Room was clean and good size and had many amenities. The service was good and Liza who checked us in was very helpful. We arrived in the morning and although there was no room available for early check in, we were granted a free breakfast which was hugely appreciated. The restaurant was also delicious and a beautiful atmosphere.

The down side was it was quite a long walk from the old city so the hotel name isn’t really accurate. Also, there were events with a DJ on the rooftop on Saturday and Sunday night until early in the morning. It was very loud - even on the lower floors. We received notification it was occurring and were told hotel guests were top priority but this clearly wasn’t true. Clearly the money made from hosting an event was the top priority over guests. This was quite disappointing.

I want to start by saying that the hotel was clean, location was close by main attractions and overall It was a good place to stay. However, there were few situations that made our stay not remarkable.
Ramada is a family hotel, therefore you will have lots of kids and young children running around. I am mentioning this because we stayed three nights, and around 6:30 am there were kids yelling at the corridors and running. Throwing doors and making noises. Unfortunately, for us the day that we arrived, there was a bus with 20+ people checking in into hotel. Breakfast was not included for us, we decided to try the buffet and the amount of people eating was overwhelming, we had no tables to sit and had to wait for people to finish. The food was ok, but Georgian cuisine its delicious. Nothing local was displayed in the buffet. Its better to eat around the area.
Last thing, the AC was not working due the fact that fall weather is here already. But, two nights we had to open the door to get fresh air, one day the weather went up to 23 degrees! And they told us that the AC only works seasonal. So, it was extremely hot in the room that day. We heard few guests complaining about that.
The staff was professional and friendly.

It was okay, staff is very friendly and helpful.
I am not sure why but hot tub is only hot in the morning and not in the evening- its barely warm and it is gross, both outside and inside swimming pools are really cold.

Property has a nice sauna and charming restaurant but there isn’t much else nearby. Except for the rooftop, which was extremely loud on a Tuesday night for a private party. Reception said at 11 it would end at midnight but it went till 12:30, literally shaking the top floor. Property should decide if it wants to be a hotel or a disco.

The property is listed to have an Electric Vehicle charger. They don't!!! This is as inconvenient as it can get!!! Also the carpet in the room was awfully dirty. I believe it should be replaced, no way to clean. The rest was acceptable. Staff welcoming and polite.

The Hotel is superb value the spa was nice touch and the breakfast included was superb the only criticism i can give is the Restaurants both the Fragment and rooftop the food was bland and often lulkevwarm provided the orded was actually right the service in both was sloppy . If they could improve both they would rank as outstanding .

the breakfast is simple' I ate better but it enough.
the hotel is not maintained as Ramada hotel should (in my opinion)

Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful. Got stuck in the elevator on the first day of the stay but it got moving eventually. Had to ask for technician 's help to use TV as it had to be re-programmed. The next time the same thing happened but I was able to program it myself. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean and renovated.

A nice hotel in the old city ..staff was extremely helpful and friendly ...with indoor pool ,Sauna ,Jacuzzi and Steam ...nice restaurant on the group floor and on the rooftop with Dj on the weekends..

We paid for breakfast to be added to our stay in Tbilisi. But it was not in their records. When we came in after around 28 hours of our long trip, the customer service of the hotel was not very helpful, anywhere else in world they would take care by offering water or some drink and helping with the baggage, but they were very unresponsive to our situation and even when they heard that the airport lost our baggage, they didn't offer any help in following with airport. we didn't have a phone number when we arrived. Anywhere else in the world that we stayed in hotels, the staff are usually extremely helpful.

Fine but needs a good clean

It was fine. Hotel is a bit grubby and needs freshening up. Rooms were a little bit dirty. Marks on wall, unclean carpet etc. and the hotel pool was so dirty that I couldn’t see my hand in front of my face.

just to say that one of the receptionist called mariam was excellent and extremely helpful. only downside is no near by public transport. need to walk about 10 min in cold and rainy days to get to public transport. 20 mins to walk to the centre of city.

Apart from some traffic noise I enjoyed my stay

Hotel was ok. The bed was comfortable. I'd say the rooms could have been better cleaned. It's set back from the road but I could still hear a lot of traffic noise. The reception staff I interacted with were all very pleasant. It's a 5-10 minute walk from nearest metro station but taxis are very cheap. The restaurant directly in front of the hotel is amazing. Very classy, lovey food and staff. I didn't eat in hotel.

Overall stay was OK

We stayed there for 4 nights. We took a family room. It was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Cleaning service guys were doing their job properly even when u are not in room without asking any consent to clean. There should be an option for letting the guest know if he wants to clean or not. Lastly, breakfast menu remained the same for all 4 days of our stay without even a little variation which was quite disappointing. Overall experience was OK, but as a brand Wyndham has lot of scope to improve in all fronts compare to their competitors.

Aspirateur pas effectué, mouche morte restée durant tout le séjour sur la moquette de la chambre ! Literie du lit déjà utilisée par le précédent client (présence de poiles et cheveux) ! Personnel du spa très désagréable, de plus, revêtement de sol - sauna et hammam - très sales (touffes de poiles et cheveux). Chambre très mal insonorisée, de plus, des clients sans savoir-vivre claquant les portes de leur chambre. Ne prenez jamais de chambre avec balcon si vous souhaitez de la tranquilité entre 17h et 22h, car deux terrains de football (très bruyant) !

Uns hat der Aufenthalt im Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Alles war wirklich klasse! Besonders der Frühstück war beeindruckend – ganz im europäischen Stil, was man in Georgien nicht allzu oft findet. Ein besonderes Lob auch für die Kaffeeautomaten – sogar viele 4- bis 5-Sterne-Hotels haben so etwas nicht.

Das Spa und die Saunen waren ebenfalls auf sehr hohem Niveau – eine tolle Möglichkeit zum Entspannen.

Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Die Fernseher im Zimmer sind ziemlich alt und haben keinen Internetzugang. Hier gäbe es Verbesserungspotenzial.

Ansonsten war alles super – vielen Dank für den angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Gayet büyük bir odada kaldık, 4 kişilik 2 adet tekli bir adet çift kişilik yatak vardı. Temiz, ferah bir odaydı. İnternet hızlı, yurtdışında olduğum için önemli. Otelin altında kapalı Otoparkı var, çok büyük değil. Yaklaşık 15 araçlık ama bizim işimizi gördü. Kahvaltısı açık büfe ve çeşit yeterliydi. Otelin girişinde restoranı var, yemek fiyatları şehirdeki restoranlarla aynı. Yemekler lezzetli ve porsiyonlar normal boyutta.
Otelin konumu iyi, Meydana yürüyerek 15dk mesafede. Tam merkezde değil fakat yeterli.
Oteli kısa veya uzun süreli olarak tercih edebilirsiniz. Biz gayet memnun kaldıkz

Klimaların biri gürültülü ve soğuk üflüyor. Kahvaltı restaurantı şefi çok kötü davranışları vardı.

Resepsiyonda iletişim problemi yaşayabilirsiniz, ısrarcı olursanız çözülüyor. Odayla ilgili problem yaşarsanız birden çok aramanız halinde ilgileniyorlar. Çalışanlar cana yakın. Havlu vb. Tekstil ürünleri eski ve başka bir otel adıyla. Merkeze de biraz uzak.

Da ich grundsätzlich von morgens bis nachts mit meinen Freunden in der Stadt war, fällt mir die Bewertung sehr schwer. Dennoch fand ich die Zimmer sehr sauber und das Personal sehr nett.
Obwohl mein Englisch sehr schlecht ist und im Hotel nicht alle russisch, armenisch oder deutsch sprachen, waren die Mitarbeiter sehr geduldig, und wir haben uns immer irgendwie verständigt.

Insbesondere nett war die Mitarbeiterin, die in ihrer Nachtschicht sehr geduldig meine Fragen beantwortet hat, obwohl es schon sehr spät war. Durch den längeren Austausch mit ihr, fand ich noch eindrucksvoller, was für ein ausgebildetes Personal im Hotel arbeitet.
Falls der Hotelbesitzer oder Leiter diese Bewertung lesen, wünsche ich der Mitarbeiterin viel Erfolg mit dem Studium und Doktorarbeit.

Manque cruel de formation du personnel !
Nous avons eu une altercation avec un des membres du personnel pour avoir demandé une serviette pour la piscine.
Au delà de ça, le personnel du bar et du restaurant ne sont pas formés non plus : très longue attente, 45 mn pour avoir deux cocktails puis encore 45 mn pour une planche de fromage apéritive (arrive sans pain et sans couverts). Pour le repas : les deux plats servis avec 30mn de décalage.
Bref cet établissement a un gros potentiel mais il faut former le personnel
