As it is away from the city it is not congested with heavy traffic. Amenities is also very near.
The good part of the hotel room is the big toilet with separate shower and tub. The big rooms and strong wifi connection. Unfortunately the hotel has run down in its standards of maintaining the interior decoration which was really a letdown. Also there were no fridge in the unit which obviously was very essential for long stayers. Food serve during dinner also took very long although it is very delicious, we were too tired to eat as it came more than 45 minutes.

there was no mini-fridge as promised and the safe was not working and the safety catch at the door was broken and non-functional. staff did their best to help and in the end managed to find a mini fridge and working safe and replaced the safety catch late into the night. The staff seemed Ok and seems to be a higher managment
problem of not having proper systems or simply not bothering.

Management and communication was total mess

Had the worst experience so far after years of travelling for business trip.
Booked for 2 twin beds room for 2 nights, and reception confirmed it during check in. Went up and found out that they gave us king size bed instead. I was not even mad about it at first but after they gave us lame excuses instead of solution and said we can complain to their management and front desk manager about it, I was a bit pissed off.
Told the guy to prepared the right room tomorrow and he even promised that we can be moved to the new room first thing in the morning.
Next morning, went down at 7.10am for breakfast and see only 3 main dishes was out, no hot drinks, empty porridge pot, and the kitchen staff just strolling in to work at 7.30am. I was told by the reception when check in that breakfast starts at 7.00am.
I ate whatever already served since the omelet I asked for never came since the staff just stands there pretends to cook it. He thought I didn't notice. I'm on a business trip, meaning I'm working and I have to be somewhere for an appointment at 8.00am, not leave the hotel at 8.00am.
I went to the reception to check on the room and they said that they didn't receive any notification about it. I literally have to force them to prepare the room as I'm already late to deal with their nonsense.
Other than breakfast they actually gave us mini high tea which wasn't even there and the lounge staff was confused.
Overall the management was a total mess. Never coming back here again.

Nice classic architectures and spacious place. However, it's quite hot at the receptionist area. The hotel quite strategic because there's malls, petrol stations, attractions nearby.

the downside of the hotel is, it looks like the hotel is not taken care carefully. I saw dirty glass in front of the room door, cutlery and plates are greasy in the dining hall.

During my check-in, there's no towel, TV remote, mineral waters and cups. So I asked the receptionist to send it to my room. However, waiting for those items was 1 hour long! keeping tab with the receptionist several times. The services very slow. During registrations also the receptionist took about 10 mins each customers.

They're lacking of social and common sense skill. Why you need to arrange the chairs while we're having a meal on that table? So unprofessional. They look like fresh graduates but regardless how new you are, you suppose to have great skills handling customers.

LIft, very slow and sometimes malfunction.

Overall stay was okay.
Will I check in here again? I don't think so.

I wish the staff services are fast thinkers and all the best for the hotel.

Check-in was slow and I was sweating while waiting for my turn. When I asked the counter staff about the air-conditioning, he replied that he was feeling hot too (instead of apologising)
There was only one staff at the concierge and I ended up carrying all my my stuff from the car, on my own.
The bed and pillows were not comfortable to sleep on. Neither hand towels nor face tissues were provided in the room. The Astro channels were interrupted the whole time.

Tempat penginapan yg selesa utk family kecil kami. Bilik bersih dan selesa..berbalaoi dgn harga yg ditawarkan. Cuma susun atur meja menulis agak kurang sesuai. Bucu meja agak terkeluar. Anak dapat luka di dahi dan pipi sbb terlanggar bucu tu. Next time boleh ubah kedudukan utk keselamatan guest expc yg ada anak kecil. Overall is ok =)

The hotel was build according to Melaka's traditional house but bigger. The room is clean and spacious. Only took 5 minute walk to MITC. The pool is famiy friendly with 1.5 and 5 feet depth. Take a walk inside the hotel in the lobby area and you shall find fountains with fish and decorations. With Expedia.com.my I got a better deal.

Near to find food.
This particular room I have stayed were out of toothbrush, mineral water, iron and ironing board. It wasn’t the case as I stayed they a week earlier... even the staff puzzled when we requested them to send over the items to our room

Hotel yg cantik tp maintainance perlu dijaga... lampu rosak, carpet x divakum dgn baik, meja tidak dilap (ada bekas air tumpah yg tlh kering), toilet bowl x dibersihkan dgn baik. Hotel ni belum terlalu lama, tp perabot ada yg dah terkopek sana sini.... sayang....
Bilik tak cukup cahaya (lampu tak banyak) walaupun setting hotel spt utk bisnes... tiada lampu meja, tiada lampu tepi katil (atau sy dpt bilik bajet sbb sy booking dr expedia?)
Aircond ok.... tp air shower kena tunggu beberapa minit sblm ia panas...
Breakfast ok, sgt byk pilihan.
Overall ok.

Sebaliknya, kelengkapan hotel amat tidak memuaskan.terasa seperti booking hotel 2 bintang.Kami booking 2 bilik, kedua2nya tidak ada tuala,bila minta kami habya dapat tuala lepas 30 mnit.itu pun call 2 kali ingatkan.Tandas kurang bersih walaupun hotel baru. Drinking water juga ada 1 bilik dapat 1 lagi tidak.iron board juga sama.keseluruhannya, hotel cantik tp kelengkapan tiada.overpriced untuk harga bilik.

It was good to stay here... Very comfortable, clean.Need improvement on tv channel... Always loading and not smooth.. I like to stay in room so tv channel is important for me... Overall this hotel is superb... Highly recommended to stay here. For muslim, you can \"solat berjemaah\" since the mosque is just infront of the hotel

Really Enjoy to stay here.

I’m really love to stay at Muzaffar Hotel. Every year in Aidilfitri, Muzaffar Hotel is my 1st choice.

The food is so delicious and the taste remind me when i was a kid especially the “kuah kacang” and “dodol”. The food taste is so “melaka”. Love it.

All the staff are really friendly and helpful. Service is really good. The location is very strategic. Will come and stay here again and again.

I like the space of the room. we booked the junior suite room number 314. Even though the room space was enormously big but the over space of the main bathroom was not practical unless there was an additional furniture/ facilities.
As for the service, we have requested an additional towel on the first day of arrival around 5pm but unfortunately the towel arrived to our door at 7.45pm after a several reminder to the housekeeping & reception.
On the second day, we have requested the house keeping service to vacuum again the carpet in the room but unfortunately the condition is still the same with white fibers every where. The vacuum should come with the brush at the hose head because it won't work with smooth hose head.
