countless bars and restaurants within walking distance as well. I would get a room here again.

There is zero parking. Some search results say there is some parking. There is none. Then the hotel said we could park at the Hilton across the street for $25 a night. It was $97 for one night. The hotel is old, dirty and smells. Our room smelled so bad of chemicals (presumably some sort of insecticide) we had to leave all the windows open. Then the door wouldn’t unlock. The front desk attendants spent 10 minutes to get it unlocked (yes it has keys not key cards). Then later we got locked in the room at checkout time and had to spend 10 minutes trying to get out. The bathroom has holes in the walls. Parts of broken fixtures are still partially attached. The bed had some sort of a plastic liner under the cheap sheets. It had one small blanket and no comforter. The walls were so thin you could hear everything in the surrounding rooms and people walking down the hall. There is only one outlet in the room. This place is disgusting. The only upside is the access to the beach. Do not stay here!!! Gross

Get ready for an adventure!!

Let's start with the good points. The room was cleanish… during our four days we didnt see any bugs or critters. Also the overnight security guard was super nice and was able to help us find a place to watch the Super Bowl. One or two front desk staff were very nice and helpful others ranged from uninterested to absolutely rude.
The AC was ice cold !!! Worked very well we had to shut it off it got so cold

The adventure!!

There is no parking expect to park at the Mariott next door and pay $27 per day if you have a rental the mariott vallet staff are very nice and know what’s up.

We lost water Completely to the whole hotel for about 10-12 hours. We heard “the plumber is coming many times.

Due to the water loss the toilet got clogged and it took several requests to even get them to bring us a plunger (we had to do it ourselves)

Even when back in service the water pressure is Terrible and tepidly warm as best of you like hot showers like I do you will be disappointed.

A puddle was in our hall outside our door we wiped it up because we kept tracking it into our room but it kept. Coming back.

The roof terrace is a joke. Go see it it’s worth a laugh. The adjacent building is twice as tall so all you can look at is a concrete wall no ocean view lol

The room was a little small there is no fridge no microwave, coffeemaker or anything you might expect.

TV was streaming only on a dated smart TV. And the WiFi in the hotel was slow.

The hotel is located right next to the Marriott. Although street parking may not be feasible if you park Valet with Marriott, currently it's $27. The location is walking distance to restaurants and for us, attending the festival was perfect. The location for beach and sunseekers is a plus. The room was comfortable and clean. We will return.

Front desk lady was very nice and helpful, but the very small lobby has a couch and a chair, nothing more, and there were 2 locals who were basically living in the lobby, they were there the whole time that we were, it was completely unacceptable. The rooms were avg. but the outlets were so worn out it was difficult just to charge a phone. The hotel is next to a night club and it was LOUD until 2 AM, and the street was loud until 330AM.

While the property is great and the staff nice, I checked in to a flooded room, I called concerned and had to contact Expedia for someone to show up and help me. Shocked I was not offered a new room and was told to wait until tomorrow at 6am for maintenance. Very disappointed overall at how this was handled. While I get things happened, I don’t get why I was not offered a new room.

Sincerely, we were there for less than 10 minutes. This place is total misrepresentation. Approaching the property, there are rats the size of a cat. The hotels walls are dirty, the elevator is rusty, old and dirty. The room furniture looks like picked-up out of the garbage. Even the poor front desk clerk seemed embarrassed to see us leave so quick. I have been a Hotels.com customer for many years and was surprised they would include this place in their website. Now, they don't want to give us our money either. Worse experience EVER.

It’s a local hotel in condado I’ve been staying at since 1999. It’s located on Ashford Ave in condado about 60 feet away from the beach! It’s close to Walgreens and walking distance many bars and restaurants. The staff is very friendly and accommodating!

Oh my! First off, the service was friendly and efficient. Thank you! However, the place needs work. Room 300 only no hot shower. Left it run for 15 min. COLD SHOWER! The air conditioner was not putting out super cold for setting on 62. Wouldn’t go lower. Only bath towels and a bath mat available. Said they were on order. Beds not really comfortable. Room 300 does have a separate room with a twin bed which was nice. One minute to the beach which was great. Two chairs umbrella $30. Parking is a pain on street. We watched from the beach and moved our car to the white line. $17 per 8 hours at garage!

The receptionist was amazing (Christine or something like that). The room was basic, but adequate. No phone in room. NO HOT WATER. The toilet had to be manually shut off after each flush to stop it from continually running water. No electrical outlet in the bathroom. Noise echoes throughout the hallways and is amplified acoustics and very early in the morning (before 8 am) there was someone doing work and it sounded like someone was literally banging on the wall right outside my bed. It was adequate lodging for my quick 2 day trip, but I wouldn't want to stay there on a nice vacation. I consider it a budget hotel for 1 or 2 night stays. It's right next to the beach so that would be a big plus for that purpose. There is no place to park so it would be nice if they had some kind of provision for that with one of the nearby parking vendors or garages.

Denisse and Debora at the front desk were great! The room was clean and comfortable. Location is the best! Right next to the Condado beach. Not suggested for families for kids because there were many people smoking pot at the beach. The Marriot hotel next door has live music! Great restaurants at walking distance. The hotel needs to have its name more visible from the street. My room was close to the lobby and you could hear the noise from the lobby. All things considered, I would stay again, great value for the money!

I stayed one night and it was fine since I mainly needed a place to sleep. I was told by the front desk to park in front of the hotel since their was limited parking on the day of check out I wake up and have a police ticket on my rental of $50 I went inside asked the staff to make this right and they refuse to pay for the ticket even after I asked the front desk they told me to deal with it very unfair and unprofessional do not book this place unless your prepared to get $50 ticker from the police each day or have $200 to park at multiple garages at least a mile from the hotel.

Room on ground floor had NO window, the room door could not be opened or locked with the electronic nor the manual key. We had to leave the door unlocked day and night. We were told by the reception that its safe to do so. There were roaches in the washroom and the ceiling had holes. The blanket and floors were dirty. The room was not cleaned properly, found lids of fast food drinks in the corner of the bedroom. No hairdryer. Two ladies in our 40s stayed Memorial Day weekend this year, very disappointing. Rooms are very outdated and moldy smelling. Bathroom had mold in ceiling that had to make a special request to come clean. Beds thin and uncomfortable. Despite what it said on expedia listing, not all rooms have fridges- we only got one as it was taken from another room. Pictures on Expedia listing are greatly photo shopped.

Location is not great, and its very noisy. Yes its right by the beach but not the nicest part of Condado Beach, and view is partial. On weekends traffic is horrible. There is no parking provided, street parking very limited and we had to pay $40+ a day for a lot 3 blocks away. There is major construction for a new high rise 1 block over. We were hopeful it would stop over weekend/holiday- but nope, 730am every day it started.

If you're college aged just looking for a place to crash, this hotel works. Do not recommend for anyone else!

I felt like I was catfished. The Amount I paid for 1 night and the property did not match the pictures. It was disgusting. Stained linens, roach in the bathroom, filthy dirty curtains, bags of trash pilled up in front of the hotel steps, old and scratched up furniture. The elevator is old, dirty, and not leveled. Scary, dirty and you can hear every person on the street.

Eso no es un hotel, es una ratonera la cual no limpian las camas solo las tienden y dejan las sábanas que ya utilizo otra persona me cambiaron tres veces de habitación y todas estabas sucias llenas de pelos y animales caminando por la cómo obvio no me quedé ni una noche en esa posilga y al mismo tiempo habían dos personas distintas en la misma situación y aparte te bloquean 200$ de seguridad y en la habitaciones no hay absolutamente nada solo mooo insectos y suciedad
That is not a hotel, it is a rat trap where they do not clean the beds, they only make them and leave the sheets that another person already used. They changed my room three times and all of them were dirty, full of hair and animals walking around. Obviously, I did not stay even one night in that place and at the same time there were two different people in the same situation. On top of that, they block $200 in security and in the rooms there is absolutely nothing, just grime, insects and dirt.

The hotel was conveniently located near several restaurants and right by the beach. This was great as we didn’t have to rent a vehicle or Uber anywhere. However, the facility itself could really use a major upgrade. Paint chipping, old and uncomfortable beds. It was very hard to rest at night too due to the paper thin walls. Housekeeping could have done a better job in checking on the rooms (I did have to go to the front desk to inquire about this).

The staff was friendly and no complaints there but I think the place overall needs a little more TLC.
