Dirty, unkempt, uninviting entrance to this place. Potholes in the driveway, reception poorly signed and difficult to find. Surly attitude from the person who handed over room keys. Door to room rotting at the base, providing no security. Room itself nice enough, with decent facilities. I wouldn't return, though - too depressing overall.

Paid for room for 3 adults however only 2 actually stayed. Told that adjustment to bill not possible as booking done through Wotif and this was your charge even though it was paid at the accommodation. The gentleman was unhelpful and abrupt.

We were only there for 1 night and it suited us perfectly. The rooms were clean, warm and very comfy. I loved that the heaters were on for us at check in and even though the heavy rain affected our room Danielle was still able to accommodate our family with only the days notice.
